McDonald's

This has to be the absolute worst place ever. Today for instance I literally parked in front of speak. No acknowledgement from any staff. I spoke a few times to get their attention. Constantly like this. Avoid this one at all costs.

The drive trough was painfully slow (15 minutes plus for a pre-order is way too much) the food has been made in a hurry (one of the bigmac had half of the beef patties out of the burgers and all of the order had that pink sauce you put in bigmac all over the boxes and wrapping and they did not follow the request of no lettuce in the bigmacs.

Pretty much the same the 1st time i went so yup this is one of the rare 1 start rating i given but yeah could no do otherwise

My verdict, avoid the place.

Update, I went inside OMG. It's worst, the place is a mess they are so disorganized I got a drive trough order instead of my order.

The kitchen is plain chaos, the kid that serve you is really rude, all the self serve machines are out of paper, there is water falling on you in the waiting area, I swear to god you the management has absolutely no control over their employees,

The music in the kitchen is so loud in the they have to yell at each other to communicate, they are so loud that you cannot hear what the cashier tells you and he get mad at YOU for making them repeat what they say.

Ridiculous.

That place don't deserve your money, go somewhere else.

Looked like a resent reno but staff are not on top of hygiene. Floors dirty tables not cleaned and garbage recepticals full

Consistent overcooked old fries is forgivable. But missing items are not. Burger and fries are missing. And straws! Please improve, your the closest branch and we got no choice. Door dash is not refunding the whole amount.

Extremely slow tonight. Seems like they were either short staffed or did not expect this many cars at that time.

It was ok. But the food was cold. An, the big Mac I got the cheese wasn't even melted.

We went to the Morton's location at dinnertime, when it was relatively busy but not crazy, figuring the food would be fresh and hot. There were 4 cars ahead of us. We waited about 12 minutes to order. We asked for extra bacon on the quarter pounder and paid $2 extra.

When we got our food, we asked if the bacon had been added. The girl rolled her eyes and said yes. We looked in the bag, and there were no straws for the shakes and no napkins, so we needed to knock on the window to ask for some.

It only took 3 minutes to get home (by car). The fries were cold, the burger was cold and stale, and there was NO BACON!

I will drive out of my way to go to a different McDonald's from now on.

Worst of all the McDonald's locations in the GMA. With the exception of a few, the attitude of most staff is rude and unprofessional. Beside the usual training they also need to be taught manners and customer service. The short guy with curly hair should be fired for good.

Love the people that work there. Life savers late at night for a snack or early morning for a hot bevy they always seem to be on the ball with a smile! Keep up the great work folks.

I usually enjoy my experience here but lately it's been getting a lot worse there's now a no refil rule for "safety" and even after I ordered a whole new drink instead of a refil it took over 10 minutes to hand me an empty cup also had to throw out my burger after finding hair in it hope it gets better would recommend just going to another store nearby

Best location in Moncton Staff was friendly Service was quick Management was very helpful when I experienced issues

Had a nice large peice of egg shell in my sausage and egg mcmuffin love the extra calcium thanks Macdonalds
