The 2 gentleman were amazing. Very professional very polite. I was super impressed.very happy customer.

We also ordered from the brick and they called canceled my delivery until Tuesday I told them was not acceptable my response " Your purchase is only from clearance and a free delivery you can cancel and we refund if you like" Horrible service.

Leons will always get my service and I will always recommend them.

Went to the Moncton Leon’s location looking for a Livingroom set on the Boxing Week sale. Arrived to no help from the staff or even a greeting. Myself and my wife proceeded to shop on our own without assistance for 10 mins. We continued around the store to encounter 5 sales people gathered around the office discussing in French one employee who had either food poisoning or a stomach virus. They never acknowledged us nor greeted us. Eventually, after 20 mins of being in the store (and other people walking around without help from a salesman) the salesman who had the flu decided to come speak to us. He told us his about it being Boxing Day sales. We told him we were looking for a Love Seat or Livingroom set. He mentioned just walking around and checking inventory, after we told him the set we were sitting on ($2500) was of our interest and he mentioned the Clearance Section as if we couldn’t afford what was in the showroom. Then he left us standing there due to him feeling sick. We were very insulted and left without acknowledgement. We went to a competitor and purchased a set there. I will never shop there again.

Service could have been much better. They did not want to cover a $699.00 dresser because it was sold as is! What the heck that mean? I would've dropped 700 bucks easily if they would have at least put some plastic because it was raining.

Leon's delivery service is superior. They permit you to track the truck online. The gentlemen who arrived were professional and courteous. Everything went perfectly!

Absolutely unacceptable that the owner refuses to hire those who are unvaccinated. NB has no mandates on the vaccine and yet Leon's does? You'll accept non-vaccinated customers who come in with money but you won't hire anyone who isn't vaccinated? You will NEVER get my business.

It should be pointed out that this is a franchise store. They DO NOT conform to the policies, procedures and guidelines of the Corporate structure.

77 Leon's Furniture stores across Canada in the corporate structure have NO mandates for there employees or customers regarding there vaccine status!
That's over 8000 employees nation-wide.

Independently owned, and operated franchises can (unfortunately) set there own policies, procedures and protocols for there specific retail stores.

Ask for Marcel when you go here because he's definitely the reason for this 5 star review. Came in thinking all Leone products were always in stock since it was the first time I went there and bought but anytime I looked they had stock. But needed to do a move, told Marcel that price was something we considered but what we were also looking for. No problem for him I guess was polite even though our son was loud and friendly. Was able to make it feel like the sale wasn't rushed and we were getting what we wanted. I know this is a commission based job but in all honesty he was one of the only ones who came up to us, who actually talked to us vs the other places my wife and I went to and got us a great deal. Litterally went in when had time after to look at appliances by myself thinking. "Oh the salesman got us. " Only to realize that wow he actually got us the best price for what we wanted and didn't give us the stereotypical screw job. I wish we were still in Moncton so if we need more furniture we can go to him.

Only thing that is rough is their 39.9% interest. That's a kick in the teeth but it's the finance company sadly.

Terrible service and arrogant staff. Refused to live up to advertised price and adjust our bill even though they have a price guarantee. Our furniture went on sale 3 days after we ordered and they refused. I’ve come to expect this type of service from Leon’s and this will be my last purchase from this chain.

We bought a couch from Leon's before Christmas and paid $400 more for the couch "because of Covid". We even bought an extended warranty on it because the couch was expensive. Two weeks into having the couch at our home, the stitching came undone. We immediately called Leon's and spoke to Customer Service. They said they will contact the company they contract out to for repairs and wi get back to us. Five months later and after many monthly attempts to have our couch fixed, Leon's had disappointed us but taking our money and not following through in good customer service. Honestly, they remind me of Ralley Motors of furniture. I will never buy from Leon's again!

The representative Will was really kind, patient and did everything to try and help us. They have great products and the service. We didn't end up buying only because the dementions didn't fit the size we needed and we could not return the item if it did not fit our kitchen. However if we need anything else for our kitchen we will go here first.

