Great service as soon as you walk in the door.and thanks to Jeremy Vautour kept me updated on my order and went over and beyond to make my purchase as normal as it can be in this difficult time.and another thanks to Kevin Collette in Financing for trying to save as much as he could and having good laughs with him. So far my first experiance at MacDonald is perfect so thanks to everyone involved including (parts, shop & detailing).

Really slimy garage. The place looks nice, but they charged me $300 to "diagnose" the problem.

I told them what the problem was, then when I come to pick up the car they tell me the same thing I told them. I could have bought a parrot for that price if I wanted things repeated to me.

Arrived for first time to have a Transmission issue troubleshot on my Buick. The arrival and check in process was better then I have yet to experience with my BMW and Mercedes. (Not that they were bad) Fast diagnosis and repair. Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff. Very impressed.

Not a great experience. Customer Service Rep on pick-up was very Robotic. Problem was not detected or solution provided and was still charged $ 158.00?
Waited 10 minutes for them to find my keys.
I have bought every truck from MacDonald Buick and will continue to do so but the Customer Service personnel need to be trained better especially with the long time customers.
Peter Davis was amazing.he heard me out and will look for a solution for my problem.
I am not sure what they wanted me to do at the end of the day, bring the vehicle to another garage to be fixed.
The same issue with shuttering steering column happened at least 10 times on my way home?

This dealership is hands down the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had my vehicle since July and from the date of purchase with their sales team to the amazing service staff they’ve all completely blown my mind. This is what buying a vehicle should be all about. I’ll will never buy a vehicle anywhere else. Give yourselves a pat on the back guys. Very well done.

I had a bad experience here.

My engine bonnet wouldn't open because the cable detached on the engine side. They said they fixed it "temporarily" with a piece of wire. When I got home, I found out the wire they said was a temporary fix wasn't even attached to anything.

How are these people allowed to steal like this? They take over $250 dollars from me to not actually do anything?

There needs to be regulation in this industry.

Great place I purchased a car back in April 2021 and they have been exceptional. I got tires with the purchase and 2 free oil changes well last night I went in for oil change and was told I needed a coupon. Well I wasn’t given a coupon. They did the oil change anyway I was planning on getting my tires. At that time The service guys had no idea. About any of this. So they took my name and said someone would call me so 7 am this morning I got a call from there parts department. (Todd I believe) They located the tires and said I could get them anytime They also gave me an extra free oil change for the trouble. Needless to say I feel they are a great company and I would recommend them shout out also to Craig in the finance department. I had these 2 guys trying to straighten out this situation asap. And they did.

Vraiment déçu par mon expérience avec le service de vente.
Le processus de vente s’est bien passé mais le suivi après vente a été très désagréable.
Je me suis senti comme un chiffre à faire rentrer avant la fin de mois plutôt que comme un client ayant un besoin.
Après 4 mois, il m’a fallu contacter de nombreuses fois le vendeur pour recevoir mon nouvel enregistrement et pouvoir récupérer mes pneus d’hiver.
Aucun suivi n’a été fait de sa part et j’étais souvent plusieurs jours sans réponse.
Une prise en charge ne devrait pas se limiter à une vente, mais plutôt au service continu après vente.

Vraiment très très déçu!

Brought my vehicle in to have a tire and oil change. When I purchased my lease I was told I had 4 free oil changes with my vehicle. Up until this point, I’d only used 2 of them. Went to pay for my bill and thought it was quite high for just a tire change and turns out the 4 free oil changes were only valid for 2 years, this was never told to me at the time, so I was unaware. The kicker is that I was one month off of the 2 year mark and they still didn’t honour the free oil change.
Edited to add that since this visit, management was in contact with me and repaired the situation beautifully and I feel that the customer service experience from this point, met what I would expect and would recommend purchasing and servicing your vehicle here.

Extremely happy with the experience. Our customer service representative Kevin Smith was really helpful, friendly and polite. He took the time to explain us everything. We came to buy a used car but bought a new GMC terrain. So happy with the purchase and overall experience.

