The new fries really suck.anyone who doesn't like spices are in for a big surprised like I did today yuck.

Longest waiting drive thru in the whole city an they always run out of chicken like they don't know that's what people came to KFC for

Best KFC ever! I ordered the Family party bucket- original chicken.nice large pieces and not greasy. Cooked to perfection!

Ask 4 thigh Only one is right, and the clerk didn't show any apologies because I ate the chicken already! But how do I know it's not thigh if I don't eat it? !

My boyfriend went to pick up dinner for the two of us after work. Ordered the double tender sandwiches combo. In the sandwich I was eating had a full on wing (dark meat) which had two big bones. Could have broken a tooth or chocked. I will not be continuing to eat there. I couldn’t enjoy my meal or continue to eat. We are both very unhappy customers.

The wait time for food was absolutely ridiculous. How can a chicken place run out of chicken. The pieces of chicken in my four piece were the size of Wings, all 4 pieces. The dining room was absolutely filthy to the point that I had to wipe my own table off. Probably one of the worst experiences at this location! For the price we pay as customers the quality and value of the food was very poor!

There was no breast meat, (they had no white meat to serve at all) only legs, extremely greasy, very few fries in the combo, no coleslaw, no ice in the pop machine, no covers for the cups, flat pop. All of this was $27.the worst meal, if you would call it a meal, ever!
Not impressed.

All fried flower and oil and bones zero zip zilch no meet on eight pieces and veins little meet on two legs pure poison. I'd of enjoy eating rat or cat meet. I'm 55 love chicken never wrote a review but had to child killing food here. They are trying to make a buck the ring way. Please do not eat here heartless and very responsible to serve this type of bad chicken zip nil zero meat all fried kernel flower and some broken bones hope this helps rest is up to you.lastly tried calling they hang up on all call don't answer.figured it must be due to all clients calling to complain and they know it.minus1000 go to caesars next door do yourself and family

It would be great to halal options at KFC, it would definitely attract more customers.as halal fast food is very limited in Saint John NB

The chicken pieces was so small and i had stomach ache after i eat it and i asked them to get pop in can but they refused

Got an 18 piece bucket on Christmas eve for a family gathering. Chicken was delicious and service was super fast. Tables and restaurant was surprisingly clean for how busy it was. Great work!

My wife went there and got a meal for my son and I and her And got home and it was wrong She called them and they We're Very rude and now she is taking it back We are very disappointed in the service of the KFC East

Went and placed and order for lunch for everyone at work.waited in the drive thru line up went to pay for our large order with $100 bill amd was told we do not accept them! Was asked if i had another method of payment said nope.never have i ever heard tell of ANY establishment not accepting $100 bills as forms of payment.not hard to check if fake. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO THERE. HOW ABOUT POSTING FORMS OF PAYMENTS YOU ACCEPT OR NOT ACCEPTING LARGE BILLS WHEN ORDERING SO NOT WASTING ANYONES TIME!

The chicken was great as usual, no complaints. I usually take out but this time i dined in and wasn't impressed. Floor was sticky, food on the floor, tables dirty and benches had holes. It was busy and it looked like they are understaffed. I'd say the place needs some tlc and more staff. I'm sticking to take out for now.

It's OK, but for 5 PM the food was not fresh. This store is also a Taco Bell. It must be hard to do both menus at once though. The store is not very clean however; so I won't eat in.

Both dine in and take out. And it's for lunch and supper. The price is vary but acceptable

A little slow but the food is fine it's kfc you get exactly what you expect the colonels 12 herbs and spices

I like it but they seemed to have changed the original recipe on the chicken. And i loved it before. The chicken burgers have pepper mayo which makes the sandwich too hot.

Been here twice in the last couple months and I typically night visit once a year. Used the drive through both times. Food was as ordered & service was friendly. Not sure about the comments I've read from people suggesting the KFC recipe has changed; for me, it was exactly as I remember it from years ago.

SO disappointed. Advertised "Original Recipe" but the coating/breading on this chicken was nothing like it. In fact, one piece was so dry I didn't even eat it. On top of that, when we informed the girl at the cash (who was pleasant) that 2 items were missing from our order, a very rude worker grabbed the bag while making a face & declaring "really" before she got the missing gravy.
All in all, an experience I won't be repeating.

Never really have good food experiences at any KFC but I still go every know and again because food is food I guess. Sometimes you just need a little greasy food in your life.

The ladies went Above and beyond to help me (from another province) send my sister and her kids a Birthday Surprise dinner! Thank you ladies! She loved it.

The chicken honestly tasted like cigarette butts! Someone seriously messed up on the 11 herbs and spices! The time before my last visit I bought chicken that was either rotten when cooked or really undercooked!

I worked on a chicken farm and KFC is NOT chicken and if it is, these chicken are the size of pit bulls.

I've been to this location twice. Both times, teenage staff were screwing around and there was only one adult staff member who was working (within sight of the counter, anyway).

Completed orders sat while staff gathered around a screen to look at something amusing.and people waited at the counter. Then they gave me the wrong sandwich, which I didn't spot til I was already home.

Location interior is dark and every surface looked sticky. The place needed a good scrub and lights when I was there. I am in no hurry whatsoever to ever go back to see if it ever happened.

I recently bought a couple of buckets of chicken for a large family event. The chicken seemed a bit on the older side, and since I was driving a long ways, I asked if they could remake the buckets for me using freshly cooked chicken. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, despite my rather annoying request!

The food here is always good I love fried chicken and this has been my go to when I want greasy comfort food. I absolutely love KFC's chicken and gravy. My one criticism is the fries i do not care for at all but I drown them in that amazing gravy and I don't notice as much how much I don't like the fries. Service is always pretty fast and the staff are friendly.

My favorite KFC in NB. Got a great deal at a great price and of course the best KFC chicken between Fredericton, Oromocto & St John.

Maybe I'm just unlucky, but every single time I come here they are out of whatever I want. I must me stupid, because I keep going anyway

I have ordered the 8 peice chicken meal twice and both times was the WORST chicken both times! It sucks because i use to love kfc! Because of the quality of your food i will never EVER again order! Get your act together!

I hate that I love taco bell.everytime I've gone, not exaggerating, everytime the drive thru takes at least 20 minutes. Then once your up to the window, another 10 for your food to come through.
