MAMA SUPERMARKET

Just discovered Mama through the chefs at NBCC Culinary School. Really excellent selection of hard-to-find ingedients with lovely staff. A real find here in Moncton!

Multi cultural items which provides a rich and wide variety of items to choose from. A small store (size) with a large community of many nations coming to obtain produce and products. While providing excellent customer service and maintaining different cuisine that's still preserved.

They don't give out receipts for our purchases? How do we know if we didn't get overcharged for something?

Good choice of exotic or just Asian food. Foods that you can find in Japan, China or Thailand. There is a full range - a lot of canned food, but also frozen (dumplings, fish) and fresh (vegetables, greens, fruits). People who know stuff are coming and going all the time buying something special for their cafe.

Doesn't have as much diverse stuff as the asian supermarkets in the big cities, but that's okay.the drinks here are terrific.

mangoes perfectly ripe. They had morninga tea leaves, Mexican chocolate mole, they had goat feet and INTESTINE jn frozen aisle.

I didn't go far in the frozen aisle.already overwhelmed with newnesss. Best ethnic store over all in moncton.i have been here since 7 yrs old, now 38. Go in where the barbershop is.

Only thing wrong is they don't use the front door from the second hand consingmt shop, furnituriture store that used to be there. You can see from nanas best bread bakery in moncton.

Only thing wrong is they need posters on the front windows, paint or marker to let people know they at there. The chef's in moncton are talking about it.

Pros: many frozen seafoods and Asian spices, friendly staff.

Cons: A bit more expensive than other grocery stores. There are many products that don't have a price tag or price tag that are not on the right place. Not so many veggies and fruits.

Awesome selection. Organized by food ethnicity. Large frozen section. My new favourite Asian market.

This is a family run business who are always welcoming and courteous. The store is an awesome addition to Moncton’s increasingly diverse community where you can find an array of Asian, South-East Asian, African, Jamaican and Mexican products. It is also the most affordable one in Moncton. Highly recommend!

The staff here is so helpful.i love all the forzen meats and fish.was so happy. And they do points! Awesome!

Love this store and the staff are always very friendly! I stumbled across the store just out running errands two-three weeks ago and I’ve already been back 3 times to try new stuff.

Brilliant collection of Asian and Pacific food stuffs, including fresh vegetables and really friendly people. They even have a customer points program that gives you money back on groceries you buy.

New place with nice staff. Good selection of international foods, even fresh produce. I'll be back for sure.