Kevin Smith is one of the best sales rep.that I have ever encountered. He was very very helpful and polite. He could sell a igloo to an Eskimo. With that said the sales staff at MacDonald Buick are all great people along with the many other staff members at this DEALERSHIP. Great Service.had my oil change and servicing done Thursday Sept 16. Ive been using your facility faithfully for about 2 years now since I bought my Acadia and have never had any problems what so ever, Im am however a bit disappointed that the next day Sept 17 I received an Email to come in for an oil change at a discounted rate. I would have waited the extra day. Oh well bad timing on my behalf. Have a great day all.

Bought a 2021 GMC Sierra a couple months ago. Brought it back to the garage 8 times or more in the last two months. They changed the cadillac converter and the engine light came on again. Brought it tuesday they game me a rental, said they didn’t know how long they would keep my truck. Called me the next day, said they didn’t know what was wrong.

I have better things to do, than bringing my truck to the dealership twice a month.

Bargain Bin is literally a joke. Most their trucks were in much TLC and insanely overpriced.
I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere, especially for trucks. Trucks in inventory, were very rusted all around, tires always flat, rocker panels needing repair, yet were priced at $9,000 - $20,000.
Not sure what bargain you would ever find with the selection and prices they have.

Great service and staff. Have always looked after me and all my needs both as a new client and existing one, they go above and beyond and don't play the games the other dealers do to try and have you bring your vehicle back in for other services when they are not needed.

My Equinox LTD had issues with transmission. So, they had to keep it at GMC for 18 days.
They equipped me with a rental quickly. Jennifer, the service manager in Moncton is amazing, professional and very knowledgeable! She walked me through each step on my vehicles repair.

Update: I brought my SUV back today due to a leak, GMC and Sales Manager, Jennifer, ensured my SUV was repaired and completed an all points check, fixed any other issues!

My son had a piston go through the engine block while going through a puddle about 6 inches deep (he drives a 2021 GMC Sierra 4x4) and they basically told him they weren't going to cover it because there was water in the intake and didn't even try to help with suggestions, told him he was on his own.

I’ve owned probably 20 vehicles over my lifetime and it’s my second truck purchased from MacDonald Buick GMC. I don’t usually leave reviews for anything but these people deserve it. Great staff, sales and service. They’re always joking around in there and seem genuinely happy to be at work. It shows in how I get treated. Thanks Marc for another great purchase experience.

After unfortunately having a deer run into the front of my car, my insurance company gave me a couple of options for where to get the body work needed done. After choosing Macdonalds, I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome! Their collusion department team are excellent to deal with. They’re all very friendly, welcoming, professional, and informative. My car looks brand new, as well! They got all the work done very quickly, in only a few days. Highly recommend!

Overall bad. The machanics made multiple errors which translated to me paying 7x what I was quoted originally. Contacted Susan the service department manager and after explaining the issue she probed not once but twice into my private life.for example she wanted to know who my parents are and ny grandparents ect. After I told her twice I'm here for business and to leave my personal life alone she became more rude and inappropriate frankly which resulted in her hanging up on me and not offering any type of solution. I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

As always, Mike was efficient, pleasant and promised to have my car in and out in the specified time. Every time I go into the MacDonald dealership, the service is good, especially when Mike is working. Rosie at the payment counter was pleasant, and always there for a quick chat. Checked out the show room while waiting for my vehicle, and had a chat with Janice and Jennifer. So nice to go into a place where the staff is always pleasant, nice and knowledgeable. Masks are a must when you enter the building, nice to see that the signs are visible for everyone to see. Thanks again for the great service Mike, see you again in May for service again.

We were assured our appointment was at one and that we would be out before two.needless to say the "twenty minute" oil change was closer to an hour and a half and they hedged a few times about when the truck would be ready. 110 dollars for an oil change that we could have done cheaper and quicker from a closer service station.usually good service but not today.

I have a 2017 GMC Terrain which I bought new a couple of years ago. 4 days ago my front driver seatbelt broke of for no reason, I safety issue which I am worried about. I went to the dealer and they refused to put a new one at their cost. If someone have's an accident because of this. It would costs more than $399 in a lawsuit. So easy to say that I'm not happy with service.

Great friendly service, but one major issue:
It was my first time there and I cannot fathom why a business of that size wants to save few dollars or cannot afford to put decent seats in the service waiting room. Flimsy and very uncomfortable chairs for service waits that are usually one hour or more? I have back problems which made it worse but still unacceptable for anybody.
Please do a long term investment towards your customer comfort.