Beware, spend a bit more, shop local where they will stand behind the products they sell.

Beware, shop local and pay a bit more. We bought over $7000 in appliances and furniture since late September from Leon's MONCTON, instead of sticking with local Alpha Appliances for our brand new house that we had a move in date of December 15th. We went with Leon's MONCTON because we were guaranteed delivery for December 1st by our sales person and the store manager Kevin. Also prices were better then Alpha and other big box stores in the city. Along the way, that December 1st date turned into January 3rd, and then the end of January which delayed our move in date. On top of this we ended up needing to upgrade some of the original appliances ordered, paying more $$$$ and agreeing to take floor models in order to be able to have matching appliances for our new home.

3 weeks after receiving our products, we started having issues with our GE washer as it was leaking transmission fluid and was abnormally loud even with only a few clothing items in it, for which we called Leon's and were redirected to GE / MABE for Service.

9 days later we were notified by a Certified GE Technician that we were sold an older floor model with well documented and known transmission issues, and that he needed at a minimum to change the transmission and the agitator to help fix the problem. GE responded that because the washer is fixable they will not replace it.

We are now 2 weeks later, Leon's MONCTON refuses to stand behind the products they sold us by either exchanging the faulty washer for a new one or compensating us, as they claim its now a service issue and we are still waiting on GE and the parts to arrive to get the washer fixed. So far we've been without a washer longer then we have had it working for us.

We all understand that this pandemic has hit everyone hard but they seem to be complacent a make you feel that with the current stock shortages and volumes that they are selling that consumers are drop in the bucket and customer service isn't a priority over sales and volumes anymore.

Beware, spend a bit more, shop local where they will stand behind the products they sell

As you can see with the reply that Leon's MONCTON provided below, consumers are a drop in the bucket.this type of reply might be acceptable for a product that's been used and abused, but not one that was delivered 3 weeks ago

Went to Leon's in November to order appliances for our new home. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge and stove. We were advised they would be in the month of March. We called in the first week of March and we were told by someone named Kevin that he see's them in the warehouse so they should be here next week. We get a call on that next week and advised we are now looking at June. I understand these are high in demand at the moment but this long? I'm also being told in stores by sales rep that every company is in the same boat and absolutely no one can get these any faster. Meanwhile I looked at best buy and they have exactly what we want and IN STOCK. In stock for the past 3 WEEKS at that. So surely Leon's has received stock on these just like Best Buy has been. Oh but no, I'm still being told by sales rep that other company are lying and they can't have stock. This is not the case, there is stock out there in some places.

UPDATE: I called as per the response I got from this review and was told by Kevin that he cannot contact the supplier to expedite this.
Why even bother posting a reply Leon's when you have zero intentions to actually do something about this?

Good and bad. Been in there a few times and didnt have a sales person ask if i needed assistance for almost 45 mins. Also on black friday i had an ignorant salesman tell me i couldnt browse without him and i had to stay in one spot while he took 15 mins to help another customer. On another occasion had an salesgirl spend the time and was informative with all my questions.

Extremely dissatisfied with one particular staff member, extremely rude and short as already mentioned in the reviews. It took everything I had in me to go back to Leon’s and unfortunately the same result. On the bright side I’ve always had great luck with Dan Cormier.

Service was okay, although could seem a bit condesending and making me feel like i was unknowledged, but they sold me an OLED TV with a burn mark in it, told me it would go away, but its been close to a year now and the mark hasnt left the screen.

Do not deal with Brittany. She is rude/snotty. More or less called me stupid by saying I didn't put my name or any information on the form for my online order. Miraculously she was able to charge my credit card and email me to tell me all this. Tried calling all week while emailing her without getting any responses. Then more or less tells me I cancel if I want and laughs. Snot! Won't buy anything else.

Absolutely no accountability for electronics. Do not buy here. They will not stand behind it. We spent almost ten g buying a large sectional, power reclining couch, wine fridge, 70 in tv, coffee table with side table. All was fine except tv arrived damaged. They refused to help us with it, exchange for another one. Told us to call LG to get them to replace the screen at our cost.
Absolutely disgusting and will never shop with them again.

