Open during a blackout which allowed me to get a generator, plus the garden center is super friendly and helpful in the spring summer time.

The stores staff is great and friendly. I appreciate them while working with them on many projects

Ordered flooring off website but it didn't seem to work but still went pending on credit card 7x. Called and bounced around people. They said to order again but website was down. Ordered over phone with credit card. Upon delivery guy told contractor they don't accept credit cards over the phone (even though they pretended to and pretended to deliver it?) And was gunna call. We called. They said we're so busy and promised delivery for monday. Monday no flooring. Called "oh it will be on truck tomorrow we forgot it! ". Tuesday no order. Contractor went there "oh it's on the truck will be first thing Wednesday". Wednesday no flooring. Called "oh when driver gets back it will be loaded! " Excuses. Lies. No regard for time sensitive process as the flooring needs to settle with the house a few days.
Update: 20/24 boxes arrived and 5/6 rolls underlay. Told the rest arrives tomorrow.
Update: District Manager Mike has just excuses, no one has no proper human-grade customer service. No apology, no responsibility, no accountability, no adulting.

A great hardware and home goods store. It combines the buying power of a nationwide chain with the local community service you expect on the River.

I always say ours is the house Kent’s built - twice! The first time when we gutted it after we bought it. The second time when we gutted it after our pipes burst!

We love everyone there. But our outstanding favorite is Amy, the manager. She’s smart, extremely knowledgable and kind.

I love this place. The service here is above and beyond. From the cashiers being extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to the back service deck people. Guys and gals. Very professional and friendly service.

The only guy that do the cuts is not working atm, anad no one else can do it. I guess I will try again next month to test my luck

Great selection, great prices and overall a really good home improvement/building store but what really shines are the employees.

Everyone was super helpful, far beyond what I've experienced anywhere else no matter what type of store it was. Definitely going to keep coming back lots, cannot go wrong here!

They have everything you are looking for there. Organized, with discount bins. Got some very good deals there. Helpful and knowledgeable staff.
