I had my first dealership car buying experience over this past weekend, I can’t say enough good things about it!
James Small helped me find what I was looking for, what was in my price range and a good deal! We walked around the lot, looked at a few, he did numbers on two different cars so I could compare along with showing me what each car had left for warranty! He took the time to answer any questions I had and was extremely patient, he didn’t try and push me into a sale like some sales people do, he wanted me to think about it and make sure it was the car I really wanted. He didn’t even mind my big brother being there to help guide me and make sure I was getting a good safe vehicle and deal, James also didn’t mind answering any questions my brother had!
I also want to thank Kristin smith who was amazing to deal with as well, she answered all my questions and explained everything to me, multiple times haha, she even stayed late at work to help accommodate my schedule!
I definitely recommend anyone who’s looking for a new or used vehicle, to go to lounsbury Chevrolet and ask for James small, I promise you won’t be disappointed with the customer service at all!
Thank you everyone at lounsbury Chevrolet who helped make my car buying experience excellent! I love my new car!

I was shopping around for a new vehicle at different dealerships for months and my search finally came to an end here. Joey McCluskey was excellent and also fast at addressing all my questions and concerns throughout the whole process of buying my new Chevy Colorado. I would definitely buy here again.

Spent $40.00 plus tax for Multi point inspection of my Malibu. The service advisor immediately started pointing out problems before the car left the service entrance. The car was there all day for this, which should not have taken more than 30 minutes. At the end, I was advised it needed about $4,000.00 of work. WHAT?
They were dead wrong on 2 things they said needing correction and the cost of same. Nothing was mentioned about tires, brakes or suspension nor did I receive a proper written report of their findings. I reported this to the appointment arranger, Christina, who said she would have the Service Manager, Scott, call me to discuss. He did not call me. I called him and left 2 messages for him to call me and why. After waiting 12 days and no answer, I went to Lounsbury and spoke to Scott in his office. He was polite and courteous and promised to get back to me asap.
I am still waiting.

Saw an suv on their website so texted about it and suddenly it disappeared! 10 thousand $$ difference in pricing to the one they wanted to sell! Buyer beware!

Customer service was fantastic. They actually sold us the car. Sales rep Jason did an excellent job and to imagine we were just checking around for a new car. The finance department was excellent as well. Great experience.

I went to three car lots and finally, Lounsbury had a vehicle that met my specifications and they gave me a good deal on it too. James made the whole process of purchasing the car very easy. I should have went to Lounsbury in the first place. The customer experience was very good.thx again!

Parts department is none responsive to either email them twice off website and left voice mail on there answering service never heard back. Guess they sell you a vechile and don't want to provide after service.

I had contact with Kristin in finance regarding warranties, she was very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions off the bat. I felt very comfortable with her responses. I highly recommend Lounsbury Chevrolet and feel good about referring all my friends and family!

I'm not impressed with the work that the collision centre did to my vehicle. I already have clear coat peeling and rust on the areas that they "fixed" not even a year ago.

Full disclosure: I have not done business at this dealership. I also WILL not do business at this dealership, nor will I advise my friends, colleagues or family to do business here, until one Mr. James Small submits a public apology and retraction of his despicable views on personal choice and human rights. While I do not hold his employer responsible, I also cannot in good conscience put anyone in a position where they might have to interact with such a hateful individual.
It should also be noted that his "facts" on the subject betray his ignorance. It would serve him well to not speak on topics he does not understand, lest he be branded a hypocrite.

After reading James Small's hate speech, I'll never buy a vehicle here, and I'll encourage everyone I know to feel the same. It's a shame any "professional" would spread so much blind, misplaced, uneducated hate towards any group of ppl. Also your copy and paste message addresses nothing. Complacency to blind hatred by any of your staff makes you equally as responsible. This will effect your business in coming months.

