Mazze Restaurant offers high-quality food, but it can be a bit crowded at times, making it challenging to dine in comfortably.

A little pricey and the money you spend on the wraps could be a little bigger. Other then that the food is good

I decided to give this place a second try. And I was still very disappointed. The amount of protein that was given was very little and underwhelming for a chicken shawarma platter. I understand that food industry uses a scale to help measure the “fair” amount of protein to the customer but it’s not fair when you 1) you don’t use the scale and 2) if you use the scale then zero the scale properly so you’re not cheating portions 3) cut the meat per order and not early to let dry on the rack. I grew up in Ottawa and Vancouver with many Lebanese friends that owns shawarma restaurants and the quality and portion control is very upsetting to see in Fredericton. Besides the 20$ for a small plate, the staff seemed nice and the atmosphere was good.

Great food! Fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. A great selection of Arabic songs, as well!

Portion sizes are incredible for the price. I’ve travelled the world and have had Shawarma everywhere. This is in my top 5. Their garlic sauce is to delicious and made correct. I can’t wait to go back!

I was quite happy with the food. It was very flavorful.

Bought one of their $10 shawarma fry dishes. Was about a cup of fries with a handful of dry meat tossed on it. I would not have paid 5 for this. It was tiny, bland, and disappointing. Will not go back, as it was one of the most overpriced meals I've ever bought.

The restaurant itself was clean, and the staff were polite.

Incredible food & Amazing staff. If I were closer, I would for sure become a regular! If you haven't, You should. We Highly recommend

The entire take out experience, starting with me calling was painful. Once I walked in 5 mins later to pick up, they proceeded to forget my drink, tell me they had no ketchup for fries and proceeded to let me know I was "the only person" who has ordered ketchup since they opened. The fries had a good seasoning but were cold and soggy, and I couldn't stomach the schwarma with the super buttery sauce and with the hard as heck pickled turnip. I have never left a negative review before, but had to write something as it was overall a disappointing experience.

It was lined up at the door both times I went and each time I barely waited, and if I waited a long time the taste, quality, customer service and amount of food would of been worth a long wait. Amazing place to eat. I suggest everyone go here.

Had a fantastic diner at this spot with the whole family, food was fresh, affordable, and delicious. Staff was very warm and the owner was proud, present, and kind!

The half and half wrap is absolutely cashh. Shawarma and Donair were out of this world. Definitely coming back for more!

I could literally eat here for every meal, every day! The food at Mezza is soooo fresh with with so much flavor! The staff is also top notch. I highly recommend the chicken Shawarma! P.s. The garlic sauce is life <3

Mezza is by far my favourite restaurant. While visiting Fredericton, I tried the food at the new store, I was not disappointed. The food is rich in flavour and so fresh. The portions are quite large so I was able to share with my daughter. It’s basically two meals in one. It’s hard to pick a favourite but I tend to always get the chicken shawarma plate. It’s has a bit of everything on it and the garlic sauce is to die for.

The staff and management were very nice and the restaurant was kept tidy and clean.

I went a couple of times while in Fredricton and there was a line up out the door many times, I could tell this food is loved by many.

The place is nice. Friendly staff. There are a couple of new workers, I assume, they don't know what they are doing.
The manager is so calm and professional.
The shawarma test was good, I had better, but this one is ok. The fries seasoning is awesome.
The please is packed, be prepared to wait for a while to get your order.

The food isn’t bad: the salad dressing mildly acidic, the chicken tender, albeit with some annoying connective tissue, and the rice fragrant even if it looks more like something from a frozen meal than from a middle eastern kitchen.

What annoys me is everything else. That after spending 20$ and showing up to the opening period for this place they are weighting the chicken out (then not getting all of that onto my plate) giving me 2 small slices of pickle and about 3 mouthfuls of salad.

That when I ask for a wrap, they’re out of the size and fail to offer an alternative when they had the small wraps in supply.

That the wall is covered in what appears to be a vanity project of the franchiser, complete with some old newspaper articles and family photos.

Elements of this place are alright, in fact, I enjoyed the few locations of this place I’ve been to in NS, but on the whole this was a bad experience. I’ve been to many opening weeks of restaurants and there are always tired and helpless staff there, but They are always apologetic, trying their best, and being supported by management to keep the energy right.

I cannot tell you how excited I was to see that Mezza has opened here in Fredericton! It was so nice to have a taste of home! Food was deliciousand just as I remember it. I will definitely be back! Congrats on a successful opening, and I hope you will continue to have success in future expansions and bringing a taste of Halifax to the rest of Canada!:)

Boyfriend and I got super excited when we saw this place was opening! We finally had time to eat there and it was great! Refreshing atmosphere, amazing food and staff. The food was delicious and really well prepared. Super fresh and delightful experience.
