No wifi connection. TV didn't work.homeless shelter near by.no dead bolt on doors.poor communication with front desk.

Ce n'est pas, de luxe? ! Ma réservation indiquait, de luxe, rez de chaussé, c'était au 2e. Ça disait petit déjeuner compris, mais pas de déjeuner du tout, on m'a dit "non"? !

If I could have picked zero stars I would. We booked this place because it was close to Lasik Moncton. Quiet time after 9: 30 is certainly not enforced. The room was dirty and clearly hadn't had a deep clean in a very long time. They basically straightened up the beds and fluffed the pillows.maybe swept the floor. When we brought this to their attention they just dismissed it all and said sorry it's too late to complain. (They took payment before we even stayed in the room.) I'd rather sleep in my car.

Nice motel for affordable price. Our friends were very satisfied with the quality and service.

Comfortable, clean, but by nothing near the 67$ advertised, once we were there 114 for the night, almost double

I had a "king suite". Dirt on every windowsill, broken and filthy blinds, broken and dirty toilet seat, broken toilet paper holder, bug guts splattered on every wall (at least I think it was bug guts, except the bathroom, that was definitely a booger), someone else's hair on the sink, sticky stuff on the buttons of the microwave, dirty hand prints on the walls, hole in the wall by the garbage can. Room was freezing cold and had all curtains shut, noone bothered to even prep it before I got there. I'm pretty sure the cleaning lady is blind. Upon arriving and after paying, I had considered staying two nights. After seeing the room, considering I'd already paid for it, I stayed 1 night and then went elsewhere.

Pathetic service. There will always be homeless inside the motel and there's no security about it.

Place was great, exactly what I paid for. That girl at the desk with the black hair is a Rocket.
