Had to pair up the shoes because the boxes were all mixed up. Aside from that quick in and out. Store was neat and clean.

Crummy follow-up over (what should have been!) an easily resolved exchange issue. After years of frequenting Mark's across Canada, we're done! Wise-up bricks & mortars or you'll soon go the way of the dodo.

They have some nice stuff, great boots, and jackets, and other neat stuff. Always enjoyed shopping there.

Been a Mark's shopper for as long as they have been around like their products from head to toe

Kids shoes assortment is very limited, almost nil. Customer service is not at par. Not sure about future visits.

Mark's seems to be the dad and grand dad favorite clothing store. Men younger than 40 might find the selection pretty boring or for an older generation. If you like trendy clothes like Old Navy"s and American eagle's, then absolutely skip Mark's.

Great quality and selection. The only retailer that carries jeans that fit me. 36" legs aren't uncommon.
