Clean well maintained and quality units. If I ever need them in the future I'm using them.

Very very rude service from the new site manager John who thinks he is king s***. Yes I understand we do run behind on a bill same as anyone else but the rude emails from this guy is really really rude and insulting. I would highly not recommend this place at all cost go to U-Haul mountain road as their customer service is great. They put their customers first unlike John at Lighthouse Storage. I would not recommend Lighthouse Storage to anyone.

Very very poor customer service by the never site manager John Roberts who is overcharging clients or adding charges to clients who have already paid these charges. I highly recommend going else where until this site manager John Roberts is properly trained or you'll keep losing money every month. Keep your eyes on your invoices people. John Roberts will overcharge you. Our company has made the decision on moving to another facility so John Roberts (site manger) can't weasel more money out of our company.

First off, my initial booking with Dan was a wonderful experience. Everything was smooth and he was super friendly. Then - I received notice last minute that my delivery was arriving from Toronto on a holiday. They were closed at the office until the day after my truck was due to arrive and I had yet to get in to grab the keys to my unit. I reached the owner Bill (thanks Bill!) who contacted an employee - Mike to help me. Mike came in on his day off with a smile to help me and guide in the truck. Thanks so much all of you!
