Mispec Beach

Wide, quiet beach with gravel parking lot, toilet facilities, and 1 picnic table. Near the petroleum terminal and liquid natural gas terminal.

Just stunning. Amazing sandy beaches, lots of parking and portable bathrooms when we were there. It really is one of the best hidden gems around the area so don't go telling everyone else about it, just go see it for yourself!

Love coming here to unwind and unplug from the world. Pretty clean beach, lots of trash cans in the parking lot, portapotties, and also a nice picnic area available for visitors to use.

Nice sandy beach, with a small playground, easy access from the parking lot down to the beach with the stairs. Dogs on leash allowed as well. The refinery at the end of the point does effect the natural beauty of the view.

Best place in all of Saint John! Beautiful beach, cold swimming, but I love that, and parked overnight without any problems. Very clean washrooms. I will be back for sure!

Another beautiful spot near the metro area. The beach is beautiful day and night. There are trails that lead to a Zen waterfall that is not well known. The only downside is the view of Canaport, although in the right conditions, the flames make the beach look like you are standing on another world. However, those same flames killed about 2500 birds a few years back. I was lucky to be invited to a semi-private fireworks display which was great to be near.

The beach is wide open! Plenty of space, especially when the tide is out. There are a couple of changing room/toilets for convenience! Great experience!

Nice beach but lacks its natural beauty when one sees the Irving Oil tank off to the right. However i avoided putting that tank in the pictures

They have maintained this property well I just wish there was more like a canteen. Walking trails need work they were closed when I went.

The beach and area around it is beautiful and clean. The stairway down to the beach is operational and safe. There is a portable potty trailer parked there for public use I assume. The trails are officially closed.

Nice Sandy Beach with a weird blend of ugly industrial with epic natural beauty you could only find in Saint John.

What a beautiful sandy beach and it only took me maybe 15 minutes to drive from east SJ. Great for kids.

Mispec beach is one of my favourite beaches. When the tide is out you can walk the rocks and have so much room for the kids and dogs to run. I would say 4 stars bc the play ground needs some repairs as so does the trails. Over all a beautiful spot

Nice, sandy beach, but industrial sight in distance takes away from enjoying the view. There is a playground, but no other facilities. It is also the place where the Polarbear swim is held each year on January 1st.
