Ordered a cheeseburger minus mustard and pickles! Burger came minus onion too? Not to mention burnt and dry! How difficult is it to make a burger - rocket science I suppose!

It's a McDees so the staff will always be a hit or miss, the last time we went to this one I stood waiting for our order for about 15mins wasn't told why, the girl was super grumpy, then got told was waiting for part of the order so another 10mins later a nice young man came up to give me the rest by this point the fries where ice cold he was a doll and replaced them fresh. So yeah it s a typical McDonald's lol

Food was good service was quick place could have had the floors cleaned a bit better but it was pretty busy

Just wanted to say thanks a lot for this terrific looking sandwich, couldn’t imagine what you could come Up with had you spent an extra 30 seconds on it, totally disgusted.

We had a crew of 4 workers that put in a 18 hr day and only thing available was Mc Donald's. But our work truck didn't fit in the drivethru so we left it at side of building and they could see us walk to the window and denied us food. Worst place ever! Not impressed

No one speaks English! I know that sounds awful but they screwed our order completely up then couldn't understand why it was wrong.

Standard McDonalds in Dieppe. Relatively quick service via the Drive through whenever I visit. High traffic area.

Staff are very friendly bathrooms cleaner then most places, delivery drivers need clean bathrooms every once in a while.

When you order a large fries the container is not full and the fries are cold.
Happened to me several times. I won't be going back.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru to get Cold soggy French Fries. McDonald's give fast friendly service with hot crisp French Fries and you was done Right the 1st time. NOW JUST DON'T GO THERE. HAVEN'T BEEN THERE FOR A WHILE FOR THE VERY SAME REASON AND WON'T GO TO MCDONALD'S AGAIN?

Really Stepping Their Game Up. I've Seen Alot Of Change In The Last Year With How They Present Their Products And The Quality If Service Has Increased Greatly.

It's ok. Quality of food is just not as good as other restaurants like A&W. And your always hungry in a short period of time. Your will feel better avoiding restaurants that sell high fat salt and surgar foods.

The entire place was full of trash, very messy and orders took about 25 min. The staff needs to learn time management. This review is from only one visit. Hopefully management will put a bit more effort and give better training.

I was at McDonald's Saturday night and the restaurant was dirty and your shift manager is not good for the job. She just don't care you need to get rid of her. A lot of people don't like her.

Visited late night, the service was barely OK, apple pies were cold, fries were soggy and barely warm, coffee tasted old. I really tried to find something positive about this visit but cant.

We don't use this location a lot. While the service and food were mostly good (they forgot one of the two drinks), the restaurant tables etc had not been cleaned in a while (they did wipe while we were eating), one kiosk had crashed software and I got the impression that there was a lot of minor damage to the restaurant overall. I don't know the situation (perhaps they just had a big rush), but it wasn't the experience I anticipated.

SLOW DRIVE THRU! There's no reason to wait in a drive thru line for almost 25mins. Not every car can have such big orders that it's that slow. And how is it I can sit in line for almost 10mins without moving? If you're that busy, you need more staff!

Food is good and staff is friendly, but the wait! My God! The WAIT!

Can't complain about the food, by now you know what you get from McDonald's. The service was horrible. The number system on orders make things more confusing than ever, let alone that it is no longer "first come first serve" gave an extra star because the cashier was in training and I can't fault someone for learning.

I hate this place they no one was there to take my order only janitors, they forced me to lick the soap floor substance for nutrients it's been 3 days and i am still waiting for my SmooTim.

Usualy ok. But was kinda disgusting Sunday Dec 8th. There was poop on the wall in bathroom. Kinda wonder how that happend? Play park had no one cleaning between guests. I figure staffing issue. But bad anuf to point out.

Been waiting almost an hour for my meal so I'm killing time by writing this review. At this point I'm not even mad, just very, very, VERY hungry

This is one of the upgraded McDonald's with fully automated ordering stations, though you can order in person too as there's staff at the registers as well.

I think ordering face to face might not be as fast and accurate as at a store with staff used to doing it all the old way, and this isn't the place with the most friendly atmosphere compared to some other fast food restaurants, including other McD'S, but honestly if the human interaction of my job was half taken away by a machine and most of it remaining would just be calling numbers and handing trays and bags, I'm not sure I'd have the passion to smile all day, every day either. Plus it's a super busy location. And it's Mc D's, those jobs are thankless unrecognized hard work and I think we should be more understanding of fast food workers in general.

