McDonald's

McDonald's in one word, "consistent". Love them and their food. Hands down, best fries. Will be recommending to others.

Fries could have been a little bit warmer but other than that it was a great food experience. We've eaten here a few different times and gotten what we expected from a McDonald's.

The staff here usually make at least one error in our orders, and can be a bit slow. However, they are always so polite and willing to make things right that I will not dock them for it. I do deduct one star for the fact that the playroom is currently closed. C’est domage, because it is a really good one. Hoping they are going to renovate it?

Worst big Mac I've ever had in my entire life. Middle bun on the bottom, bottom bun in the middle. I swear they used half a bottle of sauce. I could barely pick it up without it falling apart. Biggest mess, topping everywhere. Couldn't even finish. That's a first. TThere was no line upt

I sat in front of the mobile order sign by the entrance for over 30 minutes. I went in to get my food and they say they couldn't find me. Turns out by the exit they painted numbers on the ground. They made zero effort.

Maybe remove the other signs if you're not even going to look where they are.

It's infuriating to get a fry when one is expecting the hashbrown with an ALL-Day breakfast meal. The 11: 00 AM cut-off is just ridiculous,

I will not go back there never again ever time I go there it is like a surprise pack when you open bag to eat cause they never get your ordered correct and you have to sit and wait for everything in drive thu

It's a McDonald's. That said, it is quite large and has one of those giant play places for kids.

Also, you're able to dine in now which is great for those travellers looking for a bathroom (burger king is only takeout) haha.

Very fast and friendly service except i was missing items so contacted manager Mr Colette and he fixed everything for me and its not the first time. Kudos to this manager, he's good for his employees and customers. Thx Mr Colette

No one on duty checking the dinning area to clean up tables. I was there 30 min and 2 tables were used and vacant with left over used cups and paper bags on them. Not 1 employee came to clean and disinfect used tables.

The pandemic has increased prices and only the Medium Size pop is $1 Some of the other drinks you can get for $2.

Worst then ever got parked here for over 20 minutes for hash browns while they serve everyone else someone needs to do something there with their lazy new employees

Off and On experience depending on when I went. Usually have to wait for food in the parking lot. Staff is generally friendly. One time I found a fingernail in my burger and now I don't eat there anymore.

Cheerful service and when our meal was cool they cheerfully served us another meal. Tables could be neater.

GRAND FALLS MCDONALDS

Very poor service was not happy with Daisy the one working counter when my mother went in to get my daughter a happy meal and she was very rude to my mother. I work in fast food and know this is not acceptable. Just because your having a bad day does not mean you take it out on the customers. They are your paycheck don't forget that sweetheart if the customers stop coming you have NO JOB. Think before you are rude to people. And the icing on the cake when you call to talk to management about the incident that has happened at the location it rings and rings and rings then you get a answering machine that is full. Not a very happy customer at all.

Same old same old Story food not fresh and not Hot Big Mac Doesn't taste the same as it used too not made to order just warm

The food is not served fresh enough. Some servers don't seem the act professional in front of customers.

Poor service. Never get the correct order. It's a breakfast sandwich.how can they go wrong.ordered 2 bacon and egg combo. Arrived home with sausage. Disgusting. Hash browns are weighed down with grease. Grand falls.shame on you.

Unfriendly staff, always screaming at each other.sometimes the girls at the cash taking your order are smacking on their gum.not professional at all.the bathrooms are disgusting, i won’t even go in.my boyfriend and i went one weekend, we had our food and were already sitting down and the janitor straight up told us to move because he had to clean the floor under the table.when he could have waited until we were done with our food.

Like all McDonald's, service is slow or fast at a ratio of 50/50. They have a playplace but not clean at all. Cleaning supplies left everywhere.

Unfriendly, super slow, long waiting, server was chewing gum and unprofessional. Order was inaccurate

Employee yelling at others employees the whole time we were here not a pleasant experience personally if you have to correct someone there a better way to do this in private surprise the staff stayed and worked

Making new staff work on holidays around Xmas to save a penny, received the wrong sandwich and 2 cups of milk, chocolate missing. At least the cashier, being only 1 week in, was courteous and apologetic.

Food is fine. Poutine came out a little cold. Probability because it was sitting for 10 minutes while we were waiting in the drive through.

Run! I have never witnessed such a poorly run restaurant in my life. The woman next to me waited 45 minutes for 2 coffee and a hamburger. Another guy was demanding his money back because he had been there half an hour and had not gotten his order. Meanwhile the drivethru was happily moving along. We got our money back after 45 minutes and left.

Excellent coffee, great breakfast options, wonderful big macs. Too bad about the poisonous nuts in the establishment.

They decided to close the play parc on a Saturday for cleaning. All kid was so sad. What the hell why don’t do that on weekday.

Slow service, mediocre food, and the air hockey table eats money. Employees were pleasant and it was fairly clean. The menu is digital and changes faster than I could consider my options. I have no desire to use machine to order my food, but that seemed to be the only way to see a menu, so I just ordered a chicken sandwich that I wasn't that excited about.

Après mon hamburger Angus, je ne me suis pas senti bien du tout. Nous avions de la route à faire, ce fût pénible. Si vous passez par là, apportez votre sandwich et allez faire la tyrolienne! Elle a l'air vraiment le fun!

Activate outside half an hour for my coffee and two little apple pie
I was with my 91 years old mom and she was very cold in the car I'm not feeling well that's not supposed to happen at McDonald's the drive-thru
