McDonald's

Handy stop for gas and a quick bite. I've had great and not so great visits here though. Last time I was through they gave me the wrong sandwich, so. No 5 star for you.

Very busy place.food arrived quickly. Ordered pancakes and sausage. They failed to give me syrup and butter for this. Isn't this a standard condiment for this. The rest of my order was correct. Cleanliness needs to be addressed, too.

At any time of the day, it does not matter what I order, I could order water and I would still have to pull up and wait for them to bring it out to me.

We stopped at this MacDonalds for a snack and bathroom break. Went to washroom first and I don’t think I have been in a dirtier bathroom. Obviously it hadn’t been cleaned in many hours. No paper towel to dry hand. Floor filthy.
We did not eat here.

Best fries in Canada but for other vegetarian food, Indian branches of McDonald have good varieties.

Minimum wage, minimum service. Low-grade food, slowest service in the history of fast food; don't waste your time or money when the grocery store is across the street.

First time in five tries for a proper serving of fries. Well done McDonald's Oromocto. You nailed it.

Service was slow, took them a few minutes to notice someone was at the counter. Felt like the menu was more limited then other McDonalds and the coffee was awful.

Very bad experience with this location! Unclean and bad smell in the food! A lot of items missing! Unprofessional service

So its 11pm on a wed, fair enough. IT has been 42min no exageration with 1 ahead of me and im only now moving up to the window. Whats happening?
Edit: sat at the window for additional 7min with nobody in line, fries cold.

I usually mobile order here for my break when I'm working backshifts. They have great staff working the overnights and they always have my order ready for when I go in. They are sometimes really busy on the overnights, so it may be beneficial to add another employee

The worst and slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s location. The staff were acting like immature children, goofing off rather than filling orders. Pulling each others hair, shoving one another. One customer waited 15 minutes for tea and a muffin, while another waited 20 for nuggets. We were there at least 20+ minutes waiting for a happy meal, between ordering and the order being made.
Very immature staff.
The manager did pull in the reins and get things back on track when he came down, but the kids need to smarten up.

5 employees working drive thru.
1 employee for in store.
Long wait time for a cup of coffee.

45 mins for a meal. I have never seen such a slow service. I'm sorry but that was mind blowing.

Standard McDonalds offering the usual fair. Location tends to get very busy at times, specifically the drive through. Convenient access right off the HWY.

Slow, and staff is ignorant if you forget your maskes.
Maybe speak to customers with alittle more respect next time, nobody's perfect.

I use the mobile app and love it. It's super easy to use and the day staff are always friendly, service is wonderful and the quality of the food is always great.

I don’t know the name of the women who took my order inside but she was RUDE.maybe a little nicer service can make customer keep coming back.

I ordered some coffee and McMuffins ahead on the app. The staff were very friendly. The drive-thru line moved properly and promptly. My order was hot and correct. I've been here other times before and the service is consistent, reliable, and bilingual. Highly recommended.

Usually just go through the drive thru to get a coffee. Sometimes they get it right and once and a while, in my opinion I think what I ask for to add is empty and it doesn't taste the best but I'm not switching to Tim's just yet.

Hands all over lid of coffee before handing it to us. During a pandemic. Better training needed for safe food handling.

Slowest service ive ever seen, both people were rude and they completely messed up my order and substituted items without telling me. Very poorly run franchise!

Well they always mess up the orders and can never get anything right. On a plus note the food is hot, drinks cold and staff is nice so I'll continue to go there. Also they need to get rid of the juice boxes that go with your breakfast.

We stopped at this gas station to get water and use the bathroom. If you're looking up reviews of a McDonald's, things aren't really going as planned are they? IS this review really going to change anything you've got going on?

Small town McDonald's that has been here my entire life, has not changed much except for the color on the outside. I did a lifetime of work in Ontario and decided to come home where the heart is, plenty of good memories here at this location.

Ordered a meal. They gave my meal to someone else. After 30 mins of waiting for my meal, they gave me the wrong one and I had to wait longer

24/7.not sure.after 11pm.good luck. I live near by.will keep updating for visitors. I know the feeling after a long drive to have a meal

Same as always be nice if I didn't always have to go back twice to get my order fixed my half my family's food is hot and they're sitting down eating it and I'm down waiting for another 40 minutes sometimes to get my food so by the time I get home with mine and Mama's food they're already done and are just cold

This place was having a hard time with availability of food and drinks and although the staff were trying to accommodate, some customers just can't be pleased and are ignorant.

Staff was more interested in saying hi to one of their co-workers father than taking the order accurately. Ended up waiting about 5 minutes for an egg McMuffin with out back bacon, but they ended up putting it on anyway. Had to throw it out because it was for a vegetarian. Worst McDs I've been to.

They messed up our coffee. Again. I ordered 2 large. 1 with cream and one black. I got 2 large coffees, black with 2 sugars

It's McDonalds. It was late night. It was very slow. Usually not a big deal, but as we had a cab waiting it ended up costing us a fortune. Note to self: order delivery.

Order what you want and the will make it how they feel,
Ordered a Angus burger meal came wrong
No oinions or sauce a peice of lettuce and a load of mc chicken sauce,
Take the time and head to the one by the oromocto mall

Its McDonald's. You get what you expect. The staff is very friendly and they have a military discount. Overall If you want McDonald's this is clearly the place to go.

Went inside to order. Very slow service with the manager just off on another planet. My wife ordered a sandwich which they overcharged me for. Coffee was warm at best and we did not receive a straw for my wife's drink. I'd go in to get my money back if it at least appeared as though they would care. Next restaurant next time.

Well the Mac burger was $3 but when get combo display said $6.79 but when you get the receipt you are charged $8.79 and they tell you your taxed on the Burger and your taxed on the subtotal so you pay $2.30 more. Talk about gouging customers

Very dissatisfied for children you didn't have any orange juice or apple juice when children don't like white milk or chocolate milk and they drink pop
