We are paying way too much for too little of food today. It's absolutely ridiculous that big Corporate franchises robbing us blind $17 dollars 4strips of chicken, a small fry and a pop? Quit ripping off the public!

Chicken pieces were tiny and over cooked. Wait time was too long. Only 1 person out of 3 acknowledged that I was there.

Not sure if we got a bad batch but our chicken was so salty we could not eat it. Sadly we had gotten it to go and where on the highway home when we realized.

Very dirty, rude. I’ve went there 3 times now within 3 months and every time they make you wait 15 mins just for chicken burger! Unreal!

The quality of the restaurant has gone up significantly vs where it was a few years ago. The food was ready to go quick enough. The young girl that served me at the window was a little dry, but the food was really good. Will recommend for sure for good fried chicken in Grand Falls.

The manager went above and beyond when they ran out of what I had ordered online. Great service

Given its such a large franchise model you wonder how indivisible franchise’s can still get it wrong. Nonetheless, this branch sucks. Order was wrong, reimbursement process weird and confusing, Pepsi machine was flat.

So underwhelming

Dégueu, pas propre, pas de savon dans salle de bain, tenu par des jeunes personnels, table pas lavé, pas de salade, jamais plus. Poulet trop gras.

With the pendamic going on, it's nice to be able to eat inside a restaurant. Friendly staff and quiet place. Loved it.

Where to begin. Had to wait 5 minutes for service despite being the only person waiting with my coworker. Order was finally taken just as another person began to wait behind me. They fully prepped and cooked my meal (which took 5 minutes) before attempting to take the next persons order. Kitchen appeared dirty. Server had visible sores on their arms that were not appropriately dressed for working with food. Would never return.

Just deleted my most recent review complaining about speed of service, quality of food, cleanliness. Reason being Sanjay who is either assistant manager or manager heard my complaint. He seems like a business man, and I give him the chance to get Grand Falls KFC up to speed. Best wishes to him in that cause I want a decent KFC back!

It use to be a great place for chicken but this time and the time before this they got all wrong. Cold, burnt taste and dry and a big screw up at the cash. This is the last time for a very long time for me. Got burn twice that it.

Worst service EVER. The workers mess up my order every time, drive thru wait time is always at least 15-20 minutes, the employees are RUDE! Very very RUDE. The cooks do NOT handle the food clean, very very gross! Y’all better off going next door to Mac Donald’s.

The worst KFC I had ever been to. No ice. The server was taking a filling and taking orders in a cyclic fashion. Why not just take everyone's order in line and let customers sit down while employees fill out the orders. They were out of items. Just the worse service imaginable.

Waited to order 20min with one person in front of me. I just left without ordering. The wait was rediculous.

Food is just not as good as it used to be. Sandwich was thrown together, did not look good at all. Fries not hot and taste not like it used to be.
