This office lady Jacqueline is the sweetest woman. Very helpful always smiling and up for some conversation and she knows her storage stuff! Also, the maintenance man is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to help in any way he can! I’ve already referred two friends to Mini Mall Storage and will continue to tell all my friends about them!

Things have definitely improved significantly since the new owners took over. Jacqueline provides great customer service to the tenants and clients. Nothing negative to say

I have a professional office at Mini Mall Storage strip mall in Saint John, N. B.and have just started my 10th.year as a tenant. I love where my office is and how easy the access is for my clients. It is also handy to my home which is a big plus. The Mini Mall staff are all wonderful to deal with. There is office space available if you are looking, you should check it out.

Make sure you cancel your credit card once you stop being their customer. They will continue to charge your card and you won't be able to talk to anyone over the phone.

I've been trying to get in touch with these guys for months about charges and changing my Credit card. I give up. I've never encountered worse service. *Edit. Update I'm not that difficult to get hold of. You've never called me ir attenpted to get in touch.m. Until today. And we spoke. So this is not on me. 100% on you.

Absolutely by far the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with in my life. Don’t rent from them- you will never be able to get ahold of them if you need to. Tried for 6months to get ahold of management over a matter of them charging late fees that were not valid, as my rent was never once late & had receipts as proof. No one could ever pick up the phone to deal with the mistake on their part, couldn’t answer my emails, or return a voicemail. Instead they send texts threatening to auction your things. Ended up taking all my stuff out & cancelling. Awful management.
