So I bought a ride on lawn tractor at Home Depot and had an issue with so after paying them $75 to come pick it up and I am 2mins away from them which is a total rip off to begin with. The mower had a couple issues and is not even a year old so it still has warranty and repairs should have been covered but were npt but they proceeded to fix it and charge me without my consent to do so and was told by MTD that it was warranty and shouldnt have been charged I left a message to have the owner call me and Blair as well and it has been 2 weeks and still no call I will never step foot in that store again instead I will give my business to KV land and leisure when it comes time to buy my snowblower and have my lawn tractor serviced

I will never shop at this location again! Do not buy Radley products! The employees at Home hardware know nothing about them nor do they carry anything for them and you're told sorry about your luck! So when you call Midland who owns Radley they don't know anything about their machines! Do not buy Radley machines! And avoid this Home hardware at all costs! They do not care about customer service they do not care about finding information they know nothing about the products they sell! I will never go back!

Top notch customer service. You may pay a little more but getting what I need, my questions answered and customer care makes up for it. This is my 1st choice for paint, wood and hardware.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. This is where I go to get supplies for any job I'm not familiar with so they can give me guidance, especially for them to point out things I didn't realize I would need for the job! They have saved me many trips back by selling me peices before I knew they would be needed.

I went to Home Hardware looking for batteries for my tire pressure gauge and the folks there were very helpful.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. I would've rated this location a 5 but they were sold out of the DeWalt jab saw that I was looking for. Still a great place to shop for all you home improvement needs.

Exceptional service! They took the time to repair the pull cord mechanism on my snowblower and didn't charge me for the service because they didn't have to use any new parts. Now that is what I call customer service! It ensures I'll go back to them again when I need to buy something.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Always enjoy shopping here. Has the feel of a country hardware store where it is comfortable to chat with anyone and to approach staff with questions.
