KFC

Woodstick KFC was absolutely the worst KFC we have ever been in. We ordered a bucket and didn't get one piece of white meat not even a wing. We had 2 legs and the rest were thighs. The chicken was very greasy so I imagine they need to change their oil more often. Even after blotting it with paper towels and trying to squeeze the grease out of it it was still bad. The fries were OK but underdone. Also the gravy was so watered down and it didn't have the flavor that most KFC gravy does. The service was lousy for part way in taking our order the guy took off and when he came back he had what we had told him so far terribly mixed up. We will never be back and are now leary of ordering KFC again especially when you spend well over $40.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful we have just moved here from Ontario and noticed when we got home the oil is very dark and can taste it on the chicken I dont think they change their oil as often as they should firat time was burnt tasting this time was starting it should b changed much more often then it is!

Can't get ahold od anyone at the store. Bone in the sandwich not impressed. Even Tim hortons you can get a hold of someone at the store.

Seriously, how can you have a KFC and have no chicken. My wife stopped in to pi k up some chicken and was told they have none, not be because they didn't have it but they don't have a cook. Who is running this place?

Would give a zero star if I could. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Stood at the order counter for 20 minutes, was told 4 times the server would be right with me. After 20 minutes I asked if it would be awhile. Was told ya it will be awhile they were out of chicken and the drivethru was backed up. Left and there was 1 car in the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous, will never waste my time there again. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Strongly don't recommend

Stopped at this location during a trip, ordered wings and a Zinger sandwich for my wife. We used the drive thru as we were trying to stay on schedule, once back on the highway I took one bite and instantly had to spit it out, The wings are rancid, sticky inside an out under the breading, The meat darkened with yellowing, Obviously expired, I’m honestly worried because someone is going to get severely sick if they consume that. That taste and smell is going to haunt me for the rest of my life. Approximately 1-2pm October 9,2022.

Each time to go in to kfc Woodstock it’s absolutely ridiculous with customer service, I feel terrible for each employee as they look very unhappy working here. They treat others very disrespectfully as well. There’s no greeting, no positivity, nothing.

Each time I order delivery it’s always 20 minutes late, food is cold and done very quick, as there’s barely anything within the zinger wraps I get for me and my family, there’s maybe a tiny bit of lettuce, no tomatoes, rock hard and overcooked meat.
I also have missing items each time I order, for example, I ordered delivery just the other day I thought I’d give them another shot as I love kfc (when it’s done right) I was missing a large gravy, a large fry, and two Pepsis. We pay almost 40.00 for our meals but only get half of it. Something needs to be done here asap, whether a new owner that treats the employees better! KFC is amazing, but only if the work is done right!

I would not ever recommend anyone to go here, not until things change. Peace out kfc.

C'était une visite d'un PFK et on a eu ce à quoi on s'attendait. Ce qui leur a fait mériter une étoile supplémentaire est le poulet qui était croustillant et pas trop graisseux contrairement au PFK de Sorel-Tracy.

I went through the drive-through today in Woodstock. The employee was not very friendly and did not even speak to me. Just handed me my food and said nothing. It was the worse chicken I have even had! I ordered a 12 piece meal. The chicken was all very small pieces and burnt so bad that most of it went in the garbage. The fries were all stuck together and completely disgusting! Terrible service! Terrible food! Never again.

I have eaten chicken for almost 60 years, and have a customer of all KFC. But a few years ago there seems to be a newly shaped pieces of chicken sold at KFC. As far as I can figure it is either coming from some type of muten chicken or there cutter a large piece in half and calling it 2 piece of chicken. Next time you get some KFC really look closely at what your getting. Muten or is it 2 piece cut from 1 large.

Coupons lead you in the store but then the small print tells you that you need to order on line or some other reason why they don't have to honor the coupon. If they don't want to give me the deal, don't print the deal in large print and then hide the details in the small print. I feel deceived and a little bit mad that they will give this deal to someone else, but not me.

Service is pretty good but I've gotten some undercooked food mire thwn once here and it's made me sick. I've talked to the business about it but they did not do anything to fix their mistake nor even offer a replacement or refund. Other than that the employees are very welcoming.

Cashier/Manager had bad attitude. Customers coming in and wanted to order but refused to drop more chicken 20 minutes before closing cause employees didn't want to stay past 10: 30. Customers ended up leaving.
