Peggy was very helpful in helping me when my fridge suddenly stopped working. She gave me guidance over the phone and assisted me with fridges in my price range and then gave me her cell phone number to call anytime. She responded to me even though it was after hours. My catastrophe of spoiled food was shadowed by her generous spirit. Really grateful for the help and kindness.

Great service however, stock not available at time of sale went January and have to wait until March to get couch.

Great displays with plenty of options and ideas. Curtious, helpful staff. Plenty of on site parking. Somewhat of a mainstay Saint John furniture store in operation for several decades. Be patient and great sales will come, often at 50% off or more. I've been able to make a couple of major purchases this way and saved a bundle.

Troy was amazing to deal with. Asked us right away if he could help and was fantastic to deal with.

I bought a beautiful Canadian made couch and oversized chair. My sales person was knowledgeable. The delivery was free and the guys were friendly. No complaints.

The staff were very knowledgeable and the sales person explained everything. She even explained the store credit you can get if you don’t use any of your warranty. Of all the business I have done with Leon’s this is the first salesperson to ever explain this to me

Service was great, beautiful selection. Our sales rep was Alex, he was awesome to deal with. Although everyone seemed very nice, and welcoming atmosphere. Will go back when we are ready for our next purchase!

Sales rep was very nice and informative but after being told that it would take 4-6 weeks for a fridge, and then being contacted on the last day of the 6th week that it will be another 4-5 weeks. At the end of the second week I canceled my order. Hard to believe that a place stays in business after blatantly lying to peoples faces knowing that the product won’t be there in time.
Note: My mother in law waited 6 months for a fridge from there 2 years ago so it isn’t the first time this has happened.

Leon’s is where you need to go to get your furniture and furnishings. Ask for Alex Martin, he’s one of the best there.

Bought a new house and need to furnish it, so I visited Leon’s. I was interested in a few items, but the salesman told me to come back today for the customer appreciation day for the “best guaranteed prices of the year” only to find out that the sofa I was interested in 4 days prior was increased by $500! All the items I looked at initially were all marked up for the scratch and save event. I was not impressed, and I wasted my time going back today. Disappointing.

Alex was extremely helpful in our search and purchase. He was always near, but not pushy or hovering. He was engaging and informative.

Norma was excellent. Approached me as I entered to see how she could help. We were able to get a delayed on line ordered cancelled and she found us the perfect in stock sofa and it will be delivered in 4 days! Thank you Norma for going above and beyond!

The sales people were great when we walked in and bought the frigidaire glass top stove, however 2 months later we notice a crack after it cooled down, was told by electrolux (owns frigidaire) to shut up and wait 7 weeks till september 9th for a person to come and look at it, not fix it but look at it.
So I called Leon's since it is a new stove purchased from here. Manager said give it 2 business days and he will try to help. He then blocked my emails.

We have a whole house to furnish and make good incomes but I know who won't see us after this.

Got a really good price on a solid bed set. The salesman, Kevin, was friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Happy with purchase.

Easiest purchase for appliances. Alex was very helpful in finding exactly what I needed and the whole process was quick and efficient. This is not my first purchase at Leon’s and won’t be the last.

Alex in Saint John is the best. So far we purchased 3 appliances over the phone, super convenient during covid. We also love that if you buy the warranty and don't use it it gets refunded.

I purchase 6000.00 of furniture about 2 tears ago i have been very satisfied so i called this time requesting the same salesman he listen to what i qanted it took about 10 minutes for him to see if they had what iwas looking for i made the purchase and it is being shipped on Wednesday its very nice to have the trust in your staff at Leons to be able to bussiness this way i didnt have to travel to St. John i would like to say thank you for the good service and i trust what comes will be as i described to the salesman

Disappointed, purchased 2 sectional couch less than 6 months old. The fabric on one couch is extremely pilly. Warranty doesn't cover it. Ask about fabric as it looks awful when becomes pilly.

Had a good experience with Leons today. Started off at the clearance store on Rothesay Ave. In Saint John. Salesman Dave was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy or hovering. We liked a particular livingroom set that was on sale but wanted to have a look at the Leons warehouse store. There, we met Alex M when we walked in. He directed us to what we were looking for. He let us browse and was close enough if we had questions. We also liked a sectional here. The prices were similar for both. Great choices. Helpful salespeople. A good experience and we don't have to wait for months. Just a week for one piece as everything was in warehouse. Plus we saved the tax! Thanks Alex and Dave. You both made it easy for us.

Walked around for 20 ready to buy a table advertised in their flyer. I sat at the table set for 10 of those 20 minutes. Not a soul approached me to offer help, so I left! Easy sale lost. I called to complain, and the lady apologized explained the store was busy (? !) It wasn’t - I was literally just there.

Best experience shopping. They have a great selection of furniture and a lot of patience to look for what you want that fits your budget. I look forward to shop again here!
