We came in to get some supplies for the deck my partner is building, and we had an amazing customer service experience with Barry! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. He was able to help us out a lot and we really appreciated it:) thank you Barry!

Sketchy, was there yesterday and saw 20+ staff and it took 15 minutes to pay. All vomputers were down so staff tagged along as u shopped writing down codes and prices. Tally done on a calculator. Hand written receipts!
I would assume they were being hacked.

Jean showed me exactly what I needed for the project I was working on and also walked me through installation techniques. Excellent service all around

Employees not very helpful, you ask them where to find something and they tell you down that way. I had to ask four employees to tell me where the gutters were.

Stacy from flooring installation was terrific. She came today to measure for the job. Kent has a great employee with her. Thank you Stacy.

Big miss for people with disabilty that have a hard time walking. Went in entrance looked for a wheel chair or an electrical one none to be seen. Greater at door says hi and seen I had a hard time getting around never offered any help. All staff said hi for sure. To find out all the wheel chairs are located at the exit of the store. Someone never thought this over well. And the parking spots are at the entrance. Hopefully management will put a better plan in action.

Amazing, first time at new store, every thing went so easy. Told them what I needed, pd, for, then picked up at designated area.done

Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for in a moment's notice. I really liked my visit

Went looking for island top. Great help help from Wayne. Waited for 30 minutes at cut shop, no one showed up even after being paged. Poor service kent.

Lot of shelves empty. Moving to new address on March 18th. Otherwise I would have given it a higher score.

They have a wide selection that you would expect from a building supply store. Had amazing service from Sherry, she knew exactly where the items we were looking for were and was very friendly to work with. She made it a great visit.

Well I will no longer support #Kent building supplies anymore. I was just in to spend around a grand to do some renovations on the house and they kicked me out cause I was wearing my shield and not a mask. I can't wear a mask so that is why I wear a shield. What poor customer service, my money will be spent at other hardware stores. I would give no stars but I had to hit 1 to be able to post.

Very disappointed, 5 min before lunch, i didn't get an answer, he is already at lunch and will be back after 1 pm.

I always have a bad experience shopping here that's why I don't come here as often but today I am so happy to shop because of a very good experience. I received a very good customer service from an employee named Cerlin (don't know if thats correct spelling), Her work is exceptional and I hope they would hire more people like her in store.

Timber it's a little bit cheaper here than home depot or home hardware.
Some time you buy cheaper stuff in Home Depot or Home Hardware depends what you looking for.
I was always treated with Quality customer service.

Kent has a variety of items for the home, garden etc. It is a huge building and it has a large parking. The staff is very helpful.

Big thumbs down! Found an item on sale while searching building materials.
Long story short, they lied to me about the price and refused to honor the sale amount. The lying to me is what ticks me off the most. Though I don't know why I'm surprised.

There was a time not too long ago where we couldn't stand going to Kent and we actually stopped going for quite a while because the service was horrendous. I'm happy to say that we've been going back again and we really like the products some of the pricing and the staff have been really great lately. Today we were looking at barbecues and the young man named Chris that helped us was a really excellent employee as well as the guy he got to help move the barbecue and take it to our truck. So good on you can for having better staffing or hoping that it's because you're paying better wages

Great overall. The refusal to shake a can of paint bought from same store was disappointing. They explained how it can create a real mess if the cover comes off but believe there can be a workaround such as putting the can in a plastic bag perhaps. It’s frustrating having a one year old half full can of paint you’d like to have well shaken again being refused.

Very helpful and friendly customer service found everything needed in super nice quality. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience here. The staff are attentive and helpful. I was able to get what I needed with a minimum of fuss.

Went to Kent Trinity. Better than Harrisville store. Bought three rollers paid $7.86 each. Had wiped out Home Depot at $5.85 each. Where is the completion? This is only on a low price item.

