What a joke of a store, 30 minutes waiting in line, only one cashier with no sense of urgency. Very poor customer service.

Typical M&M. Good selection of frozen food products. Friendly staff.

We bought four boxes of Bacon Wrapped Scallops and they tasted freezer burnt. Terrible waste of money. So disappointed

Horrible experience! I live outside of Moncton so I was rushing to get to the store before it closed on August 9,2023 at 8pm. I drove in at exactly 7: 55 pm and saw the employee standing by the door on their cell phone. When they noticed me park as close as I could get to the door they literally ran to the back of the store and turned off the lights and hid in back peeking around the corner to see if I was coming to the door. You can't make this stuff up. Very disappointed. Needless to say I left without being able to make my purchases.

Pleasant visit! Employee showed interest in her job and shared her personal favorites with me. I left there hungry and excited to get home to my finds:)

I've been to M&M stores all over the country, this is really the only bad experience I've ever had at it pains me to say it as we just bought a house in Moncton. I wasn't going to say anything but couldn't get it out of my head last night so decided to say something. Store was pretty well empty 2 staff chatting we stood there 20 min and ignored so we left. Worst customer service ever!