That being said, my orders have always come out fast enough and accurate, I personally love ordering on the kiosks as it's a lot less stressful and you can really customize your order without feeling weird or annoying. Inside is fully renovated and modern looking so it's nice to eat there as well. Still a McDonald's but it's miles away from old, unrenovated ones.

Second time i take my daughter for icecream, spend 10 minutes in line, just to learn machine is not on. No icecream!

Today I came by and ordered a small coffee, I was amazed because I felt McDonald's coffee taste so great. So I decide save money buy coffee at Starbucks. Because the coffee was better than I thought so I decide to order a fillet O fish to go with my coffee. Great discovery!

Service and speed was very poor in the morning the last few months but the new 5am crew this week has been great and FAST!

Hate to say it but Angus burger undercooked and hair found also. Cant make this stuff up. Quality is last on the list.

Place is very clean, but this is the second time now we have gone and my daughter recieved poutine with still solid frozen cheese curds that are like little ice cubes.

Well McDonalds speaks for itself in regards to food, we all love it once in awhile but sometimes the staff is lacking happiness.

Cofee was hot. Could not find even 1 plugin to charge phone? Perhaps management should see how other McDonald's have a whole charging counter? THOSE ARE FANTASTIC!

It's gotten far worse since they put in the automated ordering system. Service is slower. Fries are always soggy. Ugh! Never again!

Managers here are rude. My daughter was traumatized from the play place. The food is horrible, its cold and rotten. This was a horrible experience in Moncton.

When it takes 25 minutes for a coffee there’s a serious problem within the process, especially when it’s wrong after the wait. Don’t order in store unless you have nothing planned

July 9/19 between 4 to 430am drove to drive thrue and was told shift change and cannot be served and ask just for a COFFEE and he said NOPE, July 10th called at around 5am and asked if they are serving at that time and said yes and told him not sure if I drive there I'd be served, so drove there and asked the guy serving me if it was him yesterday because i seen his name tag Giomme or something like that and he told me I'd have to " GET OVER IT" which made very upset, not worth going there again. Also ordered 2 egg mcmuffin with sausage and got home having just sausage in my mcmuffin called and they took my name and address and told me they'd mail 2 coupons for a free meal and called again 3 weeks later and said oh yes we see your name so i was told 2 to 3 days I will receive the coupons and it's over 2 weeks now. Not very pleased with this McDonald's on Paul St. I believe it's verry un-professiomal never experienced this in over 30yrs hope the owner can inprove this place because they will loose more cutomers if not already and I'm one of them as of now

The food was good service not so fast lots of people standing around not doing anything but talking. Seems like the focus was drive thru and not people at the counter.

The Slowest McDonald's in Atlantic Canada at 6 a.m. I would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way then wait the 20 minutes in their lineup for 1 coffee

Waited while they took 3 orders in the other lane ignoring us. We placed our order and mentioned they are supposed to take an order from each lane. We were told: " Whatever! " Mentioned it to the person at the paying window. She made a face and shrug her shoulders. We picked up the order and the guy just handed it over without a word. Now that is too much ignorance for us. All we wanted was someone to say they were sorry for us being stuck in a lineup for almost 20 minutes while the cars on the outside order station were moving and we could not leave. We were in a rush. We handed our meal to some kids walking in and went to Tim Horton on Elmwood to pick up our dinner and get back on the highway. Won't go to that McDonald again when we get back to Dieppe. A "I'm sorry and a smile" would have made up for all the inconvenience.

DIRTY the play area was gross and the bathrooms and change table was disgusting. My son had a accident in the play area and we notified a employee and required to be mopped up, we were there almost 25 mins and still nothing

There was a lady that worked at the dieppe McDonald's she was awesome best women ever never had this great service before it was on monday june 3rd around 1: 30 pm wish I would have gotten her name

Sure, it's a McDonalds, but they made two errors on our order, and while I was at the counter getting those fixed, two other people came up to get errors fixed. So that's four errors at the same time. So while the food is as expected for quality, don't leave the counter or drive thru window without a detailed check of everything on your order - their accuracy is dismal.

There we go.this is the most unfriendly, unprofessional staff of all the locations. Sorry to be so blunt but.the young people have to know they need to improve their customer service and play the part. I also make minimum $$$ but I'm polite and try to be helpful.

Typical McDonalds. Friendly staff and quick. They have the kiosks for ordering if you wish. My biggest complaints are that they often run out of peppermint for the mochas. Also, the breakfast burritos are just half-filled most of the time. Better at the McDonald's in Walmart across the street. Oddly enough, both have the same owner.

Despite that it has a play area for the children. I feel that the place is greasy. It is not super clean. The service is not that great even for a fast food place.
