Mail N Mart India's Groceries

Not friendly to customers at all over the call. Also keeping expired products for sell most of the time. I have noticed it every time i visited.

Person on duty refused to help with the Bitcoin machine. The only location in the capital region that currently offers this service. Had to find another method to support a friend in California.

They don't cycle out expired food. I bought 2 packs of gum here 2 years out of date, so old they were tinged yellow, and a Philly chip dip 4 months out of date. That's a good way to get someone killed.

The go to shop to find Indian grocery in the town. The small shops has almost everything. Ask the owner if you do not find something. This is the oldest Indian grocery shop in Fredericton.

May be the worst service i have seen nearby so far. Cashier was rude and not even pay attention to the customer paying the bill. The prices of products are extremely high as compared to the other stores.

Too much expensive I have seen today.if I compare price than any other indian grocery store in moncton or any other stores like Walmart and Atlantic super store where indian grocery is available this storeis too much expensive I have seen ever. I will never come again.

Worst grocery store i ever visited ; was so expensive and the owner has no sense of treating customers. But unfortunately, i visited because i had no other option.

This is the only place where you will het indian spices. I found the products were little expensive.

What an amazing little store, great selection of Indian groceries for quick authentic meals or to create your favorite Indian dishes. Everything is there and the owner was very helpful to get us the right ingredients. Nice that it is a convenience store as well for last minute items. Thank you.

I go in there, head for the left-hand aisle, and I get what I need every time.every Indian ingredient you can imagine is there, even Garcinia (I've been wanting to try my hand at that Cherry-Garcinia icecream). I'm a huge fan of this small store. And every time I am given friendly service.

Great store, there’s a lot of negative reviews although the most of them I believe to just be passive aggressive comments about misunderstandings they had. This is a local business that sells a large variety of spices you can’t get most places at all.

@Braedon LeBlanc. The "making fun of people's weight" is a false narrative. I know because I am the one he is accused of making fun of. If the girl that started this rumour had bothered to stay after she went off on him, she would have found out that I have been going there for years and we have a friendly banter all the time. I have mentioned this exchange to everyone I know and they agree that she walked off before getting the whole story. So, stop spreading this false narrative. It is unfair and unwarranted. If it was such a terrible place, why would I be a patron for over 25 years?

This guy comments on people’s weight. Not something I wanna hear about when I go shopping that’s for sure.

I honestly don’t know how this owner could do such a disgusting things.my girlfriend and myself went and bought some items and was shock to hear the total bill so we did double check coz it was fishy that he would not provide item details on recipet. Soon we found out he has put the amount of other item which we never bought.when we went back to check with him he tried to come up with reason that didn’t make sense at all! Good thing my girlfriend had this issues with him before, so she was aware of this. I think he has been doing that to other customer as well! So if you do go there ask for recipet with item price and details on it.don’t get ripped off!

The service is so bad and the guy who work there or owner is so bad he is not friendly at all and more over his english accent is not understandable. He is rude and have no sense to talk to customers and he feels like shop is some thing v unique and see deeply towards every customer like a securtiy guard bad behavior.plz dont go to this shop.

This place is disgusting A few days ago I bought one of those lick sticks and when I was eating the dip stick I soon notice that it expired on JAN 2017 THIS WAS DISGUSTING
and one time my mom was buying something at here and told them that it was expired and he said that it was still good but when mom started eating it she said that it tastes bad and disgusting also I think the only important things that the people who work there that are important is samosas and spices cuz you can smell the spices everywhere in the store so yeah when your at the mail n mart PLEASE CHECK THE EXPIRY DATE ON THE PRODUCTS BEFORE YOU BUY IT!

This store is small and packed full of everything your tastebuds need. The selection of Indian food is excellent and while you are there grab a lotto ticket.

Amazing selection of imported goods and spices from India, many of which are difficult to find elsewhere in Fredericton. The brothers are kind and knowledgeable and love to take the time to discuss indian cuisine.

Service SUCKS owner & his brother tend to scam ppl by overcharging & charge to use credit card which is ILLEGAL ALWAYS ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT & triple check to make sure you not being ripped off

Worst service ever.there is no option of giving zero rating, otherwise would have definitely given zero rating. The cashier is very much rude. They always sell all the products above the actual price. Me and my friends bought few items from this store, we didn't liked the item so we went to return them within a week. (while buying the items he just gave the final amount not the each and every item price.which was fishy) the cashier was so rude first he made us stand for 30 mins and then he didn't returned the money instead he gave us hand written slip and on that slip he mentioned just the number of items, he didn't mentioned what will be the cost of the returned items. In his defense he said he has no idea about the price. He was the owner of the shop still how can he not know the price of the item. After a week we again went to take our money back, but he told us he will not return the money instead he forced us to buy certain things.we never knew what amount of item we returned back. This is so disappointing. Same thing happened to few of my other friends too. This is so much annoying and troubling. In spite I being an Indian i would never recommend anyone to buy from from this shop.
