Lincoln Inn Fredericton

Was looking for an affordable place to stay as we were visiting our daughter and grandkids. Muskaan was very friendly! Gave us a room that she had personally cleaned. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Had a great sleep. Thank you Muskaan we will return next time we are in Fredericton

I am very grateful to Expedia for credit on a double billing. If the Lincoln Inn is involved I am grateful to the Inn too. It was a last minute booking and we were grateful to have two rooms and I recognize I should have phoned to advise of the problem.
For Expedia, I have driven across Canada (twice) and back and have used Expedia for many bookings through many cities. The website is very easy to use and saves hours of time not to mention getting rooms at the last minute which offers flexibility on long journeys. Although the cross Canada road trips are over and I fly most times I still use Expedia to to book motel rooms every vacation. Thank you.

I make reservation with my wife credit card, but I personally paid the room a the desk, they charge the room on my card.also they charge the room on my wife card.they refuse to re imbourse, happily Visa took my wife's money back, thank you to Visa,
Also the breakfast is at 7 1/2 hrs.way too late to be useful, many peoples must leave early.without having their ''free''breakfast

We were originally booked at Fredericton Days Inn - they called us one hour before we are due to arrive (8: 30pm) and ask when we are arriving. When we say 8: 30pm - they suddenly no longer have a room available. Obviously sold it to someone else…nice. So after a long day of travelling we are forced to find last minute accommodations. We have a dog and also require ground floor accommodations. After calling many places with no luck, we tried the Lincoln Inn. I did read the unfavourable reviews in advance - but we are not fussy people and are also on a budget and it was 9pm at this point. They did not pick up the phone but their answering machine advised to text if we were looking to book. I texted and got a prompt reply - they had a ground floor room and were pet friendly. $120+ $25 pet fee+ tax. Breakfast included. &157.20. The young woman at the desk was extremely friendly and we checked in promptly. Let me state again that we are NOT fussy. The motel is old - not an issue for us. The room was small with two double beds, one nightstand and one chair. Nowhere to put your bags really. While it wasn’t filthy, I would not say it was clean. The white ruffled bedskirt was dirty and baseboards everywhere were dirty. The beds themselves are horrible. Like a bed from an old 1950’s cottage. The springs were so loud and almost popping through and you have to stay in the middle of the bed to not roll off. The white sheets had some dark brown flecks stained on them throughout. The pillows were terrible - thin and very old. There was nowhere to plug in your phone or computer - had to unplug a lamp. The fridge was not plugged in.
Bathroom was cleanish except for the baseboards. Towels were very small and thin - normally that wouldn’t bother me if everything else wasn’t so bad. The plugs in the bathroom did not work. We did try the gfi. There was at least hot water and good water pressure. All of this would have been somewhat tolerable had we been able to sleep. People partied in the parking lot ALL NIGHT LONG - until at least 4am. So we were up all night with another 10 hours of travelling ahead of us. When we left there was a giant pile of vomit in the parking lot near our car and bottles and cups strewn everywhere. We did not bother to stay for breakfast… I realize this a budget motel- we have stayed in many budget motels - but $157 is not pocket change for us either. A complete waste of money and no sleep ahead of a long day of driving. The only positive experience was the pleasant young woman at reception and the fabulous hot pizza we got delivered in 15 min from Papa Georgio’s right down the road.

Very cool Motel, Nice And Quit we slept very well, had a nice breakfast, very very good service, thanks to you all.

Well this hotel is in the middle of nowhere and they only serve breakfast until 9 am can't even buy coffee during the day if u wanted to. No ice machines. It's pretty much a dump if u ask me.

This is the worst room I've ever stayed in, in my life. It's 4: 10am and sounds like someone is walking around in my room. I wish I could say it's haunted, but it's not. The walls are paper thin. I'd like the owner to spend a night on this mattress and get back to me. It's not useable and belongs in the dump. These are budget rooms, I'm aware. But this is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor. Do not spend your money here. It's a mistake.

Not a good experience. No one is at the front desk, so you have to call them. Not good customer service. The environment was also not great. People there are very noisy and dogs bark at night. Didnt sleep comfortably at all, the bed was very uncomfortable.

Disgusting! Filthy dirty! Could not take a shower. When you turn on the taps white and brown chunks came out of the drain. Breakfast at 7 o’clock but doors were locked we left at 7: 30. We would not have eaten there anyway!

Well located, a few miles a at from DT Fredericton. The room as responded to our expectations considering the price. The employees were really nice.

You have to wait for anyone to come into the office area. The rooms are decent, but not many outlets for charging your phone. (There was only one available, for the only lights and ac unit) Pretty clean and organized. There was no one in the office to book out or talk to about services. You're basically left on your own. It says free wifi, but there are no passwords in the room or office, and no staff to talk to. Says free breakfast, but no indication of where to get it or how. It's a good place if you just need a basic room to sleep in.

The room was clean but the fabric bath mat was wet. They did not have our reservation. They let people stay there without having to use a credit card. Some man was pounding on the office door, which was right next door to our room at 630Am and then again at 730 AM, looking for his damage deposit of $250. He didn't have a phone, so I had to use mind to call the owner and explain to him why I was calling. The man wouldn't shut up, the owner wouldn't come out to talk to him until 830, even though the Open sign was lit up. We went in to the office to have breakfast but the door to the breakfast area was locked. I go in the open door next to my room and the front desk guy says "you can't come in here". I said the Door to the breakfast room was locked! He says"we don't serve breakfast. ". I said "it's on your website "! "No, No, we don't serve breakfast, but you can have a coffee. I told him about the guy who was pounding on the door, and all he said was "what guy"? I walked out, got my husband and left. Never again!

Very clean and well appointed rooms for the price, friendly accommodating staff. I checked in very late and they stayed up to ensure I got into my room. Bed was comfortable.

Repeat guest; staff & management are good people and they're easily the most compassionate and accommodating hotel mgmt/owners I've ever had the good fortune to stay with in my many travels.

The location requires either your own transportation, or cab service as bus access is limited; 1-1/2 hrs walk from Inn to downtown #YFC, taking the trails.
