Très bon service! J’ai payer la mauvaise commande et j’ai automatiquement été remboursé et j’ai reçu mon repas gratuit!

Does not matter what I order the food always comes out great, if there's ever a problem with the food they replace it no problem, same average service time every time I go, haven't had an employee be rude to me from here, love the food, absolutely recommend.

So it says drive thrus closed.yet u click on it, then drive thru and says its open till 1: 00.my chicks freak'n.i need a answer lol

Voici un resto de la chaîne Macdonald qui offre l ensemble des services du groupe et ce avec une bonne qualité. Nourriture, accueil et service correct. Par contre grosse lacune lors de mon passage, personne mais vraiment personne n'a été en mesure de m offrir un service en français.

Moi pour ma part j aime Mac Donald pour son bon café et le service très aimable le personnel tous genti bravo à toute équipés Mac Donald

The very best Macdonald i have ever been to. Being in my hometown, i always took it for granted, but after experiencing others across Canada, i now know that this is the very best one. Fast, best quality than any other locations and such professional staff.

Came to eat in at 9pm, ate my food and then went to fill up my drink but they already closed up the drink fountain. I asked if they could use the fountain behind the counter to fill it up for me and she said no because of covid. She wouldn't just give it in a new cup that I hadn't touched either. Sure wish I had a coke to wash down my meal with. Won't be back.

Nice place but the drive-true is a bit problematic. They tried to make it double lanes but it's just double problematic now!

First of all, did you guys even look at my order? Ordered throught app, requested no pickles no tomatoes and a rootbeer. Burger has pickles and tomato, what is this drink suppose to be? It tastes like carbonated chlorine Watters. 7pm doors are locked? Finally, what are your employees doing parked in the curbside pickup spots? Get it together, I wouldn't even give tonight's service a single star.

Easy to use App. Doesn't take long for your order to be ready. Friendly and always smiling staff.

Worst service received in any restaurant or store ever. I waited for 50 minutes at the drive through. To get an incorrect order. Once I’ve received it it was missing half of it. I tried asking the attendant but got told I had to wait all over again for 50 minutes to get my order correct. How is this even possible?

Plus the store’s hours are open until 10pm and drive thru until 1Am. Doors were locked. Perhaps the employees inside needed a break? What kind of service is this McDonald’s?

Parking and accessible access due to drive through horrible. If you were in a mobility scooter the entrance and auto doors would not allow you ease of turning. Also, the Parking lot accessible spots are too far from the main doors for someone who wants to walk in with a mobility aid.

Comme d'habitude la nourriture que nous avons recu n'était pas chaud. Seul les croquettes étaient chaud. Les pains de nos hamburgers aussi bien dire froids. Décevant. Les frites etaétaient tellement salé que devaient les essuier avant de les manger.

C'est un Mcdonald. Rien de spécial à dire, le service est bon. J'ai un problème avec le stationnement, par contre. Les emplacements pour handicapés sont très loin de l'entrée. Une personne à mobilité réduite aura de la difficulté à trouver un emplacement proche de l'entrée puisqu'ils sont tous désignés pour les livraisons mobiles, et les employés exigent qu'on déplace notre véhicule si on s'y stationne. Sans compter le fait qu'il y a un trafic assez intense entre l'emplacement pour handicapés et la porte d'entrée.

Most of em need an attitude check.
Managers are often mad too, give them a snickers or something, geez.

Probably the best McDonald's in NB, quick service, staff are friendly and are smiling which makes your day, and best coffee and muffins. It's a very busy place compared to most other McDonald's in the province.only got not even 10% of mistakes in my orders.

One of THE best Macdonalds in Canada. Speed and food is good. Smaller place but nice workers and a nice crowd of people there.

Les cafés glacés à 1$ furent très appréciés cet été. Ils auraient pu être prolonger jusqu'à la vraie fin d'été, 21 septembre non?

This restaurant usually has great service, but I did not appreciate how their employee Wanda treated me. Accusing me of double-spending a coupon and having attitude in front of other customers and workers is not too elegant nor very professional. The coupons I get from filling in surveys are uniquely numbered. I literally could not spend them twice. The onus is on staff to validate coupons properly. There will definitely be a survey filled from me this time! It sucks because I liked this McDonalds until this time around. It’s really just that one rude employee.

Toujours un très bon service et rapidement! La nourriture est chaude, bonne et le restaurant est propre.

Didnt get what I or, had to go back in to get it. Fries were cold and so was the bacon double cheeseburger.

Any hamburger at MC.d's will make you feel gross inside after you're done.
But, Their coffee is better than Tim Horton's.
They use real milk for ice cream. That's delicious.
And their breakfast menu is diverse and tasty.

Would've given them 5 stars but someone working there took my not even close to empty drink off my table next to a water bottle that was obviously mine when I went to the bathroom for a minute and I just found that to be sort of insulting. It's not as if I wouldn't have been able to throw out my own drink when it was empty. Plus, if you are that my stuff is still on the table with my drink as a employee there, you could put 1 and 2 together and realize that your customer is still around and probably just excused him/herself for a moment

Le service a etait tellement mal fait 3 fois pas les bonnes choses obligé attendre pour ne pas recevoir ce que nous avons demander.et en plus je retourne a l interieur pour retourner ma liqueur qui n etait pas encore ce que nous avions demander.je ny retournerai plus.mieux aller au dixi lee.le service etait tellement pas bien.propreté laisse aussi a desirer.

Rude staff young one are terrible they don't mind there own business my lady order food in English cashier turn around in french to her friend saying ain't she bit to young be pregnant shouldn't be questions customers or commenting on them. Then after there table cleaner guy was walking around cleaning swearing f word and more bad words none stop front my 4 year old son worse McDo ever with teenagers workers that rude plain and simple not a family place never will bring them there again

Toujours remplis de clients qui sirote un café ou rien du tout en lisant un journal. Jamais ou peu de place pour s'assoir a cause de ca. Service a l'auto a partire de maintenant.

You get treated right at this McDonalds, very efficiently run, short wait times, polite staff. I saw an elderly lady drop her cane in front of the cash, no one around her would pick it up for her, then the young girl employee came around to get it for her, you deserve to be employee of the month for sure, i hope your boss reads these comments! But I wish the car lineup leading to the drive through from the street was better organized, there is usually a line of cars blocking the exit from the parking lot forcing you to find another exit, and its dangerous for accidents.

C'est le meilleur Mcdo que j'ai pu essayer dans le NB entier et le service est super bon la et la nourriture est super bon et cuit comme il faut. Je recommande cette endroit a tous pi ces super beau l'interieur. Pi il ya aussi create your taste (non disponible quand javais ete la dernière fois) qui est pour la personalisation de votre burger mais c'est pas moi qui a manger sa c'est ma mère qui a manger le burger et c'est super bon. Il a aussi deux kiosques pour commander et ces super correct sa vs celui a tracadie qui avait juste une machine pour commander. Pi c'est assez rare qu'il a plusieurs télés la dans les mcdo et je vais la quand je suis a Bathurst la plupart du temps.

Au moins tout est bon a ce McDonald’s de Bathurst (avenue St-Pierre) et les frites sont chaudes en plus. C’est ce McDo qui ont fait les premiers mcflurry d’après le site de McDonald’s:)
