Loyal Taxi/ 7 Star Cabs

Very great service and always friendly! Robert Cornford is my usual driver and its always a nice and friendly drive to wherever i’m going i also lost my hair tool in the car and he went out of his way to bring it back to me! He’s the best:)

Most of the drivers are quite tolerable, but $36 for 15 minute drive is insane. That's $72 to and from, $82 after tips. There are disabled people who cannot drive, bus timeframes and routes do not fit all requirements and cannot replace cabs. We cannot afford to live like this. Something needs to change.

The dispatcher I was talking to was very rude. He thinks like he is something. I just called back to ask if my taxi is booked as I didn’t get any text message for confirmation which I usually get when I book a taxi from them. So he started talking that you live very far, you won’t get any confirmation message ever, and then he said do you understand what I’m saying and then he hung up on me.

Use be be great only company I called every time I needed a taxi till I got the ignorant guy driving the white Tesla what a jackass fire that absolute moron will you I'll say this I'll be calling anyone other then loyal from now on

Worst cab company in Fredericton and possibly the province of New Brunswick. Waited over an hour after being told “they would be right there” no cab showed up for me.would highly recommend not giving a company like this your business.

I don't know what has happened with this company but they have gone down hill very fast! We called for a cab and have waited for 35 mins and it still has yet to come! We have called the office back 4 times now and no one will answer our calls. This is not the first time this has happened to us either, it seems to be a regular thing with them lately. We have since called another cab company and have been picked up by the other cab company. After waiting a total of 41mins loyal taxi was still not there to pick us up. How can you call your company Loyal?

Picked up the call at an odd timing for a flight when no other can service did. Truly 24 hour service

Absolutely the worst company in Fredericton. Ignorant dispatcher who’s rude and condescending a long with crazy wait times etc definitely better off using another company.

The driver was great and the car was clean but a 5 minute drive was $18 plus tip. It seemed quite expensive but I don’t take taxis very often and my idea of a fair rate might be a little off.

I’m travelling in business and I’m doing the same route every day for week. After they told me that they have a flat rate fee, I called request a quote and they told me over the phone that would be $36. I called in the morning to request their services, confirmed the quote, and when I got to my destination I was charged $46. Although I disputed the price, there’s nothing I could do! Terrible terrible terrible customer service

Loyal Taxi offers excellent customer service. I have used loyal Taxi on many occasions and customer service is always consistent.

The taxi dispatcher is very rude and has no life when talking to you. You can't even understand what he is talking. He should be replaced! You are not done yet with your directions and he hangs up the phone. Is that the way you handle your customer? Seriously, you need to take customer service 101.

WARNING, Pay attention when paying using tap! One driver in particular is adding on his own tip to unsuspecting patrons. Tell them you want to insert your card.