Great experience! We are from out of province and unfortunately had car issues and they were able to get us in the next day, they were super friendly and went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

I would like to share my wonderful experience i had with Jason Gaudet at Lounsbury Chevrolet.
I will start off by saying that i don’t normally write these kind of things but with my experience i can’t sit here and not share.
There was a vehicle i had wanted and mind you it was located in Dalhousie NB. I took it upon myself and drove the 6 hour round trip to look at this Jeep. It has been something i have been searching forever. Once i got there i new i wanted it right away.
I immediately messaged Jason and advised i want to proceed to get that Jeep brought down and financed.
He advised me not too long after that banks don’t finance older vehicles. My heart kind of dropped, but he was not willing to GIVE up yet like some dealers would.
Steve in financing went above and beyond to be sure that he contacted many banks personally and spoke to who he had to make the deal happen. A full day later i got a phone call saying guess what? We got you a bank that will lend. I was jumping for joy as you can imagine i was finally going to get something that i have been wanting since i laid eyes on in my teens.
When i got to the dealership and waiting inside for him to arrive from washing the vehicle, everyone at the dealership was so friendly. Saying hello and even though it was busy some made the time to speak about the vehicle i was buying, which to me is huge because most sales associates are like.meh i didn’t sell it so whatever. One thing can’t not stress enough is that it made me feel like "YES" i made the right decision all the way. Considering i just went through a horrible experience at another dealership about a week prior as Lounsbury unfortunately didn’t have what i was looking for and trust me Jason tried everything as well i was not sure if i could mentally handle another one.
So i finish off with a big GREAT JOB to everyone there. Keep doing what you are doing because if that is how you treat your clients you are doing the right thing, and i will for sure return.

Came in for servicing (appointment was for 10am) mind you had to drive from Fredericton and was told would be quick and no longer then a hour as I needed to be back for 2: 00pm.there were about 6 people ahead of me and I was still waiting for mine to be finished and it was going on 1: 00 pm! I find that ridiculous and shouldn’t take 3 hours for a quick servicing. Also was told later on next time to go get it done in Fredericton when told previously I wasn’t able.

Wanted to buy a car. Made a request for final price, and got it, after salesperson several times has ignored my questions, car was sold to another buyer. No respect you will find here. Avoid them. My opinion.

Service is great but have to say their prices are getting way to high. Over 1200 dollars for a brake job. This before shop charges and taxes. Went at another garage at better price and better warenty

Instead of using fake AD; you can add the word selected on your AD.

(Costco members will get special offer on selected vehicles).

They offer special discount, but not applying it on the deal.

They offer Special discount for Costco Members; but will not applying it; and use the word verbally for selected car but not for your car and that's not true.

I Absolutely loved the atmosphere and charisma of each individual that I encountered at Lounsbury. They have been very flexible and understanding of my situation and any questions I had considering it was my first car. Nice and friendly people and I look forward to visiting / contacting them if I have any questions.

My husband and I stopped in to test drive a Chevy Trax.
We drove in from Grand Bay-Westfield N. B.
We had no intentions of buying a new vehicle, we were just curious to how it drove.

We were greated by Jeff Wood and did not not feel pressured by him, which is a BIG BONUS.
He was super friendly and nice!
We end up buying a brand new 2019 Chevy Trax and we have never been happier
Ok maybe I would have been happier if it had heated seats ;) ;)

My wife and I were in the market to purchase a new HD 3500 to pull our 5th wheel RV.
James was great at walking us through the many choices and options and was very patient as wereviewed all the choices. We settled on the High Country Dual rear wheel 3500. Kim and I are so pleased with the sales team James and Kevin.they are great people, the dealership offers a superior service center, and felt they really treated us fair with our trade in. Honestly we would not go to any other dealer.feel like part of the family. We look forward to our new purchase.

I think I was overcharged for checking a car here. This is the first time I came here and may be the last time. I asked the price for MPVI health check and was informed that it's 39.95$. I agreed with the price and just asked them to take note that whenever I turn right, I hear a sound in my car. They said ok and asked me to wait about 45 minutes. But it turned to 3 hours and the billed which was over 198$. In the receipt, they charged me 60$ for "Road test and diag, found large chunk of is being RR wheel area causing noise". They should have noticed me in advance that if they check anything else beside the regular health check, how much it will cost me more IN ADVANCE and get the agreement from me first, not doing all the job and charged me that amount. I feel like I was cheated and really unhappy leaving there. I was busy runing to my work place because I thought it's just 45 minutes as they said, but it turned to 3 hours and it made me be late as work too. I will not recommend here for sure. Really disappointed!
