Great zoo, lots of animals, well kept and animals have good spaces. We went to Boo in the Zoo, and it is great for families. Kids and adults can dress up and walk around!
I recently visited this zoo, and I was thoroughly impressed by the wide variety of animals they have on display. From majestic lions to playful otters and everything in between, it's a diverse collection that caters to all animal enthusiasts. What stood out even more was the impeccable cleanliness and well-maintained enclosures. The animals appeared healthy and content, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The zoo's commitment to conservation and education was evident in their informative exhibits and interactive programs. It's a perfect family-friendly destination that provides a memorable and educational experience for visitors of all ages.
I love this zoo, my kids love the animals and get so excited each time we go. The three star rating is only due to the amenities such as washrooms and food/drink. The bathrooms in the Bistro were disgusting. The experience of getting food was also disappointing. Fountain drinks were out of syrup but not set to out of order, vending machines stole your money and the food took quite a while. The staff were all young and trying their best so hats off to them but the volume of people and the amount of mess was not very well handled.
It was ok, I visited zoo where animals seemed more happy, had a better place to evolve, more space. The pumas just walked along the same path, so did the wolf, left me a bit sad. It make me think of the prisoner who walk the same path every day. I think it's the fence, there's too much of it. The Halloween decorations was top notches.
A good zoo. We were there when it was a little hot, then all the cats were sleeping or hiding in the enclosures, so it is better to go when it is not too hot. I did not like the terrarium - it is small.
Small, but they had some nice animals. We went in October, and most of the animals were visible and active. The zoo has 3 times during the day when you can show up (we went in the 2pm to 4pm window). Once you are there you can stay as long as you want. Was cheap but the price depends on the month you visit. It was really cheap in the spring, more in summer, October was 16 dollars for adalts, 13 dollars for kid, and 3 and under free.
We were impressed with the variety of the animals and how healthy they appeared. The habitats were clean & well cared for. It was sad to see the bears pacing the entire time we were there. The otters and monkeys always bring a smile to the face.
Compared to three years ago nothing has changed in this zoo. A limited number of animals. Not enough water fountain in the zoo.so if you want to drink you need to buy a drink from the machine. They are selling zoo map for $1 each which used to be free And tickets are expensive.
This place is very beautiful and there are a lot of animals to see in this zoo, it's a nice place to visit with your friends and family and there is a park for kids to play.
