We are extremely happy with the service provided by all the staff! They were efficient, helpful, and reliable. Our car is running fantastically! The mechanics did an amazing job. Tyler is very easy to talk to and gives all his effort to help find the best option to fix your vehicle needs. Highly recommend their services.

Tyler at thr front counter, the journeyman mechanic and all the crew were simply outstanding. Cant say enough about the quality of service and care start to finish with my brake repair.

The manager on site at this location - Kurtis - was so helpful and has a great customer service ethic! He was great to work with and I will definitely come back here again because of the friendly and helpful atmosphere!

After reading all the reviews, i was little uncertain about going there initially but this shop is very near to my house so thought of giving another chance. However, after visiting there i came to know the Meineke has the new owners now and they are really taking care of all the past customers concerns. So, They gave me good options for winter tires with good rates and I thought If they are working to improve the customer service i should acknowledge that. So, sharing my experience.

They was way to busy trying to upsell on services that wasn't needed. Told me my oil was filthy and needed changed. It was changed less than 500km prior to taking the car in for inspection.

Ordered tires from them. Arrived for my appointment Saturday morning. Told I needed front brakes. Which I replaced by my mechanic today. Wanted an alignment and was told I needed a front lower ball joint. No alignment with new tires unless ball joint replaced. So 399.00 to install ball joint and alignment from Meineke. My mechanic and his friend also a mechanic looked at my ball joints today. Tight as can be, absolutely not loose. BIG SCAM. You guys should be ashamed. Tires need balancing, now shaking on the highway. Will never recommend you for anything.
PS you need zero star for scamming customers.

So, I just sent my car for some repairing stuff but again it’s going to be the same issue I’m facing it’s not completely fixed and it just happened within 2 days.

I had my 2005 Mazda 3 hatchback in for front struts and alignment.the mechanic noticed a problem with my front drivers side wheel and discovered rust on my rotor.he fixed everything. I am a happy camper.and my mechanic is a rock star.thank you Meineke

Brought my vehicle in over a dispute with a dealership regarding my braking system. Meineke performed the necessary inspection and even contacted the dealership in my defense.

They were able to get the brake system replaced and had it done timely and efficiently.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable with great customer service.

Out to lunch with prices. $629.97 for rear drums and shoes plus $249.48 in labour for an hour job! Total cost $1011.37 taxes in for a Chevrolet Sonic. Needless to say I told them to put the tire back on and left. I then stopped at CarQuest on my way home and bought the parts for $370 taxes included to do it myself. I probably could have got the parts for less than that if I ordered online, but didn't want to wait for them.

Went in for a engine flush + oil change it was quick and easy very nice people to work with, fair prices for what you get.would definitely come back.

Issues with car and received quick and reasonably priced service. Workers were very friendly and communicated well.

Wish I could give zero stars. Took my car to be inspected and was handed a quote of 700$. For brakes.that were just replaced. I'm not sure if it had to do with the fact that I'm a woman and they thought they could take advantage of me but No thanks. I took my business to Bettles (like I should have in the first place) car passed inspection with flying colors! Wish I had set up an undercover camera!

I brought in two vehicles for MVI and first one was out the same day and on my way. It needed extensive work but they for every part I needed!
Second car i just brought it in at 5pm and they close at 6pm, so left it for the night and before 8am they were already working on that one. 2 wheel bearing replacements uugg. Their experts took care of it all!

I was told the job would be two hours after having it looked at so I made an appointment. I arrived and thirty minutes after getting there they said I should cab home as it will probably be 4 hours. I call three and a half hours later they said it was going to need another 2.5 hours. They spent 3 hours and did absolutely nothing except tell me what I already knew (that the steering wheel was 90° off and needed to be aligned). I wish we could all get paid for providing zero results. I wouldn't ever go back here. Complete waste of time and money.

Went for an oil change i was in the garage for 1 hour and 40 minutes. The guys were so confused and they called other mechanics to come fix the mess they did on my car they finally finished and when I left the garage check engine light came on and noise in the engine I called them they said they will bring a machine and check it. I parked it in front of my store the guy came and tried to fool me by erasing the check engine light and said it’s all good you can add Lucas oil to get rid of noise and I have that recorded on my surveillance camera with vocal. I took it to my mechanic and the engine is gone on it. The owner today said that he watched the 1hour and 40 minutes video and said everything looks normal and he doesn’t want to admit it. If this is the case why were they working non stop for almost 2 hours for an oil change that takes 12 minutes based on their advertising.

Worst car alignment i got there. They told me that my car has bad alignment and it will cost from 300-1000 to repair it but when i come to Ontario mechanic it was totally perfect!

Staff were great to deal with; very professional and made my visit very pleasant. Unfortunately, I can't give a good review simply for the cost associated with the service I needed.

I needed a simple smoke test (vacuum leak test) done on my car, which really, no matter how long it takes, should be at a maximum $100 (for those that are unfamiliar, a smoke test is just sending slightly pressurized smoke through the intake to test for leaks in the system; I'd do it myself if I had a smoker). The test took about 2 hours, which was much longer than expected, but I did give the go ahead to remove my intercooler to test the lines underneath it which takes some time, so I can't really complain about that. In the end, the diagnosis cost me ~$277 dollars. That's $277 dollars for a SMOKE TEST. In my opinion, that is unacceptable, but I'm certainty open to a discussion on the matter.

Again, the staff were great. The mechanic doing the test was very knowledgeable and flexible with the information I gave him, and the receptionist was also great at her job. My issue lies solely on the price tag that was attached with my visit. I am definitely not returning here simply for that reason.

They couldn't fix the problem at a first try. Had to do over. Prices are high. I don't recommend it.

I hv been there many times, there customer service preety good. Plus, they suggest you best if there's any other issue in you car. You can book appointment online too

I appreciate the help they did to mend my car. Sensor was bad and they fixed it in couple of hours. Moreover, they have really good promotions going on right now.
You guys are my permanent mechanics from now

Staff member was quick to help me at front desk and sell me a car wash ticket. He even come out to make sure it worked properly. Car wash worked great also.

From pei. Had some odd thermal issues with my cruze while travelling through on a saturday and they took the time to fit me in and try and diagnose the issue. They successfully identified some minor issues and got me in shape enough to get home safely. And kept us on time for our activities

I was driving by and noticed their promotion for a oil change, so I pulled over and called. I got a wonderful lady on the line who told me to come on in and they would do it for me right away, but once I got inside the building there was a man at the front counter who told me "that they couldn't do it, but I can go to the business right across the parking lot and still get the 50% off because they share the same owners and once the oil change is done I can come back to him and he will apply the promo and I will pay him. So I went over there and they denied me service stating that's not how it works. Anyways In the end I decided to leave. Way too much trouble for a oil change.

I like it there Thay know my car good more then I do but l know me car Thay do what Thay r ask an not n e thing else