Never Had bad service like this. And Im very disapointed of the wait for your orders. When you got to wait 3-4 months for a piece a furniture. Im happy it was not a mattress. I would have been stuck to sleep on the floor for 4 month!

Great prices but I waited almost fifteen minutes before being served. The television I wanted was at the warehouse and required I taxi there to get it despite the fact that deliveries are advertised.then when I did get to the warehouse I waited another 20 minutes with the meter running before anyone came out with my product. The service was just "ok" but there was no over and above here.

Horrible service. Service manager is a HORRIBLE person to even try to deal with. Spent over 5000.00 in store in one shot, and two items are physically damaged, one by THEIR repair service tech. We took 160.00 discount when it was a defect, they sent a repair man to come repair it and he screwed two screws up into the top of my 2000.00 entertainment unit. We just moved last month exposing the damage for the first time since we bought it, and she laughed and said they cannot help. Bought 5 year warranty on the couch, I have had for two years and again, useless, broken, and they laugh. Will NEVER buy or recommend anyone to buy from here. Used to be quality furniture, not anymore. Save your frustration and do not risk it.

Called to request warranty information. The manager (Jackie) was very rude to me. Refused to provide her last name for BBB complaint. Will never shop here again. Paid for additional warranty to cover rips, stains, broken parts. One of the recliners on our sofa fell apart, marking up our wooden floors and causing us to not be able to close it. We are embarrassed to even have house guests over. Bought a 1000.00 sofa, 2 years later we are ashamed to have people see it. Good job Leons!

We bought a new sofa and love seat a year and half ago from leons. It was our first time buying any piece of furniture brand new. We were fairly inexperienced, not knowing what to expect, what to look for or what to ask. We should have done some research. Sales person that helped us was very friendly and we explained to him that we don’t know what we are looking for, but that we have 3 young kids and are looking for something durable. He ended up selling us this “managers special” explaining it is a very durable sofa. We were fairly happy with it for the first 16 months but then, the springs for one of the cushions became all messed up and now poking up on the cushion from underneath, most likely will tear through soon. So we called Leon’s to see what kind of warranty there was on this sofa to find out that it only had a 1 year warranty. Unfortunately we did not ask questions about standard manufacture warranty’s or get an extended warranty. We don’t remember why or if it was even offered to us.we may have turned it down because we couldn’t afford it at the time. We had only purchased the scotch guard. (which has kept the fabric stain free) We were told that if they could still order parts for it, we would only need to pay to have it installed. A week later we got a call back saying the part had been ordered. That was a bit of relief, but then a few days later, received a call saying the sofa had been discontinued and they can’t order the part. So now we are stuck with this 1.5 year old sofa with a messed up cushion ready to rip through. We understand we should have maybe done some research and look for a brand with better warranty or better known manufacturer. However the sales man pushed us in the direction of this “managers special” saying it would be great and durable which ended up being a cheaply made Chinese sofa, and sent us on our way.

Do your research. I’m sure there are some great sales people who would be honest and work with you to help you find a quality sofa. But there are some that don’t seem to care.

We recently bought a home and had to buy appliances (fridge, stove, washer and dryer) we just so happened to go during a massive sale and got all those things for under $5000. We also ended up buying a couch. The sales team was very polite and not too pushy. They definitely knew their stuff. The delivery guys were excellent. The admin staff who called to set up delivery were very sweet. Overall an excellent experience. Will be buying here again!

Bought a bed there in Oct 2018. Sitting here now trying to rebuild it for the 2nd time after falling through it again. Inadequate support. Mattress sagged after 6 weeks. Then the frame spread because it came apart at corners after 2 months and had to use corner brackets to prevent that happening again. Now, after 3.5 months, particle board section collapsed tonight when I sat on the bottom end to remove my socks; it dumped me on the floor again. Never buy a bed from Leon's. Horrible quality. This was a mid-priced frame and expensive mattress. If I had another bed to sleep on right now, I would burn this one tonight.
