McDonald's

Go here everyday, on the week it's great no problems, however if you hit drive thru on the weekend it's horrible, 4th week in a row I've gotten the wrong order, not just something missing but someone else's order, they give you the drinks at the window so at least those qrw right.

My five star score without a doubt goes to the staff who work here, When I get a McDonald's order anywhere else, there is a distinct noticeable drop in quality when compared to this particular McDonald's. Not to mention that the service staff at the window at the counter are always so nice, polite and engaging that. I genuinely feel like they wanted me to come. I totally understand why many McDonald's do not have that level of service, but I think it takes a special group of people who are able to work in the fast food industry and provide a level of service and food quality like this, thank you very much. You all deserve a significant raise!

Place an order and had to pull up to numbered parking to wait. For 1 Big Mac Combo. People pulled in after me and everyone received their orders but myself. Came to my car with 3 orders that were not mine, they don't even know which car to go to.
I waited over a half hour and still no one came to bring my order. Went into restaurant, no order ready, they forgot about me. Put my order together, no sorry, no thank you from the manager and she served me.
Handed me the bag and turned around and walked away. Very sloppily made too. Asked for the owner to call me, thet did not even bother. This is the reason I will not support their businesses anymore. Obviously they don't care. Not impressed at all.

Wonderful customer service. Very disappointing in they playroom, strong odour and lacked cleanliness.

Got food for myself, my mom and I and they had messed up on 2 out of the 6 and ripped up one of the 6. I give them a 3/5. Could do better and listen and look.

Being 60 years old I've seen alot of changes at McDonald's. Wish they would bring back the Big Mac that dripped sauce when you bit into it. Love the coffee and fries.

I don’t live in the area but frequent this location fairly regularly. By far the best McD’s. Not sure what the negative reviews are about but the staff is ALWAYS polite, serve with a smile and the food is usually put together like a commercial. Been meaning to post this but today with all the smiles I got, felt obligated to. Keep up the great work!

Went through drive thru and they forgot the children drinks for thier happy meals, staff was very nice.

They take the fast and food from fast food. Waiting 20 minutes (and counting) for the most basic order. Hot garbage

Went here at 647 pm I ordered had a 40 min wait where every other customer many of whom ordered after I did got there food and left. Employees fail to acknowledge you standing at the counter. I have no idea why but they all seem indifferent. They will clear your order number from the board with out calling it to save them from being penalized by there ticket time counter. Food was cold when I got it pry cause it sat there for at least 30 min. If you have a choice keep driving the drive through seems to get priority but other wise save your money not worth the headache or anger

I like the shops but in terms of the main attraction it's an easy 3 star experience. It is only a little fun and very difficult to show off with all the power steering. Convincing passengers your being pulled backwards when the engine is on it's more difficult then you would think

I just love mcdonalds honestly but their fast and cheap for around here! Deffinitly reccomend the big mac meal with upgraded fries to poutine!

The clerk at window one was very rude.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hot and tasty food that I didnt have to wait 40 minutes on. The staff are always coming out into the lobby to make sure my food is exactly what I ordered and always invite me back!

They mess up our order every time! And the food is usually cold. Last time I ate there, I got really sick as the chicken was old, cold and gross, definitely did not eat it. Do not recommend going here!

I refused a drink tray and explained it to the server that I did not want the tray in my car. He would not take it. I told him I was dropping the tray on the ground. He told me not to come back. Great service

Normally love this restaurant, tonight’s experience however was not good whatsoever! Ordered a quarter pounder with no onions and a large fry. The lady that took my order, repeated the order back to me so I knew she heard it and was snippy. For some reason my quarter pounder had onions, my fry was medium (was charged for large) and was also charged for two McChicken sauce. Music was blazing in the background so no wonder she wasn’t paying attention to my order. Will not be coming here again.

My son love the play place. Its just dark at night I can barely see my son if he is up top of the structure

Every time I went there I always said no cheese on my burgers and they always put it on. They don't read the order. The only McDonald's I don't have a problem with is the one in Oromocto south of fredericton.

The food wasnt made the best the fries were cold and my drink was sprite that tasted like sour juice because it needed new syrup

Walked in no one in line to order. I waited five minutes before someone waited on me. There were seven stall on the floor working. No one even said I will be with you in a moment. Was not happy with the service. Once I was waited on staff were very nice.

Found cat fur in my burger its fine tho because im chinese loved the old man that took me home afterwards

I was not a fan of this McDonald's. They seemed to be trying this full service thing and I did not like it. There were some girls getting off shift like talking super loudly about personal stuff which is a huge customer service turn off for me. Overall, got a weird vibe from this location.

It was very poor the fries where cold the burgers where so cold the cheese wasn't ven melted after I at the large fries we asked for a highchair as we were ordering and we ate our meal with my 18 month old on my lap we finished our meals and there still was no highchair so this is my last time going to this McDonalds this is not the first time with having complaints

This is the best McDonald's in Fredericton. Orders are rarely messed up, and the employees are all positive. Speed is great, the place is generally clean, and you can always expect a good experience.
