Food is not the greatest but it saves me the big money compared to other fast food location.

Worst bathroom I've ever encountered in a McDonald's. Awful smell (unclean), mirror looked like it was cleaned with dirty water. Smell permeated to the dining area.

Fries were so salty I couldn't eat them. Our 5.75 meal deal ended up being 9.75 after we "upgraded" to med fries and iced coffee.and paid for the back bacon even though we removed it from the order. Staff were friendly and helpful though.

Fast food - but messed up my order. Got a big mac and asked for sauce on the side instead of on the burger. Instead they put sauce on the burger and charged me extra for sauce on the side.

Prefer the coffee there to most other places, however it can often be painfully slow. Update: still painfully slow Another Update: service seems to have improved considerably. Not very often is it a long wait.

The last two visits to the drive through including today they forgot a portion of my order. This is a real disappointment to me because I payed for this food, I will no longer use the drive through!

Terrible service. My 2 teenager went in and order 2 mcChicken value meals. They waited over 25 minutes because drive thru was lined and the6 took the only counter person to hel0 move drive thru but when Paramedic driver came in and order 8 minutes after they did he got his food and left while they stood their for another 17 minutes. Poor service and water down pop.

Went through the drive thru which was down to just one lane. The menu is so bright it could double as a SAD lamp. The staff were there so thanks for showing up to work. French fries were cold and surprisingly unsalted.yum cold grease sticks, everyone's favorite! The big Mac was probably one that landed on the floor, "Brad" (using an alias here people!) stepped on it and started to tear the patty but decided to use it anyway. Probably one of the grossest burgers I've had in quite some time. I do not recommend coming here unless you're looking for the use of their SAD lamp/super bright menu.

It was supposed to close at 11: 59 we got there at 11: 45 and the speaker was already saying closed.

Kinda stingy on the mcflurries when you ask for a regular. It looked as though mine was almost half eaten.

I was there last night at 11: 50pm there was 2 cars ahead of me, they took the car ahead of me at 11: 53pm when I pulled up at 11: 55pm they said welcome to McDonald's sorry we are closed now.there was nobody behind me and there was still 5 minutes before closing, very upset because they never close before 12am

Staff is excellent but location is short staffed and mismanaged. Staff are fast and nice; though due to time crunches and how management has chosen to do things you end up needing to ring yourself in via kiosk or mobile lest you wait over 10 minutes to order. The food comes fast but trays and tables need cleaning, but that's part of being under staffed. The shocking part was seeing the manager in the corner doing an interview NOT pause the interview to step in to help during the rush. Then again, who plans an interview so close to one of their peek hours.

They are fairly fast at this location, but there are often errors or missing items when we order, I always make sure to check my bags before leaving

I went through the drive through approx 10: 30 PM ON WED.the 2nd of June.the service horrible! 8-10 mins in the drive through! The burger was cold the fries were cold even the coffee was cold! The WORST experience I have ever had; I will not ever go to that location again! Also I am really turned off to any McDonald's food because of this. My order was a cheese burger' fries and a small coffee. I through it ALL away.

Second McDonalds to be disgusting. Garbage can inside overflowing. Dirty tables. Cold food. No thank you.

Update: still consistently bad. 3rd time in 4 days. Stopped for ice coffee, twice in drive thru, once inside. Large ice coffee substitute milk instead of cream. All 3 times made with cream, despite saying sub milk on sticker.

The most surly.impolite.unfriendly person ever to work a drive through.more interested in chatting with coworkers than to pay any attention to customers. Actually waited 2 minutes holding the card machine waiting for her to finish guffawing to someone out of sight.totally in the wrong job. No thank you.no you're welcome.no receipt. Never going to that location again

Last night I had combo without meat it includes burger, fries and coke. And i was expecting a good taste but was disappointed. I guess may be it was too busy so they didn't bother to make it proper. But my friend was so angry as we ordered vegan but one of the burger was with meat? I guess it was by mistake so I totally understand the thing

This was my first time here in quite a while. The food was typical McDonald's but the service was chaotic. Firstly I ordered a grilled chicken ranch wrap and fries. I was asked to pull ahead to the smaller window as my rap was not ready yet. Fine. Over 15 minutes later I received a bags through the side window and drove off to inspect my order. I received two Quarter Pounders so drove back to the restaurant, went in, and the lately mentioned earlier. I had my proper order within 5 minutes. 30 minutes is unacceptable.

