This location never has chicken ready for dinner time. Always a 25 minute wait. Don't even bother going there.

This is. By far. The most disorganized place I’ve ever ordered food from. Takes me less time to order a steak at The Keg than it does ordering nuggets here. This is not my first time. I went to BK (next door) to get 2 meals and we thought we would try the new nuggets. Well I got in the car with my 2 meals and 20 minutes later my friend was coming back to the car with a 10 nugget and a sauce. Not sure what the problem is but the less than 3-star rating is quite accurate if not even a bit generous. Food was always good, but not worth the wait.

My family and I stopped here on our way back home from Rogersville. We had been driving a while, and we were hungry. We were not expecting anyone to jump to our aid the second we walked in, but we were not expecting to stand at the counter for 10 minutes while no one greeted us, or attempted to serve us. Eventually my husband spoke up and peered around the cash area and said “hello? Is anyone working! ”. We were seriously wondering if they were closed. A woman came out and seemed very clearly obviously annoyed with us stuck her index finger up gesturing one minute. We waited a couple minutes longer, and decided to go next door to Burger King.

Very very poor customer service.

Service at this location is absolutely unreal good.so friendly and helpful. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. The owners should be proud of such good staff.bravo.

Terrible customer service sat there and didn't even get acknowledged for ten minutes then asked if anyone worked here told a minute again will not be back and don't recommend!

Take a look at the attached photo, and you decide if you want to spend your money here. That is supposed to be an 8-piece meal. I've seen bigger chicken wings than what they offer you as "pieces. " Shame. Go up the road to Mary Browns. Don't bother with KFC because they managed to destroy the brand.

The worst branch they have. Makes you pay for your order and then asks you to wait for 15min for a drive thru meal. Where is the common sense?

We ordered 2 whopper meals which is often what we get. It was smaller then even a regular burger.if those are the whoppers I'm guessing a junior would be the size of a chicken nugget barely any veggies or sauce either other then the mayo filled wrapper

Went here to primarily work because I had a sudden meeting online. Food was good, had a power outlet at the corner desk, and wifi too. Staff let us stay for as long as we wanted without hazzle. Definitely a life-saver in my case.

Me and my dad arrived at 9: 20 (store hours on the door say they close at 9: 30) and as im reaching my hand out to open the door, the worker looks at me and locks the door. And as im standing there, he walks away. First off, the store was still open, and second, its not a good way for a new store location to treat their customers, or better yet, keep them.

So I went here to get a boneless bucket on my birthday. Just yesterday at 7 pm we got there and they were apparently closing even though being advertised until 10. Things happen not a big deal or whatever stuff happens and stores need to close.

But what I don't understand is when I order something I exclusively order whenever I go to KFC as my go to, and it costs me exactly the same as it would anywhere else. And they completely jank my popcorn chicken.

As advertised and every time I get it. The boneless bucket is half popcorn chicken, half tenders, (8 pieces) and a box of fries. Not a box of fries, tenders, popcorn chicken and a sectioned off cardboard dish.

This is a rip off and I will definitely be avoiding this place in the future and I reccomend everyone else does as well and just go to the better locations in moncton.

I had a good experience here myself. Liked it better than the other locations in town. New design is cool. Server was nice. Food was great, hot and fresh!

Horrible service
Took over 10 minutes to understand our order

Then Waited 20 minutes for our order while others customers left the drive thru
Finally we went in and they had forgotten about us
Fries were throw in bag upside down
Never again

Unfriendly cashier.no greetings.just what you want. No have a nice day. Hire people with customer service skills. BK food quality has gone downhill like most places. Won't be dining at this location. Asked for no bacon, bacon was on the burger. Was also missing an order of fries which they replaced.

KFC ONLY
Really bad supper slow I had to wait 25 minutes for my chicken to be ready but the manager convinced me to just get some popcorn chicken instead…… I paid 35 bucks for like 4 hand fulls of popcorn chicken.

Worst Burger King I have ever been to, don't go there, management is clearly a huge issue at this location.

Well it's KFC Chicken. Mom will be surprised lol been watching this place finally it's open same with Burger King! (Update my mother found 1 long hair in the chicken) we just finished eating. Took 2 stars off! The owner of this establishment should call me or text me the complaint

We love KFC, so we were very excited to see one open in the north end.
Decided to try it today for supper. 2 - Boneless box sets.

So few issues with the site
- drive thru is tight, even for a small car and curbs are higher than normal curbs.
- there is only a 6" overhang over the window, so when its raining it sucks

Review of the food
- in general the food was 2 out of 5, it was cold and dry
- my Pepsi was junk. It was almost clear and I threw it out.

In general, I would probably not go back and would drive to the other KFC
