Always a great place to shop! Can always find fantastic deals whenever I'm there. Staff is top notch, they are always incredibly nice and helpful. A+ experience everytime. My wallet is not a fan.

Went in twice and recieved the same service which was absolutely noone helping. Couldn't find a sales associate who wanted to help. Went today and parked in curbside not even watching as I was in a rush. They were not long coming out then. I find it interesting that they are watching the parking lot but not helping the customers.clear to me that they don't have very good priorities there when it comes to customer service. Order online and save yourself the unpleasant experience.

In my opinion, this store lost a lot of interest with the pandemic. Shelves are often empty and stuff are more cheaper. They no longer have PoP and crocheting kit. They look like more a decor store than what they were before.

We go here for all sorts of crafts needs, whether for people, home or boat they usually have something we can use for our projects.

I just went looking to see what they had and prices. What I found was a clean, bright and spacious store with lots to choose from. Bought some coloured alphabet letters and numbers in different colours to put on a sign. I was assisted by a very pleasant, knowledgeable sales associate named Des Fallon who helped me find the items I needed.

Can be pricy unless you have a coupon, but a great and convenient place to buy niche art and craft supplies.

I find the products so overpriced. Often find it difficult to find staff to help. Line up at the cash register are always long wait times

Great selection of crafting ideas and photo frames to choose from. Many good deals and all around great prices.

Great website, difficult staff experience every time myself or my wife goes to this location. Not sure what the problem there is but we've decided to stop going.

I love Michaels. I can spend hours in there and don't even notice the time spent in the store. So anyone that knows me I will be late for supper. The staff are so helpful and friendly and always have a smile. It's great to see staff that love there job and it really shower on there face. Thank you!

Very helpful staff. Large selection of crafting supplies and decorations. A person could easily spend too much money here because you get so many great ideas walking through the store.

I love this place spend hours in there just coming up with all kinds of ideas along with quality art supplies to make those projects even more special

Had most of what I was looking for. Sizes were decent too for myself it's hard finding things that fit my lenght but aren't too big waist wise. Pants were a bit short but with a 32 waist it usually is. Friendly staff and decently priced!

My absolute favorite place to go for arts and crafts / arts supplies they have anything from home decorations, picture frames (even custom ones) to yarn and kids coloring books. There is literally nothing you won't find here, very fun store:)

Well for starters its very overpriced, the things you would at say Walmart would be around 5 dollars more expensive.

Always find what I am looking for and always find something neat that I didn't think of before I went into the store!

Very pricy and i found the staff was very eager to help but every 5 min the same wonman kept asking me if she could help i was jist trying to decide on a stain color i got so annoyed i just left and went elswhere.i love the store and i love just poking around but i dont like being hounded all the time when im trying to decide what color i should stain my table.

I like Michael's because the quality if their merchandise is second to none. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Michael's has everything I need for crafting. Clean and well stocked. A huge selection of paper craft supplies in particular.

Craft store that has great choices for many things. If you are in a hurry and have no time to order things online, this store will be a good choice.

I normally do not buy full price items as it always has discount coupons available. So, checking its website for coupon is a must before you pay (aim for 40% to 60% off). Someone may still gets their printed flyer. The coupons are in there too.

Excellent craft selection. The only problem is finding someone to help you it can take awhile. When you do find someone the are always very helpful.

I give 4 stars based solely on selection they are highly understaffed so it is difficult to find someone to ask a question.

Lots of crafting stuff, including Cricket cutters and Martha Stewert brand items. A great framing section, yarn and small toys for the children. They have recently reduced the beading section, but I find more leather-working items on the shelf now, which is awesome.
