Brought my snowmobile in because it wasn’t charging. Kept it for 2 months charged me $2500 and said they didn’t know how to fix it. Checked the oil this year before starting it so I could try to bring it to someone who knew what they were doing and not a drop of oil in it. U recommend I changed my own battery which I did

Great family-run business for all your power sports needs. Macleans has been looking after my snowmobiles, dirt bikes, personal watercraft, and most recently, I even purchased a generator from them. Friendly staff that ride machines as well; they always do what they can to get any needed parts as soon as possible, work on my machines, and have me back out having fun as soon as they can. They really go above and beyond with everything they do.

Winter is coming, and I couldn't stand my old snowblowers anymore (actually, any of them weren't doing what they were supposed to do lol).

Got this beautiful monster with Ryley, which gave me a fantastic deal and customer experience.

No plans to get a side by side until I visited MacLean Sports! Bobby Doiron was great to deal with and provided all the answers I was asking about side by sides. I ended up purchasing the Yamaha RMAX SE. It was a pleasure to deal with Bobby and I look forward in dealing with the friendly staff.

When searching for my very first ATV, I had alot of questions. This is were Ryley came into play. Ryley took the time and explained what I needed to know about each machine I was thinking about. I bought my first Ebike from Riley. He was very helpful, from my 1st phone call to helping me test drive after I thought about buying after 2 weeks of looking around. If I have any questions he's there to reply and I have had a few and probably will more as I'm just learning. I feel Macleans is very professional and helpful and makes sure there sales people get the recognition they deserve. All the staff were very welcoming every time I stopped in. Purchased a Triumph Thruxton at asking price if they would throw in $100 delivery to Saint John. I was informed 'after' they took my deposit that they couldn't do that. The bike arrived and wouldn't start due to dead battery. I was told I'd have a new battery delivered 'next' business day so I took possession of the bike. After 2 calls and 12 business days I still have no battery. Great bike (I hope - I still haven't heard it run) but why burn customer trust and experience for a few dollars?

Good as a parts store for specialty items you can't get for your sled or ATV anywhere else. Staff are not motivated or helpful, store is dark and dingy.

Bought our first side by side with the help of Ryley. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Ryley was very honest and transparent and answers for all of our questions. Looking forward to our new adventures on our new to us Wolverine. Highly recommend MacLean Sports and Ryley.

Parts counter is my usual stop. Guys there are great. Had some problems with previous times about 10 years ago but it's definitely changed for the better. Used to cringe before going over but now I don't mind at all. Their new text when parts come in is very nice addition as well! Good job MacLeans!
