I have been around the RV scene for a number of years, and I can tell you the service here is second to none. This goes back to the days when some of the folks here were under the Moncton RV Centre umbrella. If you value customer service when you make large purchases and you are in the market for an RV, you need to go see Mike and meet the rest of the crew. And the service doesn't stop after you buy. You are personally welcomed to the Leisure Time family (or welcomed back - Thanks, Jamie in Quispamsis). Claude is always amazing to speak with and top-notch. Sarah goes above and beyond when I stop in at the last minute, even offering to help me when she is off the clock. And Mike works for his customers and is great at matchmaking his customers with RVs, whether it be asking the right questions or creating an inviting and trusting buying experience where he lets his customers make decisions at their pace with no pressure and all the information needed to make an informed decision. All around, this is a great team who strikes a great balance between caring about their customers and their business.

Josue is your guy if you are like me and coming in not having much background in trailers. Showed me everything I needed to see and then some… AND said no problem when I asked if I could have it to go camping the next day!
