They are so homophobic and there food tastes worse then my aunts cooking. Im so not satisfied

Staff had music playing in the back ground couldn’t hear my order and the food was so gross

I went to the Mc Donalds drive thru on Mountain Road today, and it was the first time I went to a drive thru here, and I just wanted to order an ice cream. Then when I got to the part with the Menu, no one said anything on the phone and I kept trying to talk but no one answered, so I thought I should go to the next booth. When I arrived at the cabin, the attendant was super arrogant and rude, and said that next time she wouldn't serve me and that I should have waited on the Menu phone. I didn't understand anything because I didn't expect her reaction and because I really thought she was there to make the request.anyway, she said all of this to me, and I just apologized for what happened because I didn't know. She ignorantly took my order as if she didn't want to serve me anymore and then I took my ice cream later and left. I am super disappointed with the customer service at this establishment.the time this happened was 7: 12pm in the first cabin. You should better train your employees in customer service.

Horrible service. We visited on Wednesday, Sept. 27th around noon.
The only cashier working was wearing a mask, so very hard to understand her. She was extremely rude in tone and body language when I tried to place my order.
So my parents and I left.

That's a good place to visit, but they were making coffee for 15 minutes (trying not to be a Karen).

Bad atmosphere, rude staff, they keep on giving wrong orders.poor sanitation.no wearing of gloves preparing food.

Had to wait about 20minutes in the parking lot for two McMuffins… and the buns were burnt. They also gave me a root beer, and I ordered a Coke. That’s the second time. Last time the buns were rock solid. What a joke, worst Dons in town

Ordered a coke and a Cadbury mcflurry but they gave an Oreo one and said it’s a limited time thing even though it was on they’re kiosk, wouldn’t have bought it cuz I paid 3 dollars extra and didn’t want Oreo they didn’t offer other choices they just gave me a half melted Oreo McFlurry so really disappointed

Fast and efficient. It was a busy day and I had to wait for my fries in the drive thru but I didn't have to wait for long. They did good.

The place was horrible. I went thru the drive thru and had to go back 3 times to get my order right.really bad service.never again.

Horrible. It's always a gamble at most McDonald's these days but I lost here tonight. Basic order, Grand Bic Mac, nugget combo, and a kids nugget meal. I paid and was asked to wait. I figured great, it'll be hot. I'm not sure what I waited 15 minutes for as the food came to me in a bag and it was already cold. One would think that having a promotion on for a Grand Big Mac would encourage the workers to provide a hot one but I see this is not the case. I'm not sure if I'll waste money on a cold Grand Big Mac again. Disappointed.

Could not get the self order to work, so I walked to the cash to order. Waited for at least 5 min or more to order. I would say at least 6 or more working the drive thru and no one at the front cash
When finally ordering it wasn’t a long wait and the gentleman brought it to my table right away, thanks.
Had the new big Mac meal, the grand big Mac, will not order that again.

Great service. Friendly staff. Guaranteed you'll spend less than 4-6 minutes in the drive thru which is amazing ***** compared to other places. Today, I had lost my debit and locked it, I found it before I arrived and had forgotten to unlock it. A friendly young man reassured me several times that I could take the time i needed. Really made me feel better and calmer. Good job team

Just waited 20 mins at drive through for a quarter pounder meal with a water. No explanation given before or after the wait.

Apparently, an order of 4 iced coffees made with milk and no sugar means "2 iced coffees made with milk and no sugar, two iced coffees made with milk and sugar, with a complimemtary 15 minute wait in the parking lot. "

There was a bit of a wait for my order, which only consisted of a Cheeseburger and a Milkshake. But then again it was around 7pm on a Saturday.

I am doing skip the dishes delivery. Sometimes when I went there for pickup my order the crew Nidhi pull me ahead reason of food is not ready. She never let another crew or manager for this order. I waited today for my order 22 minutes and after went inside to pickup, order was baged and ready on table. It it happened with me more then 4 to 5 times especially from her. I had a discussion with jerry before this matter and today with Vaishnavi about this situation.

After we ordered ice cream, the worker became rude and we didn’t get any sauces for our McNuggets and we didn’t even get our straws

I personally heard from out side the manager Chetan was yelling employees they are racist and senior management is not taking care of juniors please avoid this racist people. Do not eat at this restaurant. The Higher management team should be changed to bring good culture at this restaurant as feel so.i hope they are listening

Though the staff is good for servicing the behavior of the senior staff to deal with other crew is not good and the restaurant owner is not taking care -i feel that this place is not good at all

My cheeseburgers are constantly wrong. I always order them plain. Half the time they have everything on them. The other half, there's nothing at all, not even cheese on them. Why would I pay extra for cheese, and not want it put on?

Can't make coffee, Burgers or fries. With cranky staff that take all the time in the world at night. Some people shouldnt work food. Seriously. Get staff that know how to work in fast food.

I like the fries, milkshakes and pies at McDonald's but I don't care for the burgers even the Mcchicken. Too greasy and I don't care for breaded meat. Nevertheless there usually is a line up at the drive-thru.

Order was incorrect. Third time in a row this has happened. Poor customer service. Day time service is better then night service.

I got hot choc this week for tow times and I throw it cuz it jut a bit warm it’s called HOT choc it should be better than that and it was. Whey it’s not the same as before?

Used to avoid this McDonald’s but it’s really turned around for the better in the recent months, still wouldn’t order a coffee here but the food has been repeatedly made well hot and served fast.

Usually this one is good, I say usually because this time they forgot part of our order and when we went in to get what was missing they were not exactly polite, I expect better from McDonald's in general but this store most of all

Just close the place and condemn it already. Look how many bad reviews there are.

Ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes. Waited 25 mins. They were watery, chocolate was all hard and smushed against the top. Long hair in both of them. Awesome place, highly recommend lol

Whenever I have gone there. The staff has been very rude. In drive thru as well as inside counter. That has happened to few of my known too.
