We shipped our Sprinter from the U. K.to tour the Americas when we had an issue with the handbrake. From the first point of contact Taylor, the Service Advisor, understood our problem and managed to fit us in promptly.

Fantastic customer service.

Wow! Good service then poor service! Our sons visited to get a MVI and tire change for summer.
MVI not done because the tires would need replaced in a month but car passed on the day of visit and tire ordered. Secondly winter tires were noted to have a nail in them. Instead of fixing the punctured tire it was put in a bag and placed in car. Luxury car or dealership. I think not! Note in service reports states wheels are damaged and may cause vibrations but no message to us as consumers.
Needless to say that consistency is KEY. Followers might want to come West for better service!

If you live in the Moncton area and were thinking about buying a Mercedes, think again. I will never buy a car that requires me to go to this dealer for service. I took my car in to fix an oil leak and they tried to railroad me into a huge bill (in my opinion). I knew where the leak was and I gave them a detailed description in writing. It was just above the alternator, and this leak had caused the alternator to go bad and need replacing. I dropped the car off and the plan was they would fit me in when they could since I shouldn’t be driving the car. They called me the next day and said they will need to charge me for an additional 3 hours for “diag”. First of all, “diag” is short for “diagnosis” and it means they don’t actually DO ANYTHING. I asked what would happen if it took the mechanic less than 3 hours, and I was told that I would be charged for 3 hours anyway (still no actual work done). I then told them what job I wanted them to do. I told them (again) that I knew where the leak was. (Side note: I had already put UV dye in the motor oil, and with a UV flashlight-also known as a “black light”—and you can immediately see where the leak is because it glows green.) So now I told them to unscrew the part that was leaking and put some liquid gasket material on it and screw it back in. That was all I asked, but they gave me the runaround. So with 4 hours allotted to “diagnose”, now I would be into them for over $600 at $145/hour and that didn’t include any work! Only after I said to forget it and I’ll pick up the car did they lower their outrageous estimate to 2 hours for the work (they still expect me to pay the initial 1 hour). I said okay. The next morning I called to ask if they had started the job because I just wanted to bring the car home and do the job myself. They still required that I pay $145 + tax and a fee (almost $200) since they did tell me up front that this inspection was required. They also paid for my cab to and from the dealer. Still, I do not think I should pay for this 1 hour diagnosis because it was followed up by attempts to cheat me (in my opinion). Final note: They said they found other oil leaks, but I have a clean garage floor and nothing drips on that floor so I didn’t believe that either. I can only guess that these other mystery leaks would lead to a further massive increase in my final bill.

I had lots of issue with my previous vehicle and i wanted to trade in. Not only they beat BMW's offer they gave me the best deal among 5 competitors all thanks to Yvan Laviolette. Once the purchase was done, he brought the car to me all the way from Moncton to Fredericton and took the trade in back with him.
I felt very cared for and respected. Along with his manager Greg they made sure me and my wife are happy with the new vehicle and i could happily say this dealership is outstanding. I will go back to them for our next family vehicle. I give them 10/10 for everything. Yvan is the guy to go talk to when you go there, trust me!

I have purchased several high end cars over the years but I must say that purchasing my new MB with Daniel was by far my best experience. Daniel is a gentile soft spoken gentlemen who is not like the " typical car salesman ". No pressure and he is eager to be of service. Top notch guy!

I recently purchased a preowned vehicle from the dealership and Daniel went well beyond the call to ensure this transaction went through flawlessly!

The vehicle was not an expensive purchase but Daniel treated me as if I was buying the most expensive Mercedes on the dealership floor.

Well done Daniel …. I’ll be back as a result.

Looking, checking and buying a car should be a beautiful experience.that is what Daniel makes us feel. We are so happy from start to finish. Daniel raised the salesman accommodation to topmost level.

We are so lucky we were able to find a car and our salesman is Daniel and finance is Jason. Daniel have so much passion in selling cars. He knows his craft and will take it extra to assure the clients are happy and understand their needs.

Daniel is not the type will sell you things for extra even you know you wont need it. He cares and value his clients and make sure that they will get what they need. He takes it extra by letting the client know the service time, changing of tires time, etc.

Jason on the other hand is very helpful in our car financing and car registration. Jason did everything from start to end. The rates he was able to get us is very affordable.

They are both easily reachable either via email, phone or text.

I Highly recommended Mercedes Benz Moncton! I guess once you get mercedes, you cannot go back.

I had a very positive experience at Mercedes-Benz Moncton. Daniel worked diligently to find me a vehicle and I am delighted with my Mercedes. He put no time frame on the time he spent with me and his advice was invaluable. I had numerous texts and visits with Daniel. He is extremely knowledgeable and went to great lengths to educate me - quite successfully. If ever he was not available Yvon, Greg and Jason were very generous with their time. An excellent experience! I was always welcomed there.

I can’t say enough about how great Daniel was during my process of taking delivery of my vehicle. Daniel kept me updated on every step of where my vehicle was in production and delivery. It wasn’t unusual to receive a text from Daniel many times on how my car was progressing and if I had any questions. Jason was also fantastic with financing answering all questions and concerns. The day we entered the dealership to take delivery was an amazing experience with Daniel, Jason and Greg welcoming us. I highly recommend Moncton Mercedes top notch service with fantastic vehicles!
