McDonald's

Stopped in travelling from PEI. Waited for over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I understand it’s busy, but just saying “I will be right with you” would go along way. I said please and thank you the entire time ordering and she didn’t say one word. And left the order there without calling it out. I’ve worked in the food industry for over a decade and never been treated like that before. When the customer has to say, “Have a nice day! ” - you know there is a problem. Disappointed. And McDonalds would not be proud of that customer service. Maybe just caught her on a bad day.

It's a McDonald's so it's standard fare, it was garnished nicely and served hot. Staff was friendly and bilingual.
