Customer service sucks! Dealt w Julie F from sales. She did nothing to search for the truck models I requested. Gave her days to respond, nothing. She didn’t offer other models or make an effort to gain the sale, your loss sweetheart! Brought my money and business to Lounsbury Moncton. Bought new 2500HD. Service in Moncton was 10x the customer service and very professional. Won’t ever deal w Lounsbury Bathurst again. Thanks for nothing.

I was having difficulty finding a part for my 2018 Chev Traverse in Nova Scotia with unreliable back order dates. Mickey Sullivan in parts with Bathurst Lounsbury Automotive went above and beyond to find my part and arrange same day courier pickup for delivery to my home. He called me back with price of part and cost of courier service to ensure my satisfaction of purchase. He again called me back with tracking number for FedEx. I will be recommending this dealership in the future to others. Thank You Mickey!

Our salesman was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable on the workings of our new vehicle. I would give Mike St. Germain 10 stars but there is only 5. We just purchased a truck from Guillaume Hache. It was likely the best vehicle purchase we've ever made. The truck was great but more importantly we were treated with great respect, honesty and integrity from Guillaume, Mylaine (sales manager) and David (finance manager). We felt comfortable with our purchase and left the dealership knowing if we encountered any problems they would be there to help. We live in Fredericton and we will most certainly make the drive to Bathurst for our next vehicle purchase.
