Absolutely the WORST service and food I have gotten from there! I’ve been there 3/4 times and you’d think I’d learn after the first time I got half a bucket of grease then I don’t get what I pay for or they take the order the wrong way! ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! Living 40 minutes out of town and working 16/17 hours a day I don’t have time to check the bags! NEVER AGAIN

I believe that you have been false advertising you 2.99 special. Way to get people to come in and tell them 1 special per person. I was asked to get some chicken from my coworkers at the hospital. 5 plus myself. I get in here and I am told yah no your not allowed to do that. Only 1 special per person. So instead of a affordable treat it ended up costing me 40.00 instead of 20.00. As a Google guide for many years this is the first time I have left an establishment really angry and feeling cheated. Shame on you KFC.

Ordered through their website, was told it would be delivered by 9: 03, went to check if it arrived at 9: 18 to find nothing there. Tried calling the store multiple times and got no answer. Went to go to the store to inquire at 9: 45 and found my order left in the lobby, never buzzed or contacted me to let me know, the order tracker stated it still wasn't out for delivery.brought my order up and it was also the plain chicken and not the spicy chicken that i had ordered and is being advertised on their website and in their store window.

Dirty tables, poor quality food, and no good excuse because we were the only ones there. My sister and I were sick all weekend. Will not go back.

Absolutley the worst meal ever! From the scant amount of tasteless overdone fries to the little peices of chicken that was tough sour tasting and no flavour inside or outside and not even fullycoated just awful. I would give a zero if Icould.

3rd mobile order that i have made that they never start making until i have waited for a while and asked them about it. What’s the point of making mobile orders if they aren’t even remotely close to being made when i show up

I ordered a meal through the drive thru, a Famous Chicken Chicken Sandwich box meal, was given a 3 piece chicken meal instead. Call several times to no answer. When they answer, their phone system is so bad it sound like you are talking into a echo chamber. Thanks for the great customer service, it only takes a few seconds for someone to check to see if the box had what I ordered, but you gave it to me and there was no rush in the restaurant as well. I would love my money and time back but I know you will not do anything.

The taste was good but there was so much grease all the chicken pieces were soggy not crispy, along with a puddle of grease at the bottom

We decided to try some of the new plant based based sandwiches. The drive-thru was very busy so we went inside to order. The workers were flustered and seemed very confused, our order took a very long time. The online orders (doordash, etc) and drive-thru seems to be their focus.

They messed up our order and it is highly overpriced. I don't think i will be going there anytime soon

It appears that their 11 herbs and spices are now 3 or 4. Doesn't even resemble the original KFC. It's sad to see them go. Superstore has better chicken and cheaper.

Not the best KFC. Find another KFC and avoid this. Not the usual KFC quality. Very very bad customer treatment. 3 stars only because it's a KFC and have good prices.

Feb, 28,2019. The food was decent but the girl working at the counter at 5: 00-6: 00 needs to put her foot in her mouth. I nearly desided to take my business elsewhere due to her ignorance and obvious sarcastic attitude. I feed my family of 7 and dealing with attitude from my children is hard enough I don't need it when I'm paying my hard earned money for food thanks.

Was not impressed. The lettuce was brown. The chicken was cut in half for the portion. The chicken was pink.

Horrible service; way to slow and totally incompetent. If you do try your luck here, check your food before you go as they normally forget parts of your order and mess things up, especially gravy; and the fries are often under cooked and soft/damp. Honestly, do yourself a favor and pay the extra for Mary Brown's. We always did KFC for special occasions, but this is the last time.

Unfortunately my fries were cold, the gravy was luke warm and the iced tea sprayed everywhere because it was empty. I mentioned it to the staff, but nothing was done about it. I couldn't operate the tap in the restroom, so I had sticky hands until I got home.

Well service is awful. When ya have to wait 25+ mins for fast food ya may as well go to a restaurant
