We went to drive thru tonight, we were waiting on speaker to order and then another car came in second line, Girl took their order first and then i said hello to remind her and i asked her it’s it like first come first serve, like we are waiting, she said no big deal in very attitude. And said if we say nothing to her, she will not serve us and ban us from McDonald’s. Like what? Her name is Manpreet and worst person of my life i have met, who doesn’t know how to speak with someone. Does she own McDonald’s? Because the way she was saying that it’s my drive thru and i will not serve you was horrible. Girl needs improvement in her.

Restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly. We had our grandkids so they delivered right to the table. Ketchup was out so they quickly right some to the table. We enjoyed our meal. There were 5 of us.

This location is consistently forgetting to add my ordered items to the bag. I sent a complaint to McDonalds directly and asked to be contacted a week or so ago and have not been contacted.

You are required to provide a recipt number when leaving feedback on the McDonalds website but this location does not provide their customers a recipt.

Last time I was there I saw an employee thow a pile of recipts in the trash, when I asked for my recipt he had to go out back to get it and that took him a few minutes, I imagine this was to get a reprint.

100% recommend any other restaurant.

Worst McDonald's in Moncton Area! Fries/food is never fresh service is slow staff is ignorant I blame the managment

Bad Service, Rude Employee, Missing items.and the employee at the cashier refused to give me the missing items. She was arguing with me that I received what I ordered. When I tried to reach on the counter for my receipt she grabbed it and threw it in the garbage! And said: Your receipt is in the garbage now. I was too angry to remember her name but it’s my second time having problem with that same employee!

Half order missing, happens alot. From now on will have to go in and order because I need to exactly confirm what's in the bag because more often than not parts of order will be missing.

Always pick up happy meals on Fridays. Once out of four times they get the order right. The food is always watm and great quality. The service is very good.

Normally I would love & praise the service from yesterday's McDonald's experience! Yesterday, I waited 12 minutes in Curbside pickup for 4 pop! I walked inside to see where my order was. The employee at the front counter told me that no one showed up for the order. I informed him, I was in Curbside pickup waiting for my order! Very sad!

This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to in my life. I'd give negative stars if I could. Horrible service. Slow slow slow

Thougt id try again. A guy infront of.me couldnt get the app working so they were trying to help him. Im standing there, as the "manager" helps him. 4 mins go by and me and the cashier are both looking at eachother in confused at this. So I finally pipe up and ask if I can place my order. The "manager" said hes helping the customer. So I said "I just want to order, cant you step to the side and help him so the others can order? " He says "no sir, I'm helping the customer you'll have to wait. So the cashier and i make eye contact again, both bewildered by this "manager" I said "you can't be serious? ! " So he goes off and I just left in bewilderment. This location has and always will be a total dive u til The REAL MANAGEMENT does something. U real!

This McDonald's I'd terrible. Slow. And always something wrong with the order.

Mother's Day morning. Line up to the road, but vehicles moved quickly and efficiently.
More staff would have helped the overrun associates running around inside. I felt bad for them.

Served a meal with fries that were cold before leaving the drive thru, a burger that had been sitting there awhile as everything was glued together, along with the burger having pickles on it which were not supposed to be on it as I have an allergy to them.

This one appears to be cursed when people are taking orders. We asked for Chocolate banana muffins, but a few times they kept trying confirm carrot.

Another instance was when we were trying to order a Blueberry muffin the guy kept saying "and what do you want for your mcflurry? " Over. And. Over.

We never got the blueberry muffin.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 4 combos and a happy meal. Brought it home and began to eat. My daughter came upstairs to tell us that her 1/4 lb with cheese didn’t have any meat. I called to explain what had happened and to see if they could delivery a new one to us for the inconvenience. Whoever I spoke with said they do not delivery.so I drove back only to see inside a set up for a delivery app? But with their mistake they couldn’t deliver to us? There was no apology, and only replaced the meal.nothing to make sure of our return.
I guess during these times this location doesn’t need my $50.

Bad, bad and bad. Cold and bad food. If you can go to some other McDonald's. One time I got frozen burger. When turned back and ask to heat it up, They looked at me like I have dementia.

