Went in to look for earth and I was at the wrong building and the high class lady in there was quiet mean to me making me feel not wanted terrible place to go not friendly at all

We could not have been happier with the service and the beautiful flower arrangements created for my Father's funeral. From the moment we met Danielle, she listened to my Mother's wishes, then applied her knowledge and creativity to create flower arrangements that exceeded our expectations. We appreciate the manner in which we were greeted at the store and opportunity to meet, and work with, the very talented Danielle. The flower arrangements were delivered on time and on budget. My parents been MacArthur's customers for years and we appreciate your continued excellence.

Have ordered custom arrangements from MacArthur's dozens of times over the last 15+ years. Very common for there to be mistakes, or for them to ignore customer requests and notes entirely, even if you place the order weeks in advance. No communication, you'll just show up and find that what you ordered isn't what you get, and be placed in the awkward position of either taking whatever they've done, or leaving without any flowers. I kept going back because there wasn't many other options in Greater Moncton. Messages to managers/owners never get a response. I haven't gotten an apology in 15+ years, and it seems like staff have been trained not to give them, maybe to avoid accepting liability? No tracking of customer issues, so they just keep happening. I think it's just an example of them not caring about customer service, because there isn't really any other florists in the area to compete with them.

It was a nice experience shopping here. The staff is very friendly and helping. I went to pick up a bouquet and got what i wanted. Nice place.

23 years of my repeated business. They go above and beyond. That first year was the hardest on me, thankful for your great staff & professionalism.

My friend went there for wedding flowers and had the worse service yet. Big family owned business should be ashamed there selves.

I received a bouquet from this shop for my birthday. Flowers and leaves were quite dirty and not fresh at all! Had to throw away half the bouquet 2 days later, half was literally all faded … Quite a disappointment! I do not recommend to order from this shop especially over the phone!

I order flowers on May 4th to be delivered on Saturday the 8th, they never received the flowers, I've called MacArthur's an can't leave a message. Really upset about this.

I called from Alberta and spoke to a friendly and very helpful florist whom took all the time to coordinate a real awesome surprise for my family in Moncton. She helped me arrange their favourite flowers, check for stock, hand wrote cards, bundled balloons and chocolates to ensure it was perfect!

I received texts and calls from my delighted mom and sister- so I know it was a beautiful gift!

I would definitely call MacArthurs for any lovely arrangements as they are the best in town!

I am so beyond Pleased with the service I recieved and extremely greatful the staff was able to deliver before mother's day and I wasn't expecting it to get there til after you are all so awesome and she very much loveď the arrangement its perfectly her.

I was very disappointed with what was received. It certainly wasn't what I ordered. Twice this happened to me. And they used the same dark ugly flowers in both arrangements again!

Great little place tucked off the main road. Huge selection, not just flowers but cacti, plants and other goodies. The ladies there were extremely helpful and made a nice bouquet for my old lady.

Very helpful, polite and prompt staff. Always helping me get what I need for any occasion. Delivery is a nice option as well. The store is setup nicely and always clean and beautiful.
