Kent Building Supplies

Moved here in Aug. Spent THOUSANDS of dollars in this store and I'm NOT impressed! Bought bamboo counter tops get them home and they were dented, scratched, let that go and just sanded them, bought 3 bathroom cupboards and they are damaged. (Dropped during transport the corners were crushed) EVERYTHING I've purchased has some issue/damage. The customer service desk is BRUTAL! They are rude, act like I'm an inconvenience to them when walking up to the counter. I bought a pair of leather work gloves and the one glove was sewn incorrectly and she (1 of the Jennifer's) snickered at me told me they weren't going to return them. Then continued to tell me that the gloves weren't waterproof (they state right on the label they are indeed waterproof
But I was so flustered at her aggressive behavior I said nothing) bought a generator and again 1 of the Jennifer's didn't call me to let me know it was in and sat there for weeks before I came in to find out where it was. (I have been dealing with Jennifer V my last few visit and she's been amazing) but again the product was damaged.

Extremely slow service, never any help around, and overpriced compared to other renovation stores around town

I am very impressed with the excellent service I received from Kent Building Supplies. I placed an online order for 10 sheets of drywall and a door on Saturday night to have it delivered to my house. I was under the impression that it could take up to a week and was willing to wait. Will to my surprise not only did it get delivered on Monday morning but the delivery guys were great and brought everything in the house. Very happy with the service.

We decided to have out laundry room redone and I wanted to use Truss core paneling and thought I would have to order on line. But our carpenter called Kent to ask if they had it in stock but advised it would have to ordered. Given a date for arrival and it arrived when promised and delivered. We are very pleased with our new laundry room and the service we received. Thanks for being so helpful.

Great service and lots of things for building or renovating your home, great for projects as well. My favorite places to shop for supplies and equipment tools needed. And as an artist i think it's great place to get the best kind of supplies i need for my rare art, not easy to find good supplies when making a humanoid AI robot, Kent Building Supplies has what is needed.
