Let me stress that it is nice to take my "Orphan" truck to a shop that gets it.
From purchasing a set of new summer tires to balancing (also balanced my winters on steel rims- purchased elsewhere) and install was seamless. Also purchased a myCar starter for my 2018 Titan truck and works great.
They tell it like it is with no extra hidden costs. Hard to find a shop who pulls no punches and will take the time on whether it is recommended or NOT plausible.as in they can't guarantee it.

I was in a bit of a pickle.my new phone wouldn't pair to my car and I couldn't set it up. I was given Jason's name (from Kustom Auto) so I called, dropped by to see him and he fixed it for me in like 7 minutes! Lol Thanks Jason!

Terrible experience with this place/ owner like other people when it comes to anytype of stereo installation.first trip refused to do the installation then tried to sell me something i didnt want. Second trip had everything needed refused to put my amp in owners first words where "im not putting that amp in your car" then a few mins later "idk man that's a all day job" Then said "idk if i can do that let me call someone". Went to a different place they installed it in a hour and half with 0 issues or problems said that's very easy and simple. Stereo related don't come here didnt treat me with anytype of respect or anytype of professionalism. If your in the saint john area and doing anything stereo related go to mocton go to fredericton 100% worth the drive then this place absolutely terrible.

When my daughter was at Gymnastics class I was at a gas station nearby when I noticed a hissing out of my tire. I made it back to Fundy gymnastics and parked in Jason's parking lot at Kustoms just in time before losing air entirely. While my husband was on his way from Sussex to help, Jason brought my vehicle into his shop, found the hole and plugged it for me.
His kindness saved us, a family of four little kids including a baby alot of trouble and we are very grateful. Thank you Jason!

I can’t say enough good about Jason, Dana and the whole team at Kustom Auto Sound & Accessories. They have been very easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about the products they provide. I have had wheels and tires, a stereo and window tint installed by the team and it all looks fantastic. Quick service and getting an appointment is fast and easy. Highly recommended!

Kustom is my go to for any aftermarket’s for my vehicles. Wheels, tires, stereo, window tint they do it all. Very professional and efficient work on any service I have had done over the years. Will be back for more!

Jason and team are great to work with and just because the sale is complete doesn’t mean the service is over. Any question is answered and they continue to look for an answer until the customer is satisfied, even when it is because of a manufacturing issue. They don’t say it’s not their problem, they go above and beyond what is expected and they fix it. And their new location is bright and welcoming. I’ll be going back for sure.