Despite their attempts, different locations have different experiences and even perceived food quality. I dislike the Riverview NB location because I find using a clerk to order often ends up with the wrong order. (This time, we only got half of our order - it wasn't verified by the clerk when done.) I now prefer the self-order terminals sadly. On quality, I even had a burger from the Morton road location that tasted undercooked. Luckily, I was at home and tossed the entire burger into the microwave, which of course ruined the toppings (qp blt). We still prefer it to most other burger places.

One of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever been in. Floor looked like it hadn't been swept in days. Tables hadn't been wiped and service was terrible.

Improvement from few months ago. Breakfast sandwich meal was hot & fresh. Coffee was nice & hot as well. Staff was very friendly and I felt happy & full.
The drive thru male voice this morning sounded deep & sexy like a radio announcer's. I was tempted to back through lol. Great job guys!

Most McDonald's will make more muffins for you if they are out, this one does not. I was crying all night in my empty muffin basket.

I ordered a big mac 3 different time and got it with cheese when I asked for no cheese. Even the special order sticker and receipt said no cheese

At approx 1130 am today I stopped and ordered a big Mac small fries and medium sprite. Of these 3 items only the drink was hot. The fries and burger were cold and soggy. Of I wasn't on a rush I would have returned the trash. I was reminded in clear terms as to why I haven't been to a McDonald's on years. Terrible food

The drive through only had 4 cars so bad, I went in first there was nobody at the counter but the girl sauntered over and took my order. Only one other group came in while I was waiting for my food, I had to wait almost 10 to 15 minutes to get our food and when I did get it, the fries and nuggets were room temperature at best, the extra pickles on my big mac were 2 1/2 pickles and my bun was chewy, my fiancee had a quarter pounder and it was so greasy it could have been wrung out (patty and bun). One last comment I had 2 bags if food, 2 large drinks, my phone and wallet offering me a drink tray would have been nice. This was 1: 15PM so it shouldn't have been a down time not at all impressed, I have had better service at 2AM at other stores.

After stopping by at many establishments of Mc Donald's, my husband finally god his iced coffee as he likes it. The sald and the burgers were good too. The only thing we didn't like was too much sauce on the sandwich. The location is excellent! Go and sit by the river if you can.

No longer fast food.no bags left so was served meal in a happy meal box which made our child laugh. Preparation was great, just not the quick in and out which is why I chose to eat there due to time restriction.

Fast double lane drive thru and plenty of parking. Also right next to a KFC if someone in the car wants something different lol

Good location, sufficient parking. Two drive-through ordering lines. Friendly, efficient staff. Very clean. Lots of seating. Outlets nearby (for charging). The Petitcodiac Rover just behind. There's a gravel path that runs parallel to the river and seating to admire the view or rest.

Good for small menu items, no so good for medium or premium items. The reason for this is the pricing, since you can spend a few extra dollars and get something a little better. The service is hit or miss, but that's the nature of fast food.

There may be a wait but that's only because there are usually a lot of orders and some new people to train! Great food and great service for what you pay.

Ordered from Skip, received no straws for drinks, no napkins, no fork for poutine, no McChicken sauce which was paid for. Sounds like whoever is responsible for filling Skip orders needs retrained

Slowly becoming my least favorite McDonalds in the area. Staff seems to all be air heads. I had to repeat my order 4 times.

Horrible is the one word I need to describe this McDonalds. I’m amazed by the amount of times that I’ve asked specifically for no cheese on my burger and still got cheese on it. One time I even got a McDouble with Big Mac sauce on it, pickles, onions, lettuce and ketchup on it when I simply asked for it to be plain. Tonight was the final straw. I ordered 2 McDoubles and both of them of which I ordered to be plain had a cheese slice on them.

I would have put half a star if I could my experience was terrible the food was sloppy and they put no effort into it the fries where cold and they forgot my daughters happy meal and didnt give me a receipt so when I came back for the food I had paid for the treated me like I was trying to get something for free it was the absolute worse experience I have ever had at a McDonalds in my life

Was a bit of a long wait time but I was served fairly fast and got my good quickly. A more modern look to McDonald's that I think looks great but sadly no selfserve booths.but I can live with that lol. It's good for what it is, fast food.
