Mary Brown's Chicken

The chicken is rotten 70% of the time; I worked here for around 4 months and I was utterly disgusted by how we prepared the chicken and fries we would put chicken and fries in the same batter thing and only clean it once at the end of the day we also on numerous occasions served chicken past the throw out date because the manager told us they won’t notice *they as in the customers* and they had kids aged 14-16 operating the saw used to cut chicken without masks or proper safety equipment and I myself had cut myself on the blade and what they did was grab my hand and put it under cold water and put a bandaid on it the children also were dropping chicken into the open fryers and would constantly burn themselves and it was common to work open to close shifts. The chicken is rotten

It's worth the 20 minutes it takes me to get here.
The staff are always top notch. Happy, friendly and welcoming.
Food is always fresh and exactly as ordered, and the dining room has clean and comfortable seating.

Its a shame we no longer have more locations.

Service is good but sometimes the rush results in errors in the order. They correct the mistake but it slows service.

Absolutely the worst mobile order service I have ever had. The entire point of a mobile order is to skip the line, so I placed a mobile order, went in to collect it, sat through 20 mins of line only to be told I had to come up and tell her to make it.

If I had to go order anyways, what was the point in this mobile order service. Nearly 40 mins of waiting for food is unacceptable.

This was my first time trying Mary browns, and most certainly also my last.

Pop-ins tasted good though.

Worse experience. Specially staff member (Raghav) very disrespectful, not friendly, very rude behaviour. Food was excellent but because of him I don’t want to visit again. I hope owner or manager can take care of him and teach him how to behave.

Rude behaviour from employee. A guy call Raghav not professional. Please please take a action against him. It’s my humble request.

A guy named Sanket Patel, who being a skip driver went to Mary browns to collect his order without carrying a thermal bag which is the most important rule mentioned by the company. Upon requesting a bag by Raghav, Sanket behaved very rude and yelled on him infront of all the customers. He even threatened him openly and is now making false comments to degrade his image. Just to let you guys know, Raghav kaushal is very friendly and gold hearted person, who is always appreciated and loved by the customers and he himself is the manager of the store:)

PS Sanket should accept his mistake and apologize with respect, instead of spreading false words against him.

Chicken was good. I think it should be cooked a little longer. It was cooked and good, I just like my fried chicken a little crisper. But their strawberry Cheesecake pies are amazing! A must try!

Employees were really kind and the quality of the food was top notch for Mary Brown's.

Just got back and the lady at the cash asked us what we wanted for salad and decided not to put it in the bag, or give us the “swag” item…. Spent $54 for them not to give us what we paid for….

Can't remember when I was there he had to go to Newfoundland. I really enjoyed my meal the owner talk to us down to earth guy and he giving jobs so I will support this guy and what he providing good food better than KFC.

So delicious and fresh. Way better than any other fried chicken places. Super friendly staff too.

So fast I ordered and within 10mins my big order was complete and being from Newfoundland this made me happy now time for the pineapple pop guys! Been asking since you guys opened
