My husband and I just purchased our very first mitsubishi outlander and we are so happy with our purchase. Josh and Heidi made the process a breeze and were so nice to deal with.

I hit a pothole and needed a new rim. Everyone was very helpful in ordering and installing a new one:)

Our second purchase. And both times we worked with Sean and Anthony. They both made the process so easy and painless. Heidi was great as well going over the financial details with us. We felt like we got a fair value for our trade and a great deal overall. But it doesn't end with sales. We have also had great experience with the service department since our first purchase back in 2014. We will always think of them first for our vehicle needs because it feels like a family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Purchased a vehicle from them and within the first week or two it started leaking oil.couldn't get in to be seen until 6 days later.sat in the waiting area for 3+ hours and most of that time the vehicle was sitting outside.took 3 weeks to get the part in and another almost week to have it repaired I know this is a used vehicle but I shouldn't be in here already dealing with this when it has a fresh MVI.

Purchasing/trading a vehicle from here felt pushy at times.everytime I had an interest for one I'd be told I'd have to decide quickly because it's being shipped somewhere or someone is coming to perhaps purchase (look at) it later on in the day.

I didn't feel like my time was valued here and felt like just another sale.hopefully in the future sale associates put some care into their customers and make them feel happy with their purchase

4 hours for oil change, mvi, snowtires installed. They wanted to replace a part on my car that was replaced in the spring. It was also inspected by them to say it was installed correctly and the other garage did an excellent job. The other complaint is any parts for my 2015 Evolution are not stocked, they all come from Toronto and can take up to 6 weeks.love my Evo bought it new, but will never buy any Mitsubishi vehicle again.

Just looking around and looks like they've got lots of inventory, brand new and all the same color and model.

One of the best dealership experiences I've had. But what keeps me coming back is the excellent Service Department.
