How do you forget the egg on a breakfast sandwich, it’s literally sausage and egg! Just ate a sausage sandwich

Drive thru charged me for someone else's order then made me pay for mine at second window and told me it didn't go through oly reaso I found out was I checked my bank statements. Also another time asked me to pull forward then forgot my order was a 10 to 15 minute wait while people after me got there stuff. I'd give this place a zero star if I could.

These workers are either high or half asleep on the job. They forgot half my order and my food tasted DISGUSTING. Last time I go here. These workers are absolute Morons!

Slow as all hell inside. Foods the same as every mcdonalds. Manager don't seem to do anything but make the few coffees that come through

Order a mcdouble no pickle, no onion add mayo and bacon.
I got a mcdouble no pickle, no onion, no burgers, no sauce. It only had bacon mayo and cheese.

Would not wait on us, said they were too busy with drive thru?

Went to Tim Hortons instead.

Food was aweful. The buns were hard on the burgers and the fries were old and not fresh or hot.

15 minutes for a coffee. One staff working front. Slow service but the coffee was good.

Update, June 12,2022: Afraid the service time has not improved since my last review. 10 minutes for 2 shakes while plenty staff there and a couple of customers in line.

As my CC will attest, we would be considered frequent flyers at McDonald's. For the most part, our local outlets are dependable for a quick bite, but every now and again things can slide. Our last meal at the Rothesay, NB restaurant gave us cold fries, a hamburger with hardly enough toppings to stain my shirt and a diet coke that tasted an awful lot like rootbeer. Attention to detail would go a long way here.

I rate it poor because. I'm not satisfied with the food. I ordered habanaro chicken sandwich and junior chicken and medium fries. Both buns were well done almost like burnt.and the chicken patties i had is bittery. Instead of medium I got 2 small fried that are not crisp. I went to the counter to return. They handover me with another small hot fries saying its mine.

Found hair in my food multiple times. Today will be my last time ordering from this store. Your health standards are appalling at this location. And when I called to tell the manager they very half heartedly said "well I checked and everyone has hair nets " and offered me to drive back to McDonalds (over 40 min drive) to get another. No I don't want a replacement burger with unknown additives and lax service. What I want is someone who cares about the health of the customer to serve me. I hope others see this and think twice and even better if someone working for McDonald's could respond and get proper training for your workers and better policies.

Friendly and fairly quick service, although lineups can be long, depending on time of day. Traffic flow is always an issue. It's unsafe for drivers, and worse for pedestrians.

Mcdonald’s deadass don’t know how to give u the right food waiting in this line for 20 minutes get the wrong order try to go to the doors locked call twice no answer have to wait in a 30 minute line just to get my order wake up also u just can’t get more then two orders cause it’s impossible to make us pay on separate tabs

Never a single issue. Well run (2022) Often completely packed though with a massive drive thru line up 15-20 min wait.

The problem is Quispam needs another McDonald's, due to massive population spike.

Ordered Big Mac, got home and found that there were no patties on it. Unfortunately weather is bad so I can’t take it back. This is not the first time they messed up our order. They need better management and properly train the school age employees!

Foods par for McDonald's, but service and up keep are lacking greatly. 2 times I've gone here is been a freaking joke to even get a receipt from the machine or a worker.

Terrible service. No napkins or fork with the meal (not about to eat poutine with my hands). Had to go back and get a fork and then again for napkins. Guy working at counter was more interested in stocking the fries and a girl came back from delivering a drive through order. Had to stop her to get the napkins otherwise she would have kept going.

Lol. Sarcastic kids running some sort of circus. Line up done the road lol. Crazy Sunday at McDonald's.got my order wrong. Went to the next location they got it right.

I loved Ice Cream, Milk and Fries but I don't like Hamburgers, Chicken fingers and Fish sticks anymore

Had to take my son for blood work yesterday morning and we picked up breakfast after for a treat. All the girls working the drive thru were great! Easy, fast and correct.

Not good service Doesn't open up at the right time that says online 5am for this location And Hands down Terrible service and Every time when I go there They say open up at 6 in the morning

Rarely go here, and the one time I did in a while I realized the reasons I stayed away. BLT Crispy Chicken sandwich was less then thrilling with dried up old chicken that looked like it was sitting for hours and cut in half, little to no lettuce and a small amount of bacon bits. Should've stayed away.

I've waited 45 minutes for a meal and I've waited mere minutes. Just depends on your luck! Food is always great considering its fast food.

It was busy, fast service but burgers and fries cold I think because it was busy they had to much food made up. Still good tho lol

The muffin was put together in such hurry the latter was all off sideways and stuck to cheese ie thus very hard to straighten out to eat

Last week we decided to come here for breakfast. Me and my cousin ordered a breakfast meal (hash browns, egg McMuffin, and drink) we only received the sandwich. But on the receipt paid for a full meal and that’s not all my sisters got a pancake happy meal they forgot the toy, drink and syrup. Every time we go here things forget the most simple things

Had to wait in line for a long while, fries were cold when got my order, but they made new ones for me. Thank you!

Thankful however, I love the product/price.

The new ordering system and options just don't work. The number 2 kiosk doesn't actually print a receipt for at least 2 months, people are waiting in the parking lot for 20-30 minutes before an employee brings out their order, I watched 7 different people coming in to complain in the 20 minutes I was in there. The line for the single cashier is at least 10 people long yet nobody is taking their orders. It might be the worst McDonalds I have ever been to at a service level.

My two kids and I stopped for quick supper at this McDonald's for the first time and it was sorta gross. Wet napkins in most of the tables and food. Fruit flies flying around our face and food as we are. Cold food with no wait like left over fries. And the bathrooms smell horendus. I'm not one to complain with a a small issue but this place had it all today.

Went in tonight and the boy threw my order at me. He was rude didn't apologize to the customer before me when their order was messed up. There needs to be a mature manager on duty at all times. Didn't see a manager tonight. Will not be back in the evening.

Food thrown together sloppy / Parking lot was in over flow with vechiles waiting over 30mins for drive thru orders. Everyone in this area knows to taste their coffee or check your bag before leaving. 40% of the time your coffee will be served wrong / food bags will be missing items or it will contain completly the wrong order.

I ordered a bagel at 1.00pm, 5 minutes later my oder # is gone, I try to talk to a responsible maybe five minutes later to know if my order stays on their board. Maybe 5 customers pass before me and 10 on drive through. Manager comes back to take my order receipt, and call my order through the preparation. He came back to give me the receipt. Around 10 minutes later, I call the responsible, to cancel my order. No problem to cancel it. And turn his head checking the pass, tell me my order is ready for you and free. So 20 mn later bagel is warm not the egg and not the 1 slice bacon. They have no team work in this one.

Quispam Mcdonalds is consistently awful.order wrong items missing - even asking "are you sure xzy is in the bag? " unfortunately in the valley there's not many fast food/drive through options to choose from. Awful

Love there big Macs and large fries with a Coca-Cola but my only issue is usually when I order there supper nice chill one older guy was even making funny jokes while ordering but last time I went with like I think 3 of my friends there were teenagers working there that's the problem the teenagers just slack and don't care to put work into it they just slack I don't like the teenagers that served me as they were a little disrespectful and one girl had an attitude that was very mad I don't know if she was having a bad day but it was rude, I still will order there just don't like the way I was treated by teenagers thinking there better.

The food was good but the service was somewhat slow. I would recommend this McDonald's but I have had faster service.
