First time at this location. Everything was so well displayed I was able to find what I was looking for?

You need to have a policy in place to make your store scent free so that it is accessible to everyone.

Went for a photo frame. Was able to buy 1 get one free. But watch what you buy as one had broken glass. No issues bringing it back and replacing it tho.

Love getting the coupons in my email and it has everything. Except I thought they'd have more sublimation blanks

They got huge assortment for everything arts and crafts, found bit pricey though. Good to buy during their offers and promotions

I love it here! It’s super organized and you know exactly where you need to go. Also, they have great products all the time. Five stars! ️

I don't normally shop at Michaels and was pleasantly surprised by how large and well stocked it was. I couldn't find what I was looking for but a staff member guided me right to the item. A good experience.

Amazing selection of craft products and projects. The art section alone has many options for any new or talented artist. Good lighting makes seeing items easy. Only criticism would be the limited supply of model building supplies and models, and it is really the only place to find plastic models in the city now.

Would be 5 stars, except for their pickup. There new online order system is great and extremely fast, where they fail, SAFELY picking up your items. I had to get out of the car TWICE once to show the girl id, the 2nd time to grab the items after the girl basically threw them out the door on the sidewalk instead of safely putting the bag, only she was touching into my open trunk. We are trying to support all our favorite stores and restaurants during this time, unfortunately Michael's doesn't want to support their customers. See you in 18 months to 2 years if this is your solution and if you're still in business.

Poor service had coupon would not take not the first to every one l talk to said the same thing last time shopping there

They usually have everything I'm looking for down side some times its more then what I want to pay. They always have a discount coupon but you cant use it on everything

Shop here regularly for painting supplies. You can always find a 40% + off coupon on their website. They have a great selection of most things. All the staff I have interacted with have been helpful and kind. If I was to complain about anything it would be their lack of quality paint brushes and the lack of debit tap. Come on Michael's, you're a billion dollar company, spend the extra dollars on tap machines.

Clerk was short and rude. Also was misquoted by another staff member. Took my business to Mario's custom framing. I work in customer service and being rude and short with friendly customers is inexcusable. This branch had lost mine and the company I represent future business.

I usually think the prices at Micheals are higher than they need to be for most products but I was pleasently surprised this time around by all the nice sales! I got many items I had been waiting to get:)

The prices are rediculously high but they have the monopoly on craft and art supplies in this city of Saint John. The only thing I buy there usually is a coupon item or something really on sale. If I need it right away I go there if not shop online.

Hate this store. The most BORING retail environment ive ever been in. They have everything you'd need to do any project imaginable.
But damn. BORING like church.

Michael's has just about everything you might need for crafting. If you cant find something, just ask the staff. They are more than willing to help you.

I enjoy going to Michael's they have alot of ideas for DIY projects. I do wish they had a larger selection of Tim Holtz inks and had some reinkers as well as some other brand name inks and stamps and die cuts. For the card makers out there

All kinds of things you need for your crafts. They have craft kits for kids. I find the prices ok usually try getting something's on sale or use the coupon. All kinds of things to do different kinds of crafts.

They up price everything you could be buying better quality on the internet and save money. Must be a person with lots of extra cash to shop here.

Honestly, the prices are way too high and the range of product is not what it used to be. I wouldn't even go in if it weren't for the 40% or 50% coupons.
However, it is the only place to get certain things in SJ and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Good prices and quality products. I'd give 5 stars but I waited in line for 25 minutes. It was a couple days before Christmas and they only had 2 cashiers during peak hours ️.

The last few times I've gone looking for a specific item, it wasn't there, despite the app saying it should be available at the specific store. Last time they said they don't carry that item at all.

If your creative this is the place to go. Prices can be high but always ask the cashiers for a 40% off coupon. Friendly staff. They also offer craft classes. Could be a good Girls day out or book a Birthday party for the kids.
