Mike's Bike Shop

It is not the first time I have a very disappointing experience at Mike's bike shop. Their service is awful. I dropped my bike off to have a tire changed due to a flat. One month later, not having heard back from them, I called to know the status of the repair. They had not started working on it. They gave me a bunch of excuses, all different and none made sense; they forgot to order the part, then they said they ordered it but it is out of stock, then they said it would arrive this week, all reasons were contradictory. I went to get the bike and took it to another local bike shop; within 2 hours, it was ready. Do not go to Mike's.

Prices are also by far the best anywhere I have looked. Adam was also taking time from his break to help me with the products and also the bike rental process.
