Knights Inn Woodstock

Booked the King room with Jetted soaker tub, highly recommend as the tub is quite spacious and fills up quickly. The bed was super comfortable and we had a great sleep even though you are close to the highway. Only suggestion, updated your couch and chair or have them deep cleaned as there was a musky smell coming from them and we could not sit there for more then 2 mins. Overall though a great place to stop and has great potential. Just needs some more love.

A motel like from the TV, rooms very large with old standards but clean and a coffee machine for your morning coffee. Somewhat remote from the town, but easily accessible by car. Completely ok for one night.

Owners are very friendly and helpful. We spent two nights here and had a great experience. I also was here 2 months earlier and had the same experience. Must try you will not regret.

The owner was very personable and prompt to respond when called.
The $138 room was great and we would definitely stop again when passing through the area.

The look from online reviews makes this place seem like a dirty place cheap and meh but I was happy with my stay clean room very kind and thought full service.
Also love that they have two pillows that one is soft the other firm would recommend

Stopped here for the night for the first time on our annual trip back home to the east coast. Room was super clean and nice and quiet. The owner/manager was so friendly and accommodating! Just a short drive to a few pizza shops. For the price it is the perfect stopover motel for a trip to the east coast. This will now be our stopover regular and we plan to stay again on the way back to Ontario. Ignore the silly reviews complaining about things like the location -obviously from people who know nothing about the east coast. Unless a hotel is in a city yes you will have to get in your car!? That is your fault for not knowing not the motel’s. And yes you have to check in before 10 pm but that is clearly on the reservation. So again -not the hotel’s fault. Perfect stopover budget motel for an east coast visit halfway point!

We informed the owner on the phone that we would arrive around 8 p.m, and arrived at 8: 08 p.m, office hrs are until 10 p.m, door was locked and no adults were on the property (they arrived back about 30 minutes after we did with a bag of green peppers and no apologies for forcing the guests to wait for them in our respective cars in a rainstorm). Male owner is aggressive and incredibly rude - actually told me to be quiet, sit on the bed and stop talking, after he had tried for over 30 minutes to make the volume work on our TV - it was never going to work - and he was extremely upset that we requested another room. Eventually and not without animosity, he gave us the room next door. Both bathrooms were disgustingly filthy, only 1 night table for king bed in both rooms and so only 1 lamp, old dirty power bars on the furniture in both rooms, no outlets, no clock, and no telephone in either room, old misshaped curtains that wouldn't even pull together in both rooms. Weird unfinished drywall repairs in both rooms. Bed was clean in both the 1st room and the 2nd room. Microwaves and fridges were clean in both rooms. If we hadn't given CC # on the phone hours before we arrived, we would have slept in the rain in the car - solely due to the owner and his completely uncalled for lack of civility.
When my husband accompanied him to the office to get the key for the 2nd room, the owner told my husband "you and her, you and your wife, no come back here anymore". My husband simply replied "no problem"
This man has no business being in the hospitality industry. He has no regard for people at all, and certainly does not understand how to interact with the guests that pay his bills.
Avoid this hotel.

Not my usual stop when I travel; however, I was driving across the country from Alberta to Nova Scotia when I found myself just a bit too tired to go any further at this particular leg of my journey. I spent the previous 2 hours trying to find accommodations in the province of NB. Everything was booked and over priced because of concerts and festivals. Sam at the front counter gave me his last room for the normal non elevated rate. He was genuinely concerned about my well being and treated me with kindness and professionalism. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The view from the room window was a farmers field which was very nice. While I was checking in Sam received 10 calls for that room which he could have easily filled for a higher price than he gave me. I recommend this location.

Beautiful night sleep. Room clean but dated. Will definitely return. If you want a 5* pay for it. Definitely worth what we paid $119+

Service not professional at all!
When we complained about the room assigned to us being so smelly and grungy (labeled as delux), the receptionist lied about not having another room. It was only after we asked for a refund that he remembered that he has one vacant room, which was better compared to the "delux" room! Not impressed!

Four stars considering it’s an Inn. It is not a best western or four seasons, but if you need somewhere to stay for the night, it was definitely just fine. The TV was small and had limited channels, the bed wasnt amazing but wasnt terrible. Got some good rest. Room was air conditioned. Shower water was nice & hot. Would go again if need be. Got the deluxe room with a nice view of farm in back, 2 beds, $169.05 with tax included. Photos attached are from after my stay, not before.

This is a no frills hotel, basic needs were met for a night's stay/sleep. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The staff at the Knights Inn really saved the day. I had accidentally booked a smoking room, and they moved us to another, nicer room for next to no additional cos - and the price was already very affordable.

The room was basic, but clean and spacious. And for traveling through new Brunswick it's hard to beat the location for being close to the highway.

Our room even offered a very green, pleasant view over a neighbouring farmer's field, a pleasant change from staring at the road all day!

Would have loved a pool but other then that it was a nice little place. Clean, cozy. 1 exit up from restaurants and shops.

Place à l'amélioration certainement, odeur de vieux tapis, lit pas super confortable tout est vieux en plus nous avons eu plein de fourmis dans la chambre ce qui est pas géniale pour un motel même si c'est pas leur faute c'est pas supposé surtout a 160$ pour une place de même je recommande pas

It is possible to spend the night, but the room is dirty. Many things have either already failed or will soon.

I'm 76 years old and I've been driving for eight hours and wanted to relax after the long drive but the tv did not work, no phone in the room so my wife went looking for the owner for I'm handicapped, the owner came and played with the remote for ten minutes but couldn't make it work, I asked him for a different room but instead he could get it to work, by this time I asked for a refund but said no and started yelling, this is the worst place I've stayed in my life the place is filthy and they call it the luxury room (what a joke) do your self a favor and drive by

Rooms out dated. There is no sink in the bathroom.it's in the middle of the room. Smelled like mildew/mold. You get what you pay for, I guess.

You get what you pay for. Friendly staff. No breakfast but that's to be expected with the price. Clean.

Linen was dirty, hair everywhere, bed appeared to have been slept in. Freezing cold and unusual thermostat took patience to get settings correct. No wifi provided. Front desk ignored my call at 7pm. Owner promised a $15 credit to restore good faith, but I was charged an additional $15! Terrible.

The staff of this hotel is very disrespectful. They have poor customer service and very rude to the customers. They are invading the privacy of the customer since they have cctv camera inside the room (this is according to the indian receptionist) we checked out 10 minutes after we checked in because of their attitude and they didnt gave us the refund. Do not try to check in in this hotel to avoid this kind of experience. This is the worst hotel ever.

This was by far the worst experience we've ever experienced. The indian receptionist there was very rude and unprofessional. We checked out after 10 mins we checked in. Please don't ever stay at this hotel as they have cameras also in the room as per the receptionist. Please don't.

If your just looking for a cheap place to stay and don't mind scuzzy sheets and hair in the tub this is the spot for you, had long hair in the sheets, bathroom heater covered in dust and hairs. Bathroom ventilation fan screeling. There as a group, one family had their room given to someone else and was booked two weeks prior and rudely being told to bad, and another family had booking isse. Definitely don't recommend this place.

Soooo. Everything superlative. At the reception I was greeted by a gentleman and the whole stay was great