I have had numerous problems with the McDonald's Westside saint john. From my big Mac only having ketchup.to not actually getting my burger and having to drive 15 minutes back to get. No hi how are you or have a nice day. Have to check to make sure you have everything before pulling away cause they are to busy talking to their friends. Might wanna up ur game where the customer service is involved. Just saying. THANK YOU AND HAVE A GREAT DAY

It’s a bunch of children that work here. There are the odd few who are sweet, but you can tell many that are there have attitudes and are only there for money. There’s too many scenarios to count to even tell them all here. I live in lorneville but I would rather go to the McDonald’s on the north end. At least I get the food I ordered and I don’t have kids rolling their eyes at me when I ask for no mustard.

I went to McDonald s yesterday, and I suggest you avoid it completely. Every second table was closed as they should but the ones that were open were open were not being cleaned. One table that I looked at had fries on it, one had lettuce on it and one even had pop spilled on it, while the staff was not busy at the time they stood behind the counter and enjoyed some social time. The floor wasn't even swept, fries scattered. Also the washroom was disgusting and there was not even any tissue available. At that point we left discussed that this would be permitted while the country is going through covid

Very slow service for only a milkshake. My guess is that the machine was not working properly. Staff should have at least informed me of the expected delay.

DO NOT drive thru here, it is the slowest mcdonalds in the city. You're better off going in, bud id just take my business elsewhere honestly. Like the coffee mill inside lancaster mall, very good customer service and its faster than here even though its a sit in restaurant

New Reno VERY NICE! Mcdicks as a grown up, not my favorite, but as a mom, it's nice to let the kids play and enjoy my coffee 8n their newly renovated restaurant!

This place couldn't get an order correct if their lives depended on it, ask for and get charged for upsized fries and pop every time I go there and 9/10 they get it wrong.

Child tax day is like break for the baby sitter if it's any other day place is decent but 20th rolls around or the 1st and its ham sandwich with kids good luck

This locations drive thru is already incredibly slow and now with construction you're stuck waiting upwards of a half hour. Like it's ridiculous. And the tough part is once you're in the drive thru you can't get out. The building is on one side and a gate on the other. I would suggest highly going 7 minutes east and going to that Macdonalds.

Waited 35 minutes in the drive-thru for about 10-12 cars to be processed. Once you're in line there's no way out. Not why you go to McDonald's. They're under construction, but at that rate that may as well just shut down.

Newly renovated and updated with the ordering screens. Furniture is a new look with a stool for a fifth person. Service has improved with upgrade. The old West Side photos that used to be on the walls are gone, which I used to like looking at.

The food is fine as it's standard McDonald's fare, but I do not understand how the quality of service can differ so greatly between locations in the same area. More often than not our orders are missing things or just completely wrong. If it's busy at all you can expect to wait 15 or 20 minutes for food and have it be cold when you get it.

Grossest bathroom I've ever been whole bathroom smelled like old pee that's been there for months didn't look like it's been cleaned for awhile

I waited in line for a half hour or more and when my food arrived it was cold dried up and my order was wrong amd missing things. The tables were gross the ketchup dispenser was empty amd the napkin holder my children and i were not happy.

Got most the order wrong, part of something I wanted with my older they didnt have, they didnt mention it. Gave me the wrong drink, and charged me for something I didnt receive. Place isn't busy so theres no reason to get it this bad.

Slow service, 10 minutes for 10 nuggets and a burger. The eating area was empty but the employees had a hard time to keep up.

West side mcdonalds just keeps getting worse, went there today, food all over the floor, staff can barely keep up with orders, (although always friendly and honestly do try) for an overly busy time of day they only had one cashier open. (Rarely ever see more then that)

Usually very busy here so it takes a while for you to get your food. Your standard McDonald's otherwise. Also has a play place for children.

Took my granddaughter stood in a lineup for 10 minutes she said let's go to Burger King it was to be fair Sat.opening 1130

I visited McDonald's yesterday to try the Ghost Pepper Burger. It was about 1: 00 in the afternoon. There was on cash open and a long line up. I waited about 5 minutes to order, only to find out they were out of Ghost Pepper burgers. I got the Habanero instead. I sat down while my husband waited in line for approximately 10 more minutes in line for our order. My burger was quite good but the wait was not. And my fries were cold. They need more cash registers open on a busy weekend at lunch time.

I don't really like the long drive thru, the long waiting line, or that they always mix/mess up the orders. Like on several occasions, the fries weren't even cooked a little. They also put in skor bar when we say JUST M&M ICE CREAM.

I can't believe the price of a lrg fry.and let's be honest you are charging for a lrg box with 1/2 the fries. I bought 2 Lrg fries a d was charged $9.20 I get home and was disgusted with the amount of fries in each box.

If my kids are with me McDonald's is a go to. Happy meals are good money for value and the play place is key. Angus burgers are good.