Well this Thursday was the last straw! I originally contracted Kent to install my windows, screen doojr and front door quarter light. That was scheduled for last December 19. Windows were installed and internal trim? The only problem was that the trim installed was the wrong material? Plus, the quality of the workmanship was below being poor, there were gaps on most of the mitres and the casings were also to narrow and had gaps as well? The contractor, left a tube of "gap" silicon with the message! "just fill the gaps and paint over?
The next day after installation, we had a very strong wind storm. And that night all we heard was the whistle of the wind through the newly installed Windows? After contacting Kent, the guy in charge of the contractors came out? We discovered that the wind was coming through where the shims had been placed! As no foam there.and agreed to replace the casings and trim, but could not guarantee the next contractor would do any better than the first? So i ended up doing it myself as i have this skill. Next after having our screen door ($600+) installed and having a botched job done on the sweep and having water dripping down inside the door? We came to the long awaited installation of our front door 1/4 light (waiting since dec 19). We finally have the guy turn up with our replacement? (wrong order) this week but the installer cannot install as Kent did not advise the installer that the door was not one of his products? After finally getting hold of someone at Kent and 45mins later? It finally got installed.
Lesson here is if you want a job done? DON'T! Have Kent do it.
Still out the labour for finishing the windows? Should have known better?

Pas de service en français. Nous y sommes allés 5 fois et nous avons demandé au service à la clientèle.les bilingues étaient occupés avec d'autres clients ou il n'y en avait pas. D'ailleurs, le SC est seulement anglais. Vous devriez embaucher plus de gens bilingues. Pour notre part, nous sommes 4 à ne plus aller chez vous pour cette raison.

Service here sucks. Employees stand in groups talking but never ask if you need assistance and oh my don't disturb them if they are talking to other employees.the store has the product you need but good luck if you need assistance finding it

I like that the store is laid out well I can find items fairly easy. Employees are always pleasant and helpful. Some time there are discontinue items in bins marked down. I have purchased a few now and then.

Who is phil i cant find him anywhere i looked for 5 days and no one helped me i asked everywhere my wife and i cant find him please if you know phil let him know i am looking for him he owes me 5 dollars i am in debt and i need the money they will break my kneecaps maybe i dont know but id like the money anyway yup yup yup yup

great service friendly staff and cool products to eat and munch i like eating the soil and the concrete powder when the staff arent looking great gourmet meals

I love the greenhouse selection, but one of the plants I bought was infested with bugs.

I returned it and they gave me my money back, but it was a bad experience overall.

It was a bummer because I was super excited about the greenhouse.

Well a bit confusing, we were trying to buy a Garage Door that was Advertised and was told which stores had them, called the stores and got a run around. Some said could get a rain check and others not supposediy 1 in Bouchtouch but closed. Will see in the morning.

Good help and good selections on some items not others, also not as well latex out as home depot, but all for "Keegan" he was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Never order anything from these guys, they will wait till the last minute to tell you something is wrong. I am almost 7 weeks and still waiting.

Adam, Bernie, Annabelle, at the contractor desk, are always a huge help to get me on my way fast & efficiently.

The staff is very unprofessional and belittled my wife cause wasnt aware of the difference between green n brown pressure treated lumber n they her slip in the truc at her

Couldn't find an employee to assist me with my purchase. When I finally did. They didn't have the information regarding the product. Everytime I come here I wind up going to their competitors to make my purchase. Either because of the service or the price.

I like Kent, loads of items in one spot. Often times better prices then Home Depot oddly enough, plus they're yard to purchase wood and other large items is convenient.
But then I remembered Cooks Home Hardware, where i can speak with the owner directly, order it all delivered to my house the next day for a better price. Probably should have gone there first.
The kurts sausages vendor at Kents is nice in the summer time:)

Awesome service took me right to all the different things I needed. (We just bought a house so it was quite the unique list haha)

Service is good here. Only had 1 experience here my blinds were cut wrong but i was compensated.
