Mini Mall Storage

Left my stuff in there for two years, no issues. Staff were friendly, hassle free and the place was secure

They keep increasing rent, service used to be good, since it changed to mini mall service suck. They even put a lock on my unit when my rent was paid. Fix the potholes in the driveway!

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE! Receptionist is a liar! We got a promotional unit (buy 1 month get one free) and we got charged on the month we were supposed to get free. Now the lady said it wasn't a promotion when we specifically said we wanted a unit with that price. They're still advertising it as such on their website. Buyer beware. I also got the credit card changed on file and it was never changed.

I have never rented a storage locker before and wasn't really sure of my needs or the process. I was greeted and helped by Joanie, who went out of her way to provide excellent customer service. She took the time to show me around, answer all my questions, make sure everything was right, and that I got the best deal. It is nice to feel that my business is appreciated and that there is always help available if I have further questions or needs.

Love working with Minimall! Joanie and Mehdi are so kind and friendly. Their units are clean, dry and accessible. So thankful for them!

I was very impressed with her professionalism, taking the time to show me around, and how nice and bright the area is.
